Location was nice. Right by pool and beach.

Booked specifically for DVD player/CD player for a ministry session with my daughter and the equipment did not work. Hindsight I should have brought my own but was looking for convenience. Bed was like sleeping on a rock and bunk beds were in part of bathroom which was a little strange. There were also a LOT of teenage/college kids roaming around on golf carts late into the evening which wasn’t really an inviting environment for families with younger kids. Overall not terrible but I don’t know that we will go back.

Convenient to beach, pool and several eating choices. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach was very flat and took us very close to the beach. Walking out to the beach at night was a treat and the boardwalk made it easy. The beach was clean and not too crowded, best beach I've ever enjoyed. The wandering deer - everywhere, walk right up to you, an unexpected sight.

Kids were excited about the bunk bed. Impossible to climb into the top bunk, they were disappointed. Could be easily corrected by an additional hand hold for the right hand, just no way to pull your body only onto the bed with just left hand hold. It worked out fine, but might want to modify that.

It was great for a couple. Weekend getaways

We arrived early and was not allowed to check in early. No one was staying at the property so we felt like we should have been able to check in.

I liked the key pad entry. Nice and easy check in. Location is perfect- dead center of Fripp Island! Would definitely come back here again. The suites were so clean and the pools were very nice as well!

Didn’t like how early check in was not an option. We were only 15-20 mins early and still the key pad would not unlock until right at 4:30 check in time.

Room was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Overlooking the pool.

The room was smaller than the photos indicated. Peeling wallpaper in one corner. No ice tray in the freezer.

The location was great

The room had to many beds and no space to really enjoy sitting around. TV did not work at all had to call and they brought in a small one to us.

Mold on ceiling ducts, dog droppings on walkway, gutter hanging in front, paint flaking off outside, glasses in cupboards not clean, toilet very difficult to flush, dish tv not working..just a few items
