Unsere komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in Flagler Beach befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Sie können das Meer von der Haustür aus sehen und hören und es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang von 20 Sekunden zum Strand über die A1A. Dies ist ein schöner ebenerdiger Zugang (keine Treppe) zu einem Schlafzimmer mit einer ausklappbaren Couch. Es gibt auch ein Rollbett mit zwei Einzelmatratzen. Sie können Ihr Auto parken und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Dies ist unsere 2. Einheit im selben Gebäude, das komplett renoviert und verfügbar ist. Unsere Einheit ist kinderfreundlich mit Steckdose und Ofenabdeckungen, Pack & Play, Essstuhl und Badewanne. Leider sind aufgrund der Vereinsregeln keine Haustiere erlaubt. Wir haben WLAN und grundlegende Kabel. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz und zusätzliche kostenlose Parkplätze auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Der Raum
Das Gebäude ist ein zweistöckiges Betongebäude mit 7 Einheiten im Obergeschoss und 7 im Untergeschoss. Beide Einheiten befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und sind leicht zugänglich für Gepäck und Strandausrüstung. Es gibt eine kleine hintere Terrasse mit Stühlen. Es gibt eine weiche Königinmatratze im Schlafzimmer und ein Rollbett mit zwei Einzelmatratzen. Die Wohnzimmercouch ist auch ein Auszug.

Bei Bedarf haben Sie Zugang zur Waschküche im Gebäude. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche und Fußwaschung neben dem östlichen Treppenhaus.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the space was truly impeccable. It was evident that the hosts took great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the crisp linens to the sparkling bathroom – everything was flawlessly clean and well-maintained.
The decor of the Airbnb was a perfect mix of coastal and cozy. The attention to detail in the interior design created an inviting and homely atmosphere that made me feel instantly comfortable.
The location was fantastic, it provided easy access to literally everything. Could've thrown a shell in the ocean from our street with one good toss, we were that close!
The thoughtful touches from the hosts made my stay even more special. A personalized welcome note & local recommendations were the icing on the cake.

I was coming to town to surf, so this was the perfect spot for me. The place was clean, and had everything I needed. The best part of Saltwater Therapy is being able to run across the street to surf. Another great feature is that your parking space is right outside the the unit, so it made it easy to load and unload my board quickly or even leave my board on the car between sessions. Also, the living room was spacious enough to not only stash my board at the end of the day, there was still plenty of room to throw down a yoga mat post surf. I loved my stay here and can’t wait to return.

This VRBO was just right for us we wanted easy access to beach just across street and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping, all was accomplished😁. It had everything and more. it was quiet, easy walking distance to a park as well, Loved that it had a king size bed and comfortable and paper towels, cleaning stuff for kitchen etc, will be back soon I hope, thanks!

This is a no frills condo with all the basic necessities and only a short walk to the beach. Also, lots of good food places and shops within walking distance. Great place for couples or small families looking to spend time in a sleepy little beach town.

This was a perfect little condo right in the heart of Flagler. I stayed here with a few friends and the trip was great. The condo had everything we needed. Ray and Heather are great hosts and we will definitely be back!

Back Again
We enjoyed our stay so much last year we decided to visit again this year. We rented the same two units and had a wonderful time. It was fun returning after having stayed before so we were able to get to some things we didn’t last time, for example, this time we made it to the farmers market at the park just up the street and tried a few new restaurants. It was also nice returning in that we knew what to expect, a nice clean unit in a quiet well kept complex in a great location!

Great place to stay in Flagler
This condo is comfortable, well maintained and in a great location. Loved being able to walk to the beach and town, since parking can be a problem. Hosts supply beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. which is great.

So much to do within walking distance
The condo was in a great location to the beach, shopping, variety of restraunts and so much more. Next year we are hoping to stay 2 weeks if available. Thank you Ray & Heather for an awesome vacation.

Steps from the beach
We loved how close this rental is to the beach - literally just a few steps! It may not be the white sands of other FL beaches, but you get it all to yourself so we didn't care. The condo was a great size for two, and had beds for more, but not dishes, so plan for that if you have more than two guests staying. Overall, we loved this spot!

First time in Flagler
The location of this property was perfect for our first trip to Flagler Beach. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and nature trails. The condo was comfortable and well stocked with beach gear. Owners gave great restaurant suggestions and were very easy to reach. We plan on coming back!

Ray and Heather have an eye for making their condo a perfect get away with all the comforts of home. The residents of Flagler beach are friendly and welcoming. No worries about preparing a meal due to an array of restaurants serving very tasty food.

Very clean and well decorated.
Plenty of space for the four of us.
All amenities needed were in the place.
We parked the car and did not get back in until we left as the location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurant’s, and all through the town.
Very cozy at night, and the great AC kept us very comfortable during the day.
Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay.
The condo is clean and comfortable and has been completely renovated. The kitchen and live room are bigger than they appear in the photos and there is now a king sized bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Property - Our 'go to' for Flagler
Each time we travel to Flagler we chose this property. Accommodations are centrally located and well equipped. Check in and out is seamless and communication with property manager is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Awesome location and place and price!
The property was clean and perfect for a family of 4. We were out and about a lot, but ate breakfast in all mornings. The place is right next to a restaurant with great food. The beach was fabulous and how close it is is even better! We will definitely use this place again and again.

Perfect Location
Warm, updated and quite. This has the perfect location for beach and entertainment. Maybe 50' from great restaurants/bars and 100' from direct access to the beach. The house was clean, very comfortable and updated. We would highly recommend this condo. Definitely will be back.

Second time staying here. First time we had our teenagers with us. Perfect location and great size for the four of us. Most things are within walking distance. Owners super nice and easy to work with. Our second stay was just the two of us and it was perfect!!! Only complaint I have would be that this time the people upstairs were loud. Not sure if that was the owners or someone who rented that property and we were just the lucky ones to be there at the same time. It’s was only the last couple days and most the time we were at the beach and couldn’t hear them at all in the bedroom So I give 5 stars and we will be back

Great place!
We rented two units in this building for my father's birthday and we could not have anticipated a better experience. The location was fabulous! We didn’t move our car the entire time we were there. You can walk everywhere you need to go. The beach is right across the street which was so nice with the little ones, being able to take them up for naps and lunch. They had baby proofing items in the drawer for the door knobs and outlets. The units were clean and stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. There is an outside shower and hose for de-sanding the kids and toys before heading inside. It was nice having the option to cook in or eat out, there are so many great places close by. Everyone was talking about planning a return trip before we even left.
