Beautiful view of Lake Como lovely gardens charming building

Everything was good. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement, perhaps a welcoming bottle of water in the refrigerator would be nice.

all was excellent, only fridge had lots of overgrown ice on the back. we informed the land lady, unfortunately the technical service was busy to help. we managed somehow with closing better the door that were not tight. it should have been taken care before guests (our) stay. apart from that all super. big thanks to Cristina for amazing hospitality.

Cris was a wonderful host, she came to rescue my boyfriend & I in her car when we got the wrong bus & ended up a 30 min walk away from the property. she was very welcoming, informative & easy to get hold of. We would definitely recommend her property to friends, the balcony with the lake view was superb.

You can’t beat this view - it was hard to leave the apartment and explore because we just wanted to sit on the balcony the whole time! The facilities are amazing and super clean and modern. Be wary that to get down to the lake you will need to walk down lots of steps - but it’s worth it for the view. Also there are only a few shops and restaurants in Moltrasio - so we found it was easier to use the kitchen and make some of our meals ourselves by buying groceries during our day trips to other towns. We loved our stay and would stay again.

The air conditioning wasn’t working for most of the time we were there - but that being said the place was pretty cool without it - which is quite remarkable given how hot it gets in summer! The host made sure to update us on when it would be fixed and it was all good by our last night.
