Hôtel bien situé.

Propreté légère (c’est surtout que les matériaux utilisés n’inspirent pas la propreté car ils marquent). Pour les vélos électriques : possibilité de les ranger dans l’hôtel mais interdiction de les brancher (pour des raisons de sécurité…). La sécurité semble un gros problème à Vitré car les hôtels imposent les garanties de paiement et posent des barres devant les réfrigérateurs. Personnel accueillant mais rigide: le propriétaire ne doit pas être très sympa…

The location next to the castle and old town is excellent. Our room was modern and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped store our cycles. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location- right in the centre of the old town, the main reason to book in my opinion. Rooms were a good size and included a 50inch tv and usb points etc. The bathroom was large and nicely specced too. There was a pool and spa, which we didn't use.. having to wear a swim cap even in the sauna was bizarre for a four star hotel! Staff were friendly, the guy that checked us in spoke excellent English although we didn't expect him to.

The Bokal restaurant which was attached to the hotel.. you select the food you want in little pots and then microwave them? I think this works fine in an ibis budget or similar, but we preferred to go out and eat in a little restaurant 500m away which would have been a more suitable hotel like dining experience.

really nice property in the heart of old Vitré

Wonderful location in the centre of town the old town of Vitre. Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely friendly staff. We were allocated a room to store and charge our bikes.

I stayed in this hotel quite a few times even during Covid. I love the restaurant and breakfast. It is a great location, amazing city and area to visit, exercise and/or meet team and customers. The Magic is well located and staffed with a very nice and professional team! I can only thank the owners!

swimming pool friendly staff excellent location

Great location in the city. Private hotel car park not far from hotel near the station. Rooms were large and next door to each other ground floor (think they were disabled friendly rooms). Helpful staff and kettle in the rooms. We arrived late afternoon and didn't realise there is a stunning medieval chateax to visit here. Loved the cobbled streets location.

No hair conditioner available. No tea, only instant coffee available. Small things which we brought with us, so we still enjoyed our stay.

Nice facilities and rooms, including the pool. staff very friendly. breakfast was good.

did not understand how to drop off bags by car due to the one way system, Google took me to the wrong place.

Liked the wide choice at breakfast, spacious room and attentive staff members. Restaurant was good, a novel approach and the dishes were well conceived. Very good overall

The spa was a bonus but pool a bit hard to access for older people and perhaps a few more sun loungers?

Beautiful hotel, modern and interesting decor, very good breakfast, friendly staff.

The 3 euros charge for each of our bicycles! On cycling from St. Malo to Nice this was the first time we had been charged!
