The door was unlocked and open upon arrival so was not sure if the property manager forgot to close door. Utensils and pots and pans were slightly dirty and some had mouse poop.
AC worked great and everything else seemed very clean. Satisfied overall. Cute area.

This property is across the street from the pool. Woke up every morning and was able to drink coffee on the deck and look at the pool. Beds were fairly comfortable and the house was clean. Great for what we used it for (girls trip) only complaint I have is that after we booked on VRBO the agreement said we needed to bring our own bedding if we used VRBO or pay an additional $100. I paid the additional money because who wants to bring bedding along on their trip. Wish I would have known that in advance. But overall I would stay here again, but not book through VRBO so the bedding will be included.

We had a great time as usual. The people and the party were awesome!!! The only issue we had was that the outlets were pretty much worn out & some didn't work at all. We had these issues addressed & were told that they were going to be replacing a lot of them this winter.

The Cottage was cute clean and comfortable. Great Location was quiet and serene. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The patio sliders had curtain panels that only covered a portion of the doors. Anyone walking by could see right in. No Privacy for Evening TV watching and relaxation. Add Curtains to the sliding doors and it would be a perfect stay.

Overall that stay was pleasant. The staff was very attentive and responded to requests quickly. The only issue with the cabin is that is quite outdated and there were a few dead midges found on one of the beds upon entering the cabin.

Pros:Accomodated our family very well. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat with. The home was relatively clean and had a good amount of toilet paper. The washer and dryer were a welcomed surprise. Beds and pillow cases covered to discourage bed bugs.

Cottage was nice. It was clean. We did have a toilet overflow, we called the number to report the problem and was told they would sent someone right over. No one ever showed up. Overall a good set up. Would visit again.

These properties are sufficient for fisherman looking for an inexpensive place to stay for an extended period. Most of the amenities are provided for your stay. However I find that the maintenance of properties is neglected much of the time. Last year I had reported things that needed to be repaired within the property and upon return this year the issues had not been fixed. They will repair major issues but the small issues don't seem to be a concern. In this particular home the exterior lighting is poor/non-existent, exterior outlets inop, fridge damaged, clothes drier was inop until we cleaned out vent,and poor furniture in living room. AS these issues don't really bother a group of guys looking to fish all day but I would not stay here with my family.

We love going to PIB but Saturday is a **** shoot with all the crazy kids drinking and raising **** all day in the pool with total disrespect for everyone. Tried the office about it but no answer all day. After talking with numerous other guests it seems they need to hire a new cleaning crew. Houses were very dirty.

House is located across from the pool which is very convenient if staying in the summer. Golf carts were waiting for us when we arrived which was nice. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were ok in terms of comfort. Management answered the phone every time we called and were very helpful.

The place has some negatives. Starting with the front doors, the locks dont work, there were sticks you propped up to keep it shut and semi safe from someone coming in. The coffee pot had about an inch of coffee in it with bugs in it, dirty floors, ants in the kitchen, drawers broken, curtains in living room are dirty and falling apart, the back screen door doesnt stay shut. I paid a cleaning fee, but it was not clean for me and my contract said to clean the counters, fridge, bathrooms, put the pillows back on the couch the way I found them, sweep the floor, etc. There shouldnt be a cleaning fee if they dont clean before and after a guest leaves. The positives: the resort gave us back $ because we couldn't get to the island for the first night, the ferry closed because of bad weather. The resort is in a good location. With some TLC it would be a great place.
