Lovely modern airy apartment., bedroom spacious amd lovely comfortable bed . Nice bathroom , everything very clean. 2 tvs which was very convenient for the kids. Superb location , everyone enjoyed the pool amd facilities on site. Everything perfect for a couple and small child but not really for 3 children amd one adult

The sofa bed was not suitable for a comfortable nights sleep, the cushions kept falling off , not level when made up , not really acceptable as sleeping more than 2 people The dishwasher a little temperamental, and I would suggest updated garden furniture or at least 4 seats ?

Great place to stay we love the Bay and the walk along the beach to Filey is very enjoyable we will be back

Only comment we can make is that the outside seating could do with upgrading

The shower didn’t change temperature, bed was very wobbly and the sofa was very uncomfortable

The property was in a fab location for all facilities. It was well set out with lots of bits and bobs that may be needed. Well stocked kitchen.

The bed was horrific. We ended up taking in turns to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. In the end I slept in the car just to get some sleep. The cleaners aren’t doing a thorough job- I had to clean the bath myself and cobwebs everywhere! Dirty cutlery in the drawer and overall needed a good once over.

The location and facilties on site were brilliant. The pub, shops and cafe fantastic. The park Was clean and well cared for.

The apartment was, tatty and needed a refresh. The furniture was uncomfortable and broken dining chair. Nooks and crannies needed cobwebs taken away and dirt removed from under bed and corners of the rooms, skirting boards. Appliances were working but were old and needed replacing. The pillows were flat and the duvet old and stained. The cotton bedding was OK and surfaces were clean, but didn't feel confident it was cleaned sufficiently, considering covid threat etc.

Location was great and plenty of room for parking.

Nowhere decent to hang things like coats and clothes only one cupboard which was already full of stuff and no where to put things in the bathroom, also mirror in the bathroom was in an awkward place (over the toilet). A few bulbs weren't working and not enough comfy seating for 4 people.

Great location, clean enough, well equipped, particularly found the washing machine useful given the two children vs beach in winter! The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely finishing touches such as the “welcome box”, which included enough to get us settled, Christmas decorations . Felt very “Covid Safe” with many amenities such as wrapped keys/remotes and hand gel so we felt safe. Clean, crisp bedding with plenty of pillows to get comfy. The dishwasher didn’t smell as per previous reviews ! The bed- not to everyone’s comfort but we were pleased and slept like logs after walking a chunk of Filey Bay.

Not necessarily that I didn’t like it, but one or two points which would have made our stay even better; We didn’t receive full check-in details other than what was on the confirmation email so unfortunately had to disturb the host a number of times to gain access into the property. We’re really familiar with the area so could get to places/know of places if needed but others would possibly have benefitted from some sort of welcome pack with info, particularly as to how to get the boiler working as it took us a while to figure it out! Like I said- not criticisms- gorgeous little apartment and we hope to be back.
