Privates Haus in Black Point Beach (5. Haus von Niantic Bay), drei Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bäder, 6 Personen. (Zwei Königinnen und zwei Einzelbetten) Eingezäunter Hof mit Schaukel. Offener Grundriss mit drei Ebenen. Unmöbliertes Spielzimmer und Waschküche im Untergeschoss. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Sitzecke, Küche, Deck und 1/2 Bad auf mittlerer Ebene. Drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (1 Dusche, 1 Badewanne) im Obergeschoss. Zentrale Luft im mittleren und oberen Bereich. Tennisplätze, ein Basketballplatz und ein Spielbereich befinden sich in der Nähe des Vereinsklubhauses. Enhanced WIFI, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Liegestühle, Strandtücher, Pack N Play, Kinderwagen, Hochstuhl, HULU TV, Kaffee und Mineralwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Eigentümer wohnt vor Ort, um Ihnen bei auftretenden Problemen behilflich zu sein oder um Sie vor Ort zu beraten. Die Frau des Besitzers sorgt dafür, dass das Haus für Reisende gut vorbereitet ist. In der Nähe von Casinos, Weingütern, Brauereien, Charterfischen, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gilette Castle, Essex Dampfzug, Newport Villen (1 Stunde) und Block Island (45 Minuten Fähre.) Und vergessen Sie nicht, einen drei Kilometer langen Spaziergang auf dem Niantic Bay Boardwalk oder durch Niantic oder Old Black Point zu unternehmen. Great house all around. Easy walk to beach. Lots of other things to do within short driving distance. Finally got Mystic Pizza off the bucket list. Great place and reasonably priced by the way.

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a lot of guests. We particularly enjoyed the deck looking out on the backyard. Check in and out was very easy.

Highly recommend this home, very clean and comfortable. Owner provided plenty of guidance for check in/out, as well as a folder at the house with info such as using the tv, wifi, local restaurants, etc. No complaints, would reserve again if ever in the area.

Very clean and well appointed home. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the quaint and quiet neighborhood. I would love to come back in the summer sometime to enjoy the nearby beaches.

We had a great stay here. My husband and I came in the off-season with our two dogs. There's a fenced in back yard and a great neighborhood to walk. The little town of Niantic is so cute; there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We were super close to Mystic Seaport. The hosts are great. We highly recommend!

The property was very well kept and definitely provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Have already recommended the house to other friends and family. Especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was well appointed and had many amenities. Close to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. We also visited Block Island and had a great time there.
Yard was fenced in, which was good for our dogs. Pleasant quiet area, taking walks with our dogs was also very nice.
Hosts were most gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Walk to the beach or just around the quiet beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in the house and our dog loved the backyard and deck. When my daughter came with the baby we found the baby gates we brought weren’t wide enough for the stairs, luckily he wasn’t too fast at the time! Overall wonderful place to stay!

My family and I ended our 10 day New England vacation here and it was perfect. My kids (14 and 11) appreciated that they could spread out and have their own rooms. They also were constantly playing ping pong. I enjoyed the little beaches. One day we were the only ones on the beach until about 2pm. There are lots of cute restaurants in downtown Niantic. Bill was great and even let us check in early and check out late. Would definitely stay again!

My friend and I had an amazing time at this house. It's so beautiful and comfortable, and my dog enjoyed the fully fenced-in yard. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is cute and much bigger than the pictures give it credit for. The host thought of everything and it was well stocked. Close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Sad that we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but the weather was too chilly. We enjoyed our time. Thanks again for sharing your house with us.

Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great- we enjoyed walking down to the beach and the kids liked the playground and tennis courts. We would stay again!

Nice location- close to ocean and good places to eat. Enjoyed our stay and walks around the neighborhood. Our little kids really liked “our ocean house”.

We were relocating to Niantic and our closing wasn't scheduled for several days. We have a dog. Emmie, and it is very difficult to have a long stay in a motel so decided to look into renting a house and when I checked the sites, Bill's house popped up and seemed perfect and near the water which in our estimation is a bonus. When checking our dates it was available so felt it was meant for us!! The house is very nice. Certainly had everything that you would need and then some. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone who wants a nice place to stay when visiting Niantic and the CT coast. The only draw back is that the 3 well appointed bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a long flight of stairs up which could be a problem for some. I'm just sorry that the weather wasn't a bit warmer as it would have been nice to sit out on their deck and enjoy watching the deer who were around every day. Thanks Bill and family for sharing your great beach house!

We had a great stay at this house for Christmas and would definitely stay here again. The house is awesome and spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We brought our dogs and there was a fenced in yard. There was a Christmas tree set up for us upon arrival and the house had all of the necessities we needed. The location is awesome for being so close to the beach, but also close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

My wife, son, and I stayed at this property while our house was having work done. The house was very clean, spacious, and really felt like a home away from home. Couldn't ask for a better location, and the host was friendly, informative, and quick to respond. I would recommend this property to anyone, and I plan on coming back for a vacation soon!

This property was perfect for us! The location was very close to our family, so we could walk back and forth with ease. It’s a very comfortable and cozy home for hanging out relaxing also. The neighbors were all friendly, and we met some by returning their lost/wandering dog! It’s well stocked, we’ll definitely stay again when needed.

We had a great stay. The property is bright, clean and cheery. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and enjoyable to walk around. The awning covered porch was perfect to sit out on. Our pets were welcome and the owner was very responsive to questions. Unexpected benefit was we could garage the car. We will no doubt stay there again.

The home was in a great location and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with paper products and good coffee. It was bright and sunny and the kitchen had a sweet sitting area near the dining room. We enjoyed our stay.

This vacation home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home is well maintained, beautifully decorated in a beach theme and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The awning on the deck provides shade and in a light rain, shelter. A fenced in back yard is great for dogs. No need to drive to the beach as it is a safe 5 minute walk away and with a beach pass (provided) there is access to many other beaches. A short drive to downtown Niantic offers all the restaurants and shopping you could ask for. Bill, the owner, is most accommodating! Thanks Bill!

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The house comes with everything that a family could possibly need and is really comfortable. The bed/mattresses are extremely comfortable and this dad slept like a baby. Next time we come out this way, we will be sure to see if this place is available

Home away from home
We had a great stay! It was truly a home away from home with everything you need - even bottled water to take to the beach! Great location - private beaches plus very close to Rocky Neck State Park as well. We will definitely be back!

Everything we needed !
We have an annual family reunion every year for the fourth and as the family has grown we have had to expand the size of where we stay. This location was only 2 miles from our family, moderately clean and allowed our furry friends to join us.
Booking was easy and accurate and it was easy to communicate with the owner. If it’s available next year we would absolutely stay again.

Great house with everything you need to be away from home!
My family had a great week at this home. It was clean and lots of sunlight inside. The photos doesn’t do Justice to show how open and nice it is. The kitchen was super easy to work in and could see family in living room. The deck off the living room was perfect to enjoy coffee or a meal on. While it doesn’t have an ocean view it is a short walk to the water and easy access for a quiet experience without rough waters or crowds. There is a quaint little market a few blocks up for some basic needs or treats but you do need to drive 5 minutes or so to get into town where there are other things things to enjoy. Location was really nice and safe. We took the kids crabbing within a 15 minutes drive and had the tools needed to enjoy for lunch with our catch. Easy access to a lot of things while still having a quaint place to come back to as a retreat. House was clean, and beach towel and chairs were convenient to use even though we used our own chairs. Owner was very responsive and check it super easy!

Great Stay!
We had a great three-day stay at the house. It was a block away from the bay, had a lovely deck, and everything we needed. Bill was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this house for a getaway. Great place for little kids as it has a kid-friendly bedroom.

Beautiful home
Highly satisfied with our two night stay at this beautiful home right by the ocean. The pictures don’t do any justice, the house was much bigger than expected. My dog loved the fenced in back yard and my kids were thrilled with the short walk to the private beaches. You will not be disappointed.

Quick enjoyable stay.
Property was clean and well equipped. We were up for a family wedding so didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but all was good. Beds comfy, good parking and location and nice covered back deck.

Birthdays in Connecticut
We were visiting Connecticut to celebrate the birthdays of our daughter and her BFF. We found this rental home. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the home. It was well supplied with everything you might need. It was located in a nice neighborhood with lovely views of the water. Very quiet street. We did see some wildlife passing through the woods behind the house. We loved the towels...so soft. We really enjoyed our stay. If we had to make any suggestions, a larger bed in the master bedroom and a larger capacity coffeemaker; we are big coffee drinkers. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Lovely house/relaxing stay
A lovely house with spacious living areas and a great kitchen. Very bright and cheery beach house - comfortable seating, lots of windows, family-sized dining room. Nice deck and fenced-in backyard for kids or pets. We were there in the fall so didn’t use the beach pass but the water is just down the street - great walking neighborhood. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful stay!
