Location, the garden, the property manager was nice, nice beds. Everything was really nice, except that one thing I mention that was not.. (which is quite big for fourteen days).

There was a bad smell in the apartment, the washing machine was moldy and unusable because of bad smell. The staff said that the water from the sink (tap) was undrinkable... Yeah that's right, and the bad smell in the apartment was because of something very wrong in the pipes. That smell came from the sink, out of the toilets, from the bath, showers and every place that has something to do with water pipes. I paid a lot for this apartment... For the amount of money I paid, those things should be decent. If you fix this, I would gladly recommend this property for friends and family. Everything else was very good but that smelly smell thing kind of ruined some part of our experience.

The location was good with easy access to the fantastic restaurants in La Caleta. The villa is located on a small complex with a quiet and safe pool area. The exterior spaces of the villa are comfortable and equipped with table/4 chairs and 4 sun loungers. The interior is modern and comfortable and clean.

The villa has two lovely double bedrooms with en-suites (master also has balcony), but the third bedroom was very small and had no storage at all - it would be very difficult to accommodate any more than 4 people in the villa. Also we felt that the villa was poorly equipped in terms of glassware/cups - as there were not enough for 4 persons. - this was rectified by the managers when we asked for additional glassware, but this detail should be resolved prior to guest arrivals. We had some issues with the A/C units - which the managers did try to resolve whilst we were present but these persisted - so we were unable to use the A/C - this will become a greater problem in the hotter months. Finally it would be useful if the managers provided an information pack on the complex/area etc.
