The hosts contacted me multiple times to make sure I was enjoying my stay and to see if there was anything they could help me with. The location was great, as is the apartment and facilities. I was also remote working during my stay and the internet was super fast. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family for sure.

Refurbishment works in one of apartments around the pool but it's not landlords' fault! In Orlando something always going on :)

Very clean, full of helpful devices for kitchen, bathroom and cleaning. Awsome welcome pack, tiny details making you feel at home. Good contact with the owner and his flexibility (we were allowed to stay till 2 pm.) Recommend and would come back.

Hard to find anything... The pool was cold (normal thing during winter) and due to covid restrictions the places were taken quickly. The apartment is a bit uphill which you'll notice after 2-3 days in your leg muscles :)

The apartment is in a secure complex (Plenty of parking should you require it) and in a great location, near to the bars, restaurants and beach all within a 5 minute walk. The hosts were brilliant from start to finish of our holiday, they were there at hand if needed and were more than willing to assist with anything should you need it. They messaged us mid way to ensure we were enjoying our holiday and to enquire if we needed anything, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was very clean and had excellent facilities, the hosts have definitely thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and at home.

A couple of comments that we could say would have made our stay even more comfortable, would have been a different sofa for the days when we wanted to just chill and lounge around. An additional bedside cabinet would have also made our stay more comfortable. (However these are by no means meant to be negative comments, just personal preference and others may not feel this is needed). 😊

The hosts were very friendly. The apartment had a great location and had a great internal design! The apartment was incredibly well equipped, i think the hosts have thought about everything which we really liked :) Also, really enjoyed hanging in the balcony…

The toilet seat had to be shut as it occasionally caused an odd smell.

The flat is located very close to the beaches, a few minutes walk. It's also close to supermarkets - reasonably sized Hiper Dino is a few minutes walk, a bit bigger Mercadona at Gran Sur shopping centre is a 15 minutes walk. Smaller shops are even closer, just behind the gate. If you're up for the cheapest places, like Lidl, it would be a short drive. Yinet and Tico are very caring, attentive and friendly hosts, I felt almost guilty I don't have that many wishes to ask ;) When the washing machine broke down on Saturday afternoon, it got replaced on Sunday morning! The flat is equipped with an alarm with security cameras that can be engaged when leaving and disabled for privacy when inside (with physical camera covers), I felt very safe there. There were cleaning products, basic toiletries, plates, glasses, cooking pots etc., a cooking stove, a microwave oven (no dishwasher, not a problem for me). The bar on the estate is awesome, Giovanni is a very nice person and he possibly knows everything about Tenerife, so feel free to ask him (or the hosts) for any tips for your stay. The swimming pool facilities on the estate are very good - there are two adult ones (small and large) and one children one. They are maintained and cleaned very well, one bit of a downside is that they are not heated - not such a big problem in Tenerife, the water will always be ~20C or above.

I guess the only thing that I'd like to see improved is a laptop-size safe. There is a safe, but too small to store a laptop. There are plenty of non-obvious places to hide valuables tho ;)
