We very much enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. Close to things we wanted to do.

The house was hust as described. It had been updated with modern features. The beds was very comfy. Communication with the host was great!! Highly recommend this property!

The location of the home was great for our family and served as the perfect hub for our adventures into Boston. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail, Fenway Park, Quincy Market, etc. This place was great and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Everything was as advertised and I highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay for 4 days/3 nights. The newly remodeled kitchen is awesome, with a large island and new KitchenAid appliances. It is well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig (the cups and creamers were appreciated!), toaster, blender, and plenty of plates and cups. There are nice TV's in every BR with Roku and a large-screen TV in the living room. There is a leather sofa and loveseat which both have multiple recliners so it was very comfortable for 5 people to sit. The bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. While the Master BR has a beautiful walk-in shower, the bathroom for the other two BRs requires you to step over the side of a tub, which wasn't good for the senior citizen in our group, but for most families it would work fine. There is a nice gazebo and gas grill outside with a patio table and chairs. There is a garage and ample parking in two driveways and in front of the house. Management was very responsive and even brought us new batteries for a remote that wasn't working. The ONLY drawback is that the area around the house is not very nice, but we had a car so it wasn't a big issue for us. Five stars!

We came to Boston for the marathon and we needed a place to stay that was priced reasonably and had enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen is a great space for a family and has new appliances and everything we needed to make meals. One word of caution, Do NOT go down the stairs in socks. The stairs are slippery and we had a family member fall. Fortunately he is young and was fine but just a word of caution for older ones. Other than that it’s a very nice home and close to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week and had great response from host with questions. Beautiful house and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers.

The home was well prepared for our stay. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were nicely accessorized. All new appliances in the kitchen although we didn't cook any meals in our short stay. A short 15-20 minutes to downtown for any adventures. 5 stars! Thanks, Keith

It is an excellent house for a stay in the Boston area. We stayed at the house Thanksgiving week and visited with family. The house was very comfortable and relaxing during our time off.

We were very pleased and impressed with the home. It was very clean and well set up to accommodate our group size in terms of furnishings and space. We also appreciated the thoughtful, small details in terms of accommodating the travelers with vanity kits, make up remover wipes, water, etc. the beds were very comfortable and we all slept like babies. We truly appreciate the attention to details that were made us feel so welcome.

The location is perfect and you are right by the highway with anything you need. The house was wonderful and clean. Plus the kitchen is top of the line! The host is very helpful and responds right away if you need anything. I would definitely stay again if I plan on going back to the area.

House was clean, comfortable and has everything you'd ever need. Easy drive to the nearest subway station. At times, the area was quite noisy with loud trucks, motorcycles etc. This was a minor inconvenience since everything else about the house was great.

We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Located close to all the things we wanted to do. Boston and Salem were only short drives away which was super convenient and also close enough for us to attend a concert at Gilette Stadium. Property owners were great to deal with. Would definitely stay again if we plan to be in the area.

This property was a great value for our family of four. It’s perfectly located between Boston and the Salem area, and made traveling quite easy. The kitchen and bathrooms are amazing…the appliances in the kitchen are quite new and the kitchen as whole is a great space, so if you want to cook to save some money, you’re definitely in luck. There is definitely city traffic noise on Broadway St, so if you’re not used to that at night, you should bring earplugs or something with white noise. The shop next door keeps regular M-F business hours too, so they might be making some noise too. None of this really bothered us, but just something to be aware of. All in all, a great stay for a great value.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Location was great and it was a short drive to Boston and Salem. We recommend this place for anyone traveling to the area.

Our family stayed here as we needed a solid location as a “base of operations” for our son’s wedding. With 2 1/2 baths, a fully modern and spacious kitchen, comfortable lounge chairs in the living room, 3 bedrooms and an outdoor space with a grill ( we didn’t use it) and covered eating space, this location provided both great space to be together, as well as room for everyone to go to their own space.

Very clean and modern. Wasn't able to understand A/C thermostat setting system but never used a Nest before. Living room got pretty warm. Probably just needed more explanation of how Nest works.

Great kitchen. Great bathrooms plus tv's in all 3 bedrooms.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Short drive to restaurants, grocery and metro. Plenty of room in house, and amazing kitchen to cook and eat in Appliances were incredible! CVS across street. A great little Italian grocery a couple of minute walk down street. Very easy access to highways. Close to Salem, Concord, and many other destinations within one hour or less to visit. 20-25 minutes by metro to downtown, where hop on/hop off trolley took us to many major historic sites Would stay here again! Hosts wonderful to communicate with.

This is a beautiful property located in Malden, easy to access other areas in Massachusetts. Property is extremely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable and the owner very hospitable. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

This property is in the perfect location for visiting Boston and Salem! It was a very quiet neighborhood even being beside a business district. The house is beautiful and the beds sleep so good! Owners are wonderful with communication!!!

We came in for a convention over for four days and this property was not too far from the convention center or from TD Garden area. The house was very clean and had everything that was needed such as towels, body wash and some water in the fridge. My friends and I had a great stay and will be looking to head back in the future.

The property was very nice. It looks like it was recently renovated with new appliances and bathrooms. It's centrally located - roughly 20 min to Boston / 20 min to Salem. It is located close to a busy-ish street, so you can hear some street noise from the bedrooms. Overall we were very happy!
