Our family of 24 had a wonderful time! The house was great, so well equipped for our every need!! The view of the lake and the hills from the living area of the house was spectacular! This was our 2nd stay here and we can’t wait to go back again!

All of our family had a wonderful time at this location. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an abundance of seating for eating meals and playing games with each other. The house was very clean. We enjoyed having access to the paddle boards and kayak. The covered dock was wonderful for when you needed a break from the sun. Not every sleeping area has a fan so if you need air moving to sleep it would be best to bring a fan with you. We have already booked the property again for next years family gathering.

The view from the living area sells this place - glass walls looking right out to the water. Beach House 1 was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, flatware, and utensils. The best part for us was that it was an open floor plan with abundant seating. We could be together all the time. With one bedroom on that main floor, four bedrooms downstairs, and the ultimate young persons room on the split level, it suited our family perfectly.

Our large group was extremely comfortable with sleeping arrangements and accommodations. The firepit on the beach was perfect for the cold weather and we enjoyed getting to use the kayaks on site. We'll be back in the futurre!

Beautiful home and property

Great spot for getting families together with plenty to do from infant all the way to adult. The water was warm and calm, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to interact and have their own privacy too. Highly recommend.

"This house is amazing!" is the phrase I heard from all 20 adults who stayed at this property. Repeatedly! Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of prep room, and is very well stocked with whatever you would need to create meals for a large group. The view is priceless, and every morning I would find multiple people sitting inside or on the porch, drinking their coffee, and just staring across the lake. The water access was gently sloping from the shore, which was awesome for the three toddlers in our group. We had a great time kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, and just sitting on the dock. The basketball game in the bunk room, and the ping pong table on the patio were big hits as well! This place is well designed for a large group. We never felt cramped and there were plenty of bathrooms!

Our extended family stated here for a weekend and it was fantastic! The boat dock, the beach, the house and it was stocked! We had so much space and fun!

I celebrated my birthday at this property, and we had a incredible time! The pictures of the views don't do the impactful beauty of the scenery in person. Very spacious house, and different spaces of the rooms allowed for everyone to be comfortable and access bathrooms/beds easily. Outdoor space was used and taken advantage of. Overall, highly recommend!

Just as advertised. The property is full of huge trees and beautiful views. I could go on and on about how great it was, but since I always look for negatives in reviews, I’ll share what little I found. First, there are no blinds on any upstairs windows. Second, no food pantry, we just used a cabinet. Third, and probably the biggest, no outdoor lighting for nights. If you want to call any of those negative, that’s it. The good FAR outweighs anything else. Do yourself a favor and don’t keep looking. Book this place. It. Is. Awesome.

The individual ice machine, 2 washer/dryer, water toys, defined lounging areas inside/outside, the bunk room is absolutely genius, and overall a class act accommodations.

We loved our trip to this property with a group of our friends. It was the perfect house for a large group with kids. There was so much to do: volleyball, basketball, paddle board, and ping pong ball. We hope to come back someday!

This house is fantastic, we loved everything about it! Perfect layout for everyone to have their space, the kitchen is large and very well stocked with essentials. We loved the gorgeous view and beach area to relax. Kelly was fantastic to work with. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Good location, roomy house. We rented both houses and it worked out really good. A couple of minor repairs need to be made, but quick turn arounds prevented this and we understand. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a great time.

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to social distance. The grandkids loved paddle boarding and kayaking. The kids also fished from the pier and were successful. My son rented jet skis which added to our fun activities. We definitely got our exercise walking from the house to the lake front. A 4 wheeler would of been great for our 75 year old honoree. He was the only one that complained.😀�. We all look for ward to returning.

This property is better than I even expected!! It is perfect location and has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend. I can’t wait to come stay there again!! My access code was wrong however and response time to questions was not as quick as I had preferred. But day of, a nice lady came to let us into the property very quickly so that was appreciated. 100% recommend this property, for it makes for a very special experience!

The house is a great design for a large family. The distance from the house to the lake was really close which we liked. An this part of the lake was the most calm for sling an wake boarding.

Combine 2 wonderful lakehouses on a quiet leg of Lake LBJ with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, spacious kitchens, a sandy beach and a freshwater lake, with toddlers, youngsters, teens, adults, including my 89 year old mother and youve got a fabulous weekend of fun!!! Beach House 1 and Beach House 2 share a huge beach and a dick for all the privacy and room you can most likely need!!

Incredible property for a weekend getaway with a group of friends! In a quiet lake-front community that's less than a mile from Lighthouse Country Club. It's a gorgeous home of modern renovations and a two-tier back porch view that is hard to beat!There is plenty of space to comfortably host large groups, and house has a multitude of accommodations to ensure your day at the beach is well spent. Kelly was very timely on all emails and phone call as well, which was icing on the cake. It truly was a perfect stay. We cannot wait to book our next trip to the Beach House!!

This home was the perfect get away for our women’s retreat weekend! We had an amazing time relaxing, worshipping, digging into scripture together and discussing God and friendship. The setting right on the water is the perfect backdrop for your worries and stress to melt away. The house comes equipped with everything you need for entertaining a large crowd and the kitchen is amazing! Thank you!

We went to this property for thanksgiving break and we all enjoyed it a lot. All the members of our group got to have fun activities to do. The property is well equipped and clean. We were 5 families with kids and we felt comfortable in this property. The house has a wonderful view .

Great rental for large families of all ages. Nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. Beautiful place and beautiful views.

This house had the perfect setup for our group of 5 couples and 12 kids. Everybody had an amazing time. The view is indeed breathtaking and with so many windows, it can be enjoyed from most of the house. The kids truly had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding, playing table tennis and electronic basket ball. The sandy beach with warm, calm and shallow waters felt very safe for our youngest children. The house is very clean and well appointed (just missing a dish rack and towel racks). We spent a long weekend there but it felt like a much longer vacation.

I have stayed in many homes through Home Away and this was by far the most amazing one! Usually homes look a little less glamorous in person, but this one was even better than the pictures!!
