House was very nice and the beds were comfortable. There was snow on the ground our entire time and my granddaughter had a blast playing in it. Large windows allowed me to watch from inside near the fireplace. The location was central to all activities that we wanted to do. Make sure to add the Lowell Observatory to your itinerary. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I stayed here for a Christmas reunion and it couldn’t have been better. Home is well equipped and so comfortable. The hospitality was fantastic and they even had a Christmas tree to make it feel so festive. I sure hope it’s available for our next trip.

We came out to Flagstaff as home base for a family vacation, five people ranging in age from early twenties to early seventies. We absolutely loved this property! Rebecca truly thought of everything and was present through the whole process, even reaching out during our stay to make sure that everything was okay. The space was beautiful and clean and allowed for ample space to congregate when we wanted, as well as for ample privacy. On our days off from excursions, we spent our time outside playing games and enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We would definitely come back to this property, and would highly recommend it to others!

For our first VRBO experience, this was a dream. Easy and smooth check-in, the property is clean and bright, and has all the comforts you could ask for, with a great sized backyard and lots of entertainment. Would definitely stay again!

This property was beautiful, peaceful, spacious and perfect for our family! We had an NAU graduate, the house is close to NAU. We had 3 generations staying there and the place was great for everyone! There was plenty of seating and areas for food prep. The kids enjoyed the outdoor games and everyone loved thegathering places outside.
We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outside and had a great experience overall! I can't say enough good about it, thanks for renting it out to us! Unforgettable. Highlights included the kitchen, the firepit, the wind in the pines, windows open at night and proximity to NAU! ❤❤❤

We had a terrific weekend at this well outfitted home. The neighborhood was quiet and the house fit our group well. The four bedrooms were cozy. The house was very clean. The backyard was a great place to hang out and relax for the adults and kids. We will definitely stay here again.

This VRBO was the best I've stayed in. Very nice, clean and comfortable house. This host has gone above and beyond to provide all of the things you could possibly need during your stay. Our son loved all the games and activities she has at the house. My wife and I loved how peaceful the backyard is and all the great windows looking out there! Highly recommend.

We loved this property, this house! We're a family of 7 adults visiting from Texas for Thanksgiving vacation. Everything in this house, this property was absolutely beautiful! The amenities they provided was impeccable, they provided everything and I mean EVERYTHING down to the T! Will definitely stay here again one day.

We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we decided to stay again! It's such a great home with everything our group of 6 friends needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. The back patio is my favorite spot for morning coffee and a book. We cooked a great meal one night and then sat around the table playing card games while enjoying the fireplace and music through the blue tooth speaker. Can't wait to do it again next year. :-)

Beautiful home - spotless yet cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor activities. With a surprise October snowfall it felt like Christmas morning! We will definitely be back.

My family and I loved staying at this house. It was very clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable furniture and beds. There are games for inside and outdoors. Backyard is wonderful place to spend time day or evening.
The hosts left us a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.
My only suggestion would be to add luggage racks in the bedrooms.

There is nothing you will pack for here. It’s perfectly maintained with comfort and incredible attention to detail. You will love the backyard as well with games for all. You’ll regret not booking this wonderful house.

Our family did a weekend getaway in Flagstaff and Rebecca’s house was perfect. Large enough for 7 adults and 3 kids and such a beautiful house. The backyard is big and has lots of room for the kids to play. They also loved the koi fish! We loved hanging outside and sitting around the fire at night. The inside of the house is well decorated and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Thanks Rebecc

My husband and I stayed at Rebecca’s house with our two little kids and my parents and had such an incredible time. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space was so peaceful and we spent most of the day sitting on the porch, playing outdoor games and enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was immaculate, well decorated and had so many wonderful touches. The beds were very comfortable and each room had such a warm and inviting feel to it. We can’t wait to come back and spend another week!
