The amenities around the property were pretty nice, a couple of places to eat, to drink and to have some dessert, pools were great, even though as a visitor you don't have a way to enjoy the big one, a shame

Air conditioner was pretty loud, and the TV was a really old model, also, sounds from the neighbors are really not avoidable in this place, so, be wary of those points.

The apartment is very nice. If you only require the apartment and would like to swim in the ocean this is a good option.

The pool accessible from the property is salt water. Despite advertising that the property has the largest fresh water pool in the world. The water slide and pool area accessible are in terrible condition.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the person who attended us was very friendly and punctual in delivering and receiving the room and the keys, as well the access to the pool and beach.

We would have liked more variety to eat in the place but you have the hotel options. There is a grocery store in the place and a super market at 4 kilometers distance.

Comfortable arrangements, able to walk to the pool and beach without leaving the community. Nice convenience store in the courtyard.

Bottled water would be good and is necessary.

PRICEY services and bar in beach area. It’s a mixture of hotel, residential units and Airbnb. The facilities are starting to show a bit of wear and tear.

Room was basic but clean.

No access to main pool or resident areas. No information given as to where we could eat or any close facilities or shops where we could buy food. Playa Blanca staff at desk very pushy trying to sell appartments, breakfast and safaris (Not the fault of appartment host, but she could have warned us of how predatory they are). Sr Francisco called my phone 8 times. We had to find the host Sra Irina at the door of a place we have never been before? I think the least the host could do is meet guests at reception? Not much spanish or english spoken by Sra Irina. Very hard to understand her. We were given 4 towels and hand towels which were counted on our exit. Room has no kitchen, so dishes must be washed in the bathroom sink. Room has coffee machine but only 2 scoops of coffee provided?? Air conditioner unit made noises all night. Hard to sleep with other guests being allowed to have a party on the square below until after midnight. Beach was dirty, full of trash and dog poop. Overall a very dissapointing experience. Recommend booking directly with Playa Blanca to avoid such disapoitment.

The food was good that’s about it. The location was ok and parking was free.

Check in was at 3 which was ok but the pool closes at 5. Not much time to do anything. The room smelled awful and the sheets were old and stained. Some of the staff was rude as well.

It is a property that needs to be taken care of, the furniture is not in good shape and especially the cleaning was extremely dissapointing, it looks like they barely cleaned or change the bed sheets (i hope they did) and it looks like they have never done any profound cleaning at all, is not very pleasant.

The property was not what had been advertised, we got a diffrente room than the one we picked in booking.com. The room was ok but there were cleaning suppplies in the balcony and bathroom and even though it looked clean, that was not a great sight. There was noise outside up to 11pm or more with presentations, hard to sleep with small children.

Very few kitchen utensils, no decent cups. No possibility to pay via Booking.com Property owner demanded half payment in advance and then payment in cash upon arrival, which I didnt have so she needed to accept a wire transfer against her will. Not very friendly.

Very confortable place. I ended up booking two apartments because of a misunderstanding. I thought the room with no kitchen could fit 4 adults and 3 kids. However it was smaller than I thought so we ended up getting a second apartment with kitchen for an affordable price. Irina was very nice and was able to solve the inconvenience very fast. The place is beautiful, the beach is nearby but you’ll have to walk a little bit to get there. The staff from the resort are very friendly and you’ll be able to enjoy many activities for kids and adults at the pool, like aqua Zumba and others. You don’t really have to check in at the front desk because these apartments are not managed by the resort, they are managed by Irina and some other people so keep in contact with them for instructions. Nevertheless, the staff of the resort will greet you and treat you as if you were one of their clients, they will give you any kind of information you would want to know. In conclusion, beautiful place to stay and spend time with your family

It’s a little complicated to get to the place but once you exit the Interamericana highway, you’ll have to keep driving until you see the playa blanca letters on the ground to your left, right after that you’ll have to take a left and there will be a security who’ll ask for your information and will give you instructions. However, if you don’t speak Spanish or don’t understand it really well, don’t worry, you’ll only have to keep driving until you get to the roundabout and the building to your right will be the town center. You can park in front of the main entrance if there’s parking available or at the side of the building but be careful, I noticed a few big holes in some of the parking spots. Due to covid restrictions, during the weekend one of the two pools were closed, this happened to be the pool with fresh water and two slides, leaving us with having to use the salt water pool which was a small part of the big artificial lagoon. The water sports area and recreation area were close as well and the beach too. However we could go to the beach and use the things that were close during the weekend on Monday before we left but I just wish we could enjoy all the things the complex offers for a longer time. This wasn’t anyone’s fault because they were restrictions established by the government but just take that into consideration when booking your stay. Btw: the Panamanian government restrictions for covid change every other day so make sure to get well informed and be ready to make unexpected changes for your planned vacation because with them you’ll never know what to expect.
