The condo was beautiful with great ocean view. The only aggrivating part was 2 keys for 6 people. Not so bad for the condo door, but you needed a key to get in the building.

This condo has a terrific location steps from the beach. It was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property was in great condition. With maintenance stance making sure the property looked its best. The check-in instructions from Bryant were excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is our second time staying at 2C. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family vacation. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and of course ice cream every night. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend - comfortable beds, furniture and well stocked kitchen. Microwave wasn’t working but after I called a small countertop one was brought in. Need to upgrade to keyless entry, but the view was worth the hassle. Great beach for walking or running.

Great spot
We loved our stay! Great location. Beautiful balcony. We loved that we could rent a highchair too. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Not super fancy but nice & relaxing.

Nicely/comfortably furnished, centrally located, GREAT view and beach access with the pool option as an added bonus. Kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen wares. Internet/wifi connection was a bit slow and unit number on the front door was really hard to see/locate as we arrived well after dark (looks like all of the units have this issue on their doors, not just this one).Overall, we had a great experience in this unit.

So welcoming and comfortable!
Thanks for sharing your idyllic retreat. My two elderly (23 and 24) granddaughters and I spent all day on the beach except for watching the uNC basketball . You have made everything convenient . Love the solid patio doors and the new showers. Better than home.

The view of the ocean was fabulous and ease of getting on the beach was great. Condo was well-appointed and comfortable; a table on the deck would have made it perfect. I love Wrightsville Beach - I’ll be back!

Wonderful week in this condo at Wrightsville Beach. Great view of the ocean and bedrooms/bathrooms were very adequate. Two suggestions: 1) Leave instructions for TV remote controls use and, 2) Replace sectional sofa with one that is not so excessively deep (I'm a physical therapist and this promotes terrible sitting posture).

Perfect Getaway

Loved the 2nd floor view of the ocean! The wave action was incredible! Weather was overcast, rainy and stormy at times but it did not hinder our enjoyment of this beachfront location. The surfers were out in force as well. Walkability to shops and restaurants was a plus. The building is a little tired but the condo itself was updated, well done and clean. One suggestion to the condo management team, the elevator carpets should definitely be replaced on a regular basis.I would still revisit and recommend this particular unit to family and friends. Life is short, enjoy the beach!!!

The ZIPF condo is perfect - beautifully & comfortably furnished, amazing ocean view (I got up every morning to see the sunrise!), sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the short walks for hot dogs at The Trolly Stop and delicious coffees at The Workshop ... and longer walks along the beach to the Oceanic Pier (for an outdoor, distanced meal ... due to Covid, it was our first time at a restaurant since March)! Bryant staff was very professional and informative. Can’t wait you return!

No one was at the rental agency at 5:15 pm (4 is earliest check in), did not answer our calls to explain how to open the lockbox until 11 am the NEXT MORNING! We left messages on several phone numbers. No one at the Rental Agency at 10:15 am on check out day for us to bring up the issue. So be prepared for terrible customer service.

This was a really clean well updated condo. We had everything we needed--other than sheets and towels which you can rent as well. The only downside was that the pool was closed and there were no restrooms that were accessible other than going all the way up to your room. Other than that all was well.

The prop was very nice and clean, great view without seeing the pool courts, etc. We literally were only there to sleep two nights and I totally missed the fact that we had to bring linens on the app..I had to scroll down to see that and missed it, so I had to spend an hour driving to find sheets and towels for us. Apparently this is new if you stay under so many days..The front door key was very very difficult to use in the door lock..I was afraid I was going to break it...very difficult. Make sure you have keys whenever you leave because you need them for every door you go thru. We didn't use the pool or tennis and didn't even go in the lobby..There were very few people in Station One or even beach/town when we were there in early Nov. There was plenty of parking and easy to get to and from the rental office.
