Cottage umgestaltet in 2011-Brand New Inside: Das Siesta Key Beach Cottage wurde komplett im Jahr 2011 umgebaut. Alles drin in brandneuem ..... alles. Die Außenseite wurde neu gestrichen. Die hintere Holzterrasse ist von einem Holzzaun umgeben und wurde renoviert und neu gestrichen. Das Innere wurde weiß gestrichen. Neue Holzböden im Hauptraum und Schlafzimmer. Neue Fenster überall. Alle Küchengeräte sind neu. Granit-Arbeitsplatte ist neu. Badezimmer hat neuen Fliesenboden, neue geschlossene Glasdusche mit neuer Fliesenwand und -boden und neue Spüle. Die Wände und die Decke sind Zypressen durch das ganze Haus. Create und Barrel Bett und Matratze sind neu. Flachbildschirm ist neu. Das Beach Cottage ist im Grunde brandneu, aber das nautische Dekor und Design hat dieses Beachy entspannt Gefühl zu erhalten.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a week, and it was incredible! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is just steps away from the beach and the local village, which has a coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream parlor, and numerous restaurants. Even when it rained, as it often does in Florida, it was so soothing to listen to the rain from inside the cottage. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

This was an absolutely lovely cottage. Impeccably clean and retro chic beach decor. The bed was very comfortable. There was excellent communication with the host. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach, via beach access #7. There is a free trolley that goes from Turtle Beach on Midnight Pass Road through to Siesta Key Village on Ocean Road. Siesta Key Village is close enough to walk. Parking can be a challenge in the village, so we left our vehicle in cottage driveway and either walked or took trolley. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. There are two bicycles there, which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of. This was a VERY enjoyable stay because the cottage was cosy and we felt right at home and convenient to almost everything. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay at this location again if it is available. Thank you, Dave, for everything. We appreciated it sincerely.

The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!

Super clean and very easy access to the property with details from my Host. My host was also incredibly friendly and helpful giving me tips at local places to do things and local places to eat! There is also multiple beach accesses very close nearby. I loved being able to bring my dog Lola with me and it was perfect for the two of us! Thank you so much, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. Dave was a great host and we highly recommend staying at this cottage. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful cottage. Very well decorated. Clean and Classy. Loved everything about the cottage, the beach and the island. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Made friends on the trolley. Swam with a manatee and just loved the simplistic and charm of a perfect week. I will be back again this year.

Amazing cottage! Just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very clean and super short walk to beach acces. Can watch the sunset every night if you desire. Highly recommend!!! We will make this a destination again in the future.

Right across the street from Beach 7 and only two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. You'll need to take quarters for the laundry (we couldn't get the app to work). A bit of road noise, primarily on the weekend, since it's along a main thoroughfare.

Adorable cottage decorated so cute. Has all amenities for a couple. Is private, but right across the street from beach. Only a couple blocks from Siesta Village for restaurants and bands. Property manager was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to needs. Only issue we had was attached neighbor had dogs that barked all night which is not anyones' fault.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable cabin right across the street from one of the beach entrances (the beach entrance leads down a 100-yard path to great beach.) The fun downtown area of Siesta Key is short walk down the same street. The house has everything you need with nice supplies provided by the owner and even beach chairs and bikes. The owner was also easy to communicate with by text or phone. You may note that the laundry is coin-op in another building (I didn’t read the details and thought it was in the unit.) We really enjoyed the stay.

The cottage is perfectly situated a short walk from Siesta village but far enough away from the noise across the street from #7 Beach access . The beach house decor is well done and creates a relaxing vibe. Everything you need is there including bikes and beach chairs. Great private outdoor sitting area and very clean .

This charming cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We loved the beach decor, parking is easy, and the private courtyard was perfect for our dogs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This was our second time staying here and most of the time we would be outside at the beach, walking downtown, or sitting on the patio which is all great and wonderful. Unfortunately we had one day of full rain and wind so we were inside most of the day. The unit is decorated and styled nicely and very comfortable, a suggestion for those types of days .. would be to have a chair with a reading lamp beside it. Please don’t take me wrong with that suggestion as it’s a 10 out of 10 place to stay and the manager is extremely helpful and kind! May the sun shine on your stays!

We had a great stay at Siesta Key Beach! Beach access was right across the street and within walking distance to restaurants. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy and convenient. The cottage decor was great and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. I’m a light sleeper so did notice car/road noise at night with the cottage being located by a busier road but nothing overly bothersome and neighboring properties were very quiet.

We’ve only been visiting the area for the last three years, never staying in the same rental. We will not be looking any further when we return. I would say the third time was a charm! This cottage was clean, close to the village and across from the beach access. Perfect for couples.

This beach cottage is great! It has everything you could need and is literally across the street from beach access! We had a great time. Dave really thought through equipping the place. It was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Our doodles also enjoyed the stay.

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean very comfortable! Location is ideal, you are literally right across the street from the public beach which is very nice. The village is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everything you need is available in the cottage and we will definitely be back again! We loved our relaxing week here! Absolutely gorgeous property. Very well taken care of and clean. Perfect spot for walking distance between the beach and Seista Village. Must stay if your going to Seista Key. Worth every penny. Property Manager is a text/phone call away and responds quickly for any questions. We got exactly what was advertised.

This Cottage is a wonderful property. The Cottage is ideal for a couple of any age. It is across the street from the Beach and only a short walk to the Village. The property is newly remodeled, well stocked and supplied.
Dave has thought of almost everything and makes reserving, check-in and check-out very simple. He is very accessible and responsive to any questions and/or issues.
We have stayed in Dave's properties previously and will stay book with him again.

First time to Florida beaches and it was everything that we could have asked for. The cottage is perfect for two people and has everything that you need. The host did a excellent job with remodel and are very responsive to any questions that you have. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is perfect for two. The house reminded me of the bungalow's in Stonybrook, NY where I would visit with family as a kid. The nastalgic vibe, made modernized, was clean, super close to beach access 7, had beach chairs and umbrella, and bikes to ride. All you need is to bring your book. Thank you for making our first visit to Florida amazing.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great. We live in the rocky mountains so it was nice to be so close to a beach and the ocean. Everything at the property was exactly as described in the listing. We loved it and hope to stay again some day.
