Willkommen in dieser neu gestalteten Maisonette-Einheit mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und offenem Grundriss! In der Innenstadt von Bothell gelegen, können Sie die Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten der Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen! Wir sind auch zu Fuß zum UW Bothell und Cascadia College und das Woodinville Wine Country ist nur eine 10-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt von Seattle sind eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Bellevue und Lynnwood sind 20 Autominuten entfernt.
Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und wir haben ein paar Memory-Schaum-Kissen pro Bett. Everything was perfect. Great instructions for entry and any need we may have had, clean house and great location for our purpose. It is on a road which had some traffic, so the front bedroom had road noise (didn’t bother me at all). Many things, such as restaurants and a Starbucks, in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Bothell is a delightful town in the Pacific Northwest. The Modern Remodeled home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, dinner and even ice cream. The walk along the Sammamish River is beautiful.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We rented the property for our party of five while we attended the wedding events of my niece and her new husband. We found the facilities to be excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the Bothel/ Woodinville area.

This property is located in a wonderful location, easy access to just about anywhere. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was cozy. We are excited to stay again!

This is a very nice property that appears to have been recently remodeled. The main living area is open concept and really comfortable and useable. The bedrooms are small so a king size bed would never fit, but the queen beds are very comfortable and two kinds of pillows are offered. Although the street is busy, we didn't hear any noise inside, and there is a safe area to back out of the driveway that avoids backing into traffic. I would definitely rent this property again.

Overall my experience was good. We had two couples, 1 additional adult, and an infant, and fit into the space just fine. Property manager was super friendly and happy accommodate last minute adjustments for logistics. I’d stay there again.

visiting from the East Coast for a Family Wedding, the location was perfect, close to everything we needed and within walking distance to most things. Some other reviews noted that it was noisy, although it sits right on the main road with a fire station across the street, it was still fairly quiet, with just some local traffic noise which you would get in any neighborhood including your own. The back patio does need to be cleaned as it was covered in moss, there was also a very nice firepit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook full meals ( just have to shop for needed panty items) dishwasher, and the washer/dryer was convenient. I would book this location again next time I come out there.

Great Location and Very Nice and Clean House
The house was just perfect, very clean and the location was near several bus routes. We did not rent a car and managed without any problems on the transit system.

A Great Place for Family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were in town for our son’s wedding! We found this home to have everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family for small gatherings while we were here. It is conveniently located so that we could stroll through Main Street Bothell to visit a local coffee shop each morning.
After the wedding, we had plenty of room to gather with family to play board games and enjoy a meal together as well.
This home was well-stocked and we-equipped to meet all our needs.

From the manager to the sıze and cleanlıness of our room, everything was excellent.
Overall, excellent! The only change that I'd recommend IS to add non slip strıps ınsıde the tub. During a shower, IT was very slıppery.

Bothell Stay
Izzy and Emma have done a great job setting up this property. Everything you need is there. They have provided quality linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped and well organized. There is lots of paper towels and nice toilet paper. Izzy was so nice and responsive when we had that extreme heat wave. He brought over an extra fan. The location was terrific. It’s a short walk into the town of Bothell where there are very nice restaurants. There’s also a wonderful bakery! And just down the street and around the corner is access to fantastic walking and biking paths along the river. We had a wonderful time!!

Everything and More
What a wonderful duplex this was for us in Bothell. We really enjoyed our stay. The openness and bright lighting was a big plus for me. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was easy to navigate. The beautiful flooring captures your eye as you enter the front door. Izzy and Emmy were wonderful to work with. Beautiful kitchen/living area
The kitchen and living areas are set up very nicely for family/adults. The kitchen is beautiful with excellent space and amenities. The living area is very comfortable and the large TV is great for viewing movies/sports. The large dining table/area adjacent to this area is surprisingly roomy as well. Back bedrooms are nice. Front (master) bedroom has too much ambient light due to street/building lights across the street. Also, some street noise but not too bad. The backyard is private and visually appealing.

Great place to gather in Bothell
This was a perfect place for our family as we had people coming from AK and OR. Great location outside Seattle with easy access to the city, state parks, groceries etc. The great open kitchen and dining area was perfect for puzzles, conversation, cooking and sharing the holidays. Izzy and Emmy were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental!

Convient & spacious shelter
Convenient location for our purposes with plenty of room for the kid to run. This property ,while lacking in charm, gave us exactly what we needed, three good bedrooms, a very functional kitchen, large living area, two bathrooms with everything in good shape.

Lovely home in Bothell
We were pleased to find a well-appointed home and Izzy and Emmy were wonderful to work with. The location was perfect for visiting Woodinville and beyond. The street is busy, so the front bedroom was a bit noisy. The back bedrooms were quiet, though, and the house had everything we needed. We really appreciated the quick response to inquiries and attention to detail in every part of the home. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Minutes from the Vineyards
Was looking for a place near Woodinville for my niece’s wedding. Found Izzy and Emmy’s place. Updated. Well stocked in all the amenities. Nice kitchen. Washer and dryer with detergent. Met Izzy one morning. Extremely nice. Good showers/water pressure. Little bit of road noise in the king bedroom. Very quiet in the other two. Very close to a number of vineyards. Chateau Ste Michelle and Columbia really close.

Wedding trip
We were there to attend a wedding and related functions in Everett. The home was conveniently located and comfortable. The only issues were the a/c would not cool below 73* at night so it was warm for sleeping and the other was that there wasn’t a great place to put the air bed which we finally put between the dining table and the patio doors. The extra large TV was great and it was a comfortable area to relax in the mornings and later in the evenings. Also loved the Keurig pod coffee maker. Overall it was a very good experience.
