Early in the morning too noisy from both sites .

excellent location.. few minutes waling to downtown. . several shops near open until 23... . public transportation in front of apartment... big rooms... big beds... well equip kitchen...

no parking available, and public parking is very expensive.. maybe in every rooms need more hangers, more cupboards to store the wardrobe...

The apartment is clean and the host is very polite and the location is amazing because is in the midle of City centre

The heat seemed to not be working on the first day. We had to use two blankets. The rest of the days were fine but the house is chilly

Apartment had very big bedrooms and everything we needed was there. Didn't need to use the apartment apart from sleeping. Washing machine, dish washer, everything there for us if needed. Beds made up and towels on arrival.

Apartment was very warm on arrival although gas boiler wasn't working second morning so no hot water. Was able to message and got a reply with a view to sending engineer. Quilts a little thin but extra bedding in drawers.

Clean, comfortable and big. Spent 1 night but enjoyed a lot.

Perfect location .15 walk to the Main Square. Plenty shops in the area and 15 min to the big shopping centre Handy lift as flat is on the 2nd floor. Kitchen with the all necessary appliances and utilities Place big enough to accomodate 7 people.

Well...first of all I would not call this place an apartment.. It's a basic standard flat with some things really lowering the standard down - as walls on the attached photos. Also there was off-puting smell, especially in the kitchen, probably from the sink/ drain. In the small bedroom I slept in you could feel the dust in the air ,which made me coughing. You can park the car on the street for 50zl per day, if you lucky enough to find the space, which can be difficult.

Location was excellent

Toilet was very small so it was a bit of a struggle for disabled son

Big apartment very close to the old town, probs 10 min walk straight up the road the apartment is on.. Very comfy beds!. Easy check in process, instructions sent by email and vert straight forward. Tea and coffee provided and had everything you need. Anastasia was very helpful and answered all my questions very promptly. She arranged all our tours for us too. Taxi picked us up from the apartment and would drop us where we wanted to be. Everybody we met in Krakow could not do enough for us. Very friendly people!

This is not 5 star but very reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. Could do with a paint in some areas. Didn't realise this was so close to the tram line which was right outside. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue as they start at 5am and you can here them. They woke us the first morning but we soon got used to them.

Great location, within walking distance of most attractions and tram stop right outside so great base to see everything. Plenty good bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Anastasia was great, very helpful and when we had to phone the office they were also very helpful. We were able to drop our bags off before check in and check out time of 11am is very reasonable. Secure building and peaceful (apart from trams right outside but you quickly get used to them).

The apartment we got was very run down. The address we booked was a different one to which we got so the address on booking was wrong for us and we went to the wrong apartment. Fridge was leaking but was promptly fixed. Cleaner was quite rude when we were dropping off our luggage. Not enough pillows and towels for family of 6.

Close to the Main Attractions.

Heater is not working Toilet and faucet were leaking too. Photos of the apartment in the website is far different from what we expected.

Everyone had his own bed, 10 min walk from old town. clean duvets, towels

Apartament located on very busy street with busses and city trains( luas ). very noisy from 5 am. lots of things destroyed in the apartment like walls, paints on the walls, furnitures. apartment completely different than the one from the pictures.

I expected that there would be an apartment with a balcony, but it was on the first floor. And the nearby tram stop, especially on the first floor, is very disturbing to sleep....

Apartment was amazing, well equiped and nicely prepared for 7 people. Teo bathrooms were great for bigger group of the people. It is a very good stay during lower temperature days. Location is amazing, near city center.

No air conditioning, so keep in mind that during summer you will need to sleep with open windows and noise from the street is very high. No parking available at the site, only public parking. Very spacious rooms

Excelent location. The rooms have plenty of space The beds are big enough. The washing machine had a dose for washing clothes. There an exclente plave nearby to have breakfast ("Awiteks")

To few chairs on the kitchen. It could have a place to hang the coats

Very nice and cozy place, in the centre, close to the tram station. Clean and great standard, we had wonderful time there. Good contact with the owners - I really recommend it if you think to visit Kraków :)

Overall was lovely to stay at the house

very spacious, in the city centre

the stove didn’t work, and for my family it was very important. but manager Anastasia was on this issue with us and did a great job fixing the problem even though it took some time to make things right
