Overall it was an incredible experience. The house was fantastic and being on the 18th tee made it easy to walk over to the clubhouse for our round of golf. The customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. One of my best memories for our annual golf trip. Will continue to push the thought of having the group come back. The golf planning done by the ledges team was great and made it super simple. Overall I only have great things to say about Dan and his team for helping me out this together.

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and how many people we had! Everyone absolutely enjoyed and all the kids loved it! One thing we didn't realize is that one of the bedrooms upstairs, shares a bathroom and it is not it's own, but not too big of deal (just didn't specify in the listing) - Only other thing is, there was a small leak under the kitchen sink that's been there awhile and starting to rot the wood and have a lil smell ... But other than that, absolutely perfect!

There were 32 of us on a golf buddies trip. We rented 5 units and all of them were spectacular. The rentals were clean, modern, well equipped, nicely furnished, and conveniently located near the clubhouse and within close proximity of each other. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. It was nice to have a quiet location. Many things were nice about the stay. A few items that did come up were that the soap dispensers in 2 bathrooms started off almost empty so I had to look around for soap to fill them up and the heated pool that made us more interested about the location wasn't working very well.

We had a great time, the condo fit our family just right. Everything was great, the amenities were wonderful. The only issue we had was the empty propane bottle for the fire pit. We ask the first day to have the bottle replaced, and they said they would, but never did.

Our group was extremely pleased with our trip to St George and our stay at the Gathering Place. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. Two changes I would make in the unit. First the queen bed in the 4 th bedroom saga badly. It needs to be changed. If you do, it would be wise to go to a king bed. Second, the coffee pot needs replaces. Pods are the in thing. Thanks again for asking. See you next year.

Our group consisted of 16 golfers from Las Vegas, all staying at condos at The Ledges. The condos were selected because we all wanted to stay together, four men in each of four condos next to each other. The location was a short drive to one golf course and across the fairway from another. Each condo was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend these condos to anyone recreating in the St. George area.

Perfect for families
Wow this home has everything you could possibly need! Each bedroom and bathroom had everything we could ever need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There was also plenty of linens for all beds and bathroom. They had 20+ pool towels. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen appliances, Tupperware, dishes and even kids dishes and silverware. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great location. We would love to come back sometime. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The home is beautiful and fit our group of 14 really well. The kids loved the bunk beds upstairs and the Nintendo system. The adults loved talking out on the balconies. The pool was great. The only downside was a pile of towels and some garbage left out by the previous renters. We didn’t call management because we knew that was a simple fix, we just started the laundry ourselves and took out the trash- took us 5 minutes to do. I’m sure management would’ve come if we asked them too. We also would’ve preferred more garbage sacks and dish washer soap. And I’m sure that would’ve been provided had we asked. We tried to limit our exposure to others since our visit was during the crazy covid chaos.

The house was nice and fit the description. The ebikes helped entertain my kids but were pricey and not always available so it wasn't a sustainable option. The pools were ok. Super small and a hundred houses in these subdivisions are supposed to share Ha ha so that part wasn't fun. A crude map is provided online but one doesn't know a lot til arrival. Also, the neighbors were noisy during the terms of agreement designated quiet times. Units are attached so if you or your fam like to keep a regular sleep schedule or are getting up early for golf or something important that you might be attending, you may not be happy. No grass area for kids. There was a small patch nearby but not big enough to play in unless you have an infant. The food prepared at the Rockfish Grille just isnt very good so unless I yearn for another high priced mediocre experience, I really don't see myself returning.

This place was awesome but it started off kind of bad. We arrived at 4 pm to check-in and the cleaners had just shown up to start cleaning. We couldn't put stuff in our rooms and had to hang out in the living room for an hour or so.
