As advertised, very comfortable and all the appliances needed

Everything about this place was great. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable seating areas and bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked and the deck couch was awesome. We walked to the beach, for coffee and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Lovely area, spacious, clean and convenient

Fabulous well appointed condo in a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance to the beach…what more could you ask for! All possible needs were met- excellent kitchen, luxurious lanai and bbq area, beach kit, washer and drier. Would not hesitate to recommend and already planning a return visit.

It was a pleasure staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to the beach. The Apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. It has a lovely lanai where we spent time enjoying the cool breeze. It was a perfect place to return to after a busy day of hiking, swimming or snorkeling.

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the communication with our host Stephanie, check in, design of the space, location. The lanai was the highlight. Could not recommend this place enough.

Easy breezy check-in process. Host was communicative with any questions we had. While not on the beach, it was within minutes of Poipu Shops, Beach, and the quaint old town of Koloa. We loved hanging out on the lanai, and having access to a huge kitchen. Very much appreciated the access to beach chairs, towels, boards, and snorkel gear!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect location (convenient for activities on the west side and north shore). We also enjoy the privacy and quietness. This rental is extremely clean and well-maintained. This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and will hopefully be returning next year.

Had a great time in this quite little apartment. The AC in the bedroom worked great and cooled very fast. We loved the garage parking for our convertible. all the beach accessories that were supplied are an amazing touch. We spent many many morning and evenings out in the Lanai and often fell asleep out there relaxing. Perfect place to stay for a couples getaway!

We absolutely loved staying here! As someone who stays at Vrbo’s often this was the best of the best. We loved cooking in the kitchen and reading on the porch. It is a great location walking distance to coffee. Easy drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! It had everything we needed and is in a great location. The lanai was excellent and having access to snorkel gear and a washer/dryer was a great bonus. Stephanie was quick to respond and we would highly recommend this place!

We LOVED staying at this property. We weren't sure about it when we arrived, since it is a garage apartment in a residential neighborhood, but our fears were soon put to rest. The apartment is huge, spotless, and comfortable. It is a mile from Poipu Beach, one of the best beaches on Kauai. The AC in the bedroom is FANTASTIC. Our other rental on Kauai did not have AC, which apparently is very common, and the heat often interrupted our sleep at night. Here we slept like babies! They even provide towels, chairs, and boogie boards for beach use! It might not be the right spot for someone who likes to stay up late and be loud (since it is residential) but it was absolutely perfect for us!

Our stay at Poipu Beach Estates was nothing short of incredible! Not only was the property itself absolutely stunning but it was also located in the perfect quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property was extremely spacious and had every amenity you could ever need! The property was also conveniently located next to restaurants and beaches! Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Poipu and will definitely be returning soon!

The property is very well taken care of with everything one needs when away from home. Beautiful views surrounding the area and easy walking distance to the beach, golf, shopping, and dining options. We travel to Kauai every year and would be happy to stay here again : )

This is a well kept and well equipped apartment in an affluent neighbourhood. There is a large bright area adjacent to the kitchenette that can accommodate many guests indoors and on the deck (we appreciated this since other family members from a nearby resort could drop in for a visit). Nice big bedroom with AC and spacious bathroom. Because it's too long a walk to the beach for us, we required car rental - but 20 minute walking might work for others. The hosts thoughtfully provide beach chairs and boogie boards for guest use. The agent was responsive. All in all a very satisfactory rental, we'd do it again.

This is very nice property. Very clean and well kept. Everything you need in a kitchen is available. They also provide beach gear which was very helpful and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. We appreciated all of the beach gear! Our only suggestions would be new pillows in the bedroom - one was pretty flat. And there wasn’t much space to put clothes - a dresser would have been nice. We would definitely book here again! Mahalo for everything!

We loved our stay! The place and neighborhood was beautiful, quiet & perfectly located for exploring southern and western Kauai. We really appreciated the amenities- a well stocked kitchen & bath as well as a washer/dryer & everything we needed for a day at the beach. We feel lucky to have stayed at this gem of a place.

Really nice spot! Well kept and great layout. The only thing I could complain about was not having any cold air supplied to the front room. It got warm in there and was hard to cook down. Otherwise a perfect stay!

We had the best stay here! It was clean, spacious, beautiful, and a perfect location. We were sad to go and are already hoping to plan another trip to stay here longer.

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s got a well appointed kitchen, a lanai for enjoying outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and plenty of beach paraphernalia. The linens are first class. We could walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to shopping. The only thing we needed was more spoons!! Definitely a place to return to.

Really enjoyed this property! Lots of windows and very open feeling for the main living area, We walked to the beach daily( about a 10 min walk) and the shops are about the same, The lanai with the BBQ is an added bonus, Very pleased with how well we were treated , Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The decor is up to date and very nice. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked for preparing meals. The hosts added a lot of extra touches and information that added to our experience.

We stayed at this property in May 2022 and returned again in November/December for another two week stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the nearby homes are well kept. Also, the home is very walkable to Poipu Beach, eating establishments and the farmers market at the nearby shopping center. The home is well appointed, very clean, and private for those seeking quiet and solitude. We cooked many meals at the home and the kitchen is well stocked. In fact, there has been considerable thought given to this home in that there are extra sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and an assortment of beach toys, coolers, fins and masks, and beach chairs and umbrellas. Stephanie quickly responds to text messages and obviously cares about providing a great experience to her guests. We hope to rent from Stephanie and Patrick on our future returns to the island.
