Perfect location on the water. Easy walk to one of our now favorite Wineries Rooster Hill. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday party for one of our friends. The cottage is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The deck and fire put area looks like it would be a lot of fun in the Summer months. Highly recommend staying here!

Easy access to lake, dock was perfect for hanging out and swimming. Only thing missing was a ladder ;) Enjoyed both deck areas, one for sunny days and one for when the rain comes. The views were perfect. Close to several restaurants in either direction. The property itself was lush w greenery. We will definitely look up this property again when we are in the area.

Enjoyed the Keuka lake and all its amenities!

The house was fabulous for the 6 of us. The owner was easily reached when the hot water heater unexpectedly failed and they arranged to have a new one installed ASAP...AND even compensated us for the inconvenience. While the VRBO noted "few steps" there are actually three full stairways to navigate so mobility is required. The views were awesome and the house had all necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. There's lots of space to entertain and a great outdoor grill. We loved this place and plan to return soon.

This home was perfect for our group of 7. There are great gathering areas overlooking the lake and on lake level. The home was nicely furnished and very clean. We all agreed that we would love to rent this property again.

Mary Ellen's home was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better! The road, where the house is located, is very quiet and walkable allowing us to take a morning stroll each day. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again!

The property is well laid out with 3 floors to keep everyone relaxed. Beautiful and serene view with great patio seating and deck above. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Owner very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Absolutely stunning house. Very large. Two outdoor patios with a gorgeous lake!! The host is incredible and very responsive.

Cottage totally updated and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great beach access for kids. We enjoyed the lake as well as the great breweries and wineries nearby. Will definitely be back!!

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was the beds are exceptionally hard and made sleeping uncomfortable

We had adults and children spend 2 days. What a wonderful experience. House is on the lake and we watched beautiful sunset siting in the balcony. There are two Kayaks if you love to spend sometime in the water.A place we would love to come back to..

Three couples on our yearly trip to the Finger Lakes. Four days in your lovely house on the lake was enjoyable to say the least. Nicely appointed home and the extra half bath was a nice touch. I expect this home will be top of the list for next year.

We went up for a quick elopement trip with our immediate family. It was the perfect setting for our small ceremony held out on the patio overlooking the lake. The home is well maintained inside and out, and very clean. There was great fishing and the wineries are within a few minutes. We would definitely return to this spot. Mary was very easy to deal with, and met us before we left. No regrets!

Start you day enjoying a cup of coffee on the upper deck while looking out over the water...end the day sipping on a glass of wine on the lower patio while watching the sunset! We did a winery tour (only 5 of the many around Keuka) and spent the morning hiking at Watkins Glen - a MUST SEE stop in the Finger Lakes! This house was perfect for our girls weekend - kayaking, grilling and just enjoying time with each other in the comfort of this gem on the lake!

Wow - what a beautiful property - inside and out! Lots of room for parking. A few suggestions to make this a 5 star property...the beds, which have seen better days and were all quite hard, should be replaced. The fire pit is on a slope, so it was difficult to position the chairs around it. A flatter area would make it more enjoyable. No hooks in the upstairs bathroom to hang towels or robes on. The railing was loose in one section of the upper deck. These things, in no way, put a damper on our time here, they are merely observations. The house itself is modern, super clean, well stocked (lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets, kitchen supplies including a crock pot and even laundry soap!) There are several tables and ample seating on the decks, and it sits directly on the water with a nice beach area for swimming or wading. There are 2 kayaks, an inflatable boat and even fishing poles. Dan, one of the homeowners met us when we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming! They live locally so it was nice to know that if a problem had arisen, they would be close by to help. The house is located in a beautiful area of the lake, with amazing views, and the road is lovely for walking. It is very close to many wineries and only 7 minutes from The Windmill (craft and farmer's market)! I rely on personal reviews when booking almost anything - from houses to hotels - so if you are reading this, do not hesitate to rent this home. It was a wonderful experience for the 9 of us who stayed here and we are already talking about renting it again in the future!

Our third getaway at this location. Home is comfortable. There are various places for all to enjoy. We kayaked and swam! We visited Rooster Hill Keuka Spring Heron Hill Wineries and Keuka Brewery Oak Hill and the Windmill. Many laughs and special memories. Thank you for the use of your lovely home👍🏻🤗

We love this house. This weekend was our 2nd year in a row going to this house. It is perfect for us, with enough bedrooms and sofas, 2.5 bathrooms, excellent kitchen and the new awning on the upper deck was perfect. We took the kayaks out on the lake with the beautiful weather we had. It was one of the best Girl's Weekend we had.

The house was centrally located near the Windmill Market and all of the wineries. The house is well equipped with everything we needed, blankets, towels, kitchen tools, etc. The weather was great. there was 6 of us and we all had an excellent time. See you next Spring. Thank you!
