Gorgeous view - which one could never tire of - well furnished - very comfortable.

Nothing 2 small things to suit us - as weather so hot which is so unusual - a sunshade would have been lovely 2 single beds would have been nice in our case rather than a double.

The location was superb with excellent access to the beach. The flat was very clean with plenty of storage and good quality furnishings.

Fabulous view, great location (as long as you don’t mind hills), very clean and comfortable. Spacious. We have booked to visit again!

TV needs upgrading (no access to Netflix/iplayer even on your own account) - not that you watch it that much! Bathroom not inviting.

It was a very comfortable and homely apartment. Large enough for two retrievers too. The double bedroom was excellent and a warm welcome with tea,coffee, sugar and milk. The view was amazing.

The second bedroom was very small with very little room to move or to store clothing. The steep path from the beech to the property was quite difficult.

This is a perfect, peaceful well equipped flat over looking the beautiful beach at Polzeath with an amazing balcony where we ate out every night. The flat has everything you need for self catering with utensils at a very high standard. Everything has been well thought out, we can’t wait to return.
