The room (#10) was generally dirty. The main entrance needed sweep and the door washed. It looked like a dog had p'd on it. The floor was sticky and door sill to patio covered in mold. Linens appeared to be clean.

The floor was so dirty our feet were black. We had to wear our shoes.

Location perfect. No breakfast on premises

Lightening was poor, tv wasn’t the best, sound low, too many spider nests around.

the food is the best in Clayton. loved the room and the owner Michael is one of the most accommodating, kindest man I had the pleasure of meeting.

We came into to town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to the wedding venue and town with comfy Adirondack chairs outside to sit and watch the world go by.

The bed sheets were a little rough. We couldn't get the TV to work but that may have been more on us but notes on how to use the TV could be helpful.

Breakfast was not included. The room was very comfortable and we had the use of 2 beds, refrigerator, microwave and TV. We also liked the idea we could open the window for fresh air if we didn't want to use the air conditioner. It was also in a great location for everything we wanted to do and the view of the River was great.

The refrigerator needed a wipe down. The shower head in the bathroom had a crack in it at the connector so the water didn't flow very well. Manager was notified.

Our room was very clean , the front porch was home like and comfy. It was peaceful and quiet ,staff was polite nd more thn happy to assist with everything. The price was decent and below most others I looked at it was more thn exspected for the money. great job clipper inn.

nothing everything was good.

Such a cute motel. Really loved the location and the people working there were exceptional! We rode in on motorycles and felt really safe leaving our bikes out all night. Overall very accomodating. Will be coming again when we do the ride down next year!

A few cobwebs in the room, but honestly everything else overshadowed any cobwebs that lingered in the room.

it’s clean

Very noisy between doors slamming and the people next to us and noise from in the parking lot. No ice machine, you have to go to the restaurant with your ice bucket. Outdated.
