If you are looking for a spacious home a little bit removed from town, this is your spot! Close enough to town to get there quickly but far enough away to feel like a “mountain” vacation. We even saw a family of bears! Would stay again if in the area with a group.

Where to start? Jessica was fantastic from the start. Communication was prompt and super helpful. When we arrived she and her husband came to greet us and review everything we might need to know. The home was beautiful, clean and superbly decorated. There was a desk to write letters, a chess board we used a lot. My family came from 3 different states to celebrate Christmas and Jessica even decorated for us with a little Christmas tree. This is one example of the hosts going above and beyond for us. The location was ideal and we all loved waking up to seeing horses next door. The fresh eggs and honey were amazing!! This was our first VRBO experience and Jessica and William made it a memory to never forget. Thank you both!!! We will be back every chance we get!

Location is central to anywhere you want to go in Asheville. We enjoyed games around the huge kitchen table at night and ventured to a trail on the Blue Ridge Parkway recommended by the owners. Highly recommend and would easily stay here again and again.

Jessica is amazing, she made sure we are comfortable in the house. She and her husband came and greeted us. She had provided farm-fresh eggs and honey which are delicious. House is cozy and well maintained with all the necessities in it. Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to renting the same house. Thank you, Jessica!!!

the house is very clean and spacious on the inside. Plenty of space to have dinner at the dining table or lounge and chat on the couch. Additionally the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, have sufficient lighting and outlets. My fiance mentioned how comfortable the bed was! It isn't in downtown but is quite close (7 min) to the Blue Ridge Parkway which is beautiful in October. The hosts were very communicative and had great recommendations for a hike in the area. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

We were provided with honey and fresh eggs from the farm and coffee! The soap smelled wonderful! We were close to the Biltmore where we spent an entire day! Our landlord gave us the names of restaurants in the area and was spot on! Comfortable beds, clean and everything you could want!!! Will definitely come back!!

Couldn't have wished for a better house to stay that made for wonderful memories with my family! Beds, bedding and ALL the amenities were top-notch! Snow on the ground was an added bonus, since we traveled from South Florida! Very convenient to our "Bucket List" of sights to see, Sunday brunch at Grove Park Inn is a MUST! Do not hesitate to book your stay at Jessica and William lovely house!!!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Lucky W Ranch! Communication with Jessica before and during our stay was easy and helpful. The house was easy to find, and we loved that it was out of town and peaceful. Jessica and her husband were very welcoming upon our arrival and full of helpful information. The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 1 baby. It was great to have a Pack 'n Play and highchair for our 6 month old grandson. The main TV area had comfy leather furniture and plenty of throw blankets to cozy up with. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked. We came to Asheville for a wedding and had lots of extended family time and events to go to. We also enjoyed a drive along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, visiting a local brewery, and touring the Biltmore Estate. Thank you Jessica for sharing your home!

Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The house was spotless and had anything you would need to prepare a meal for a crowd. We will be renting this home again the next time we are in Asheville.

8 adults shared this house and had a great time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms (a must for this group). It had a feeling of being in the suburbs, but still close to restaurants and downtown.. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect!! The house, the distant to downtown, the owner....absolutely wonderful!!!!

We were very happy with our week at the lucky w ranch and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was comfortable and big enough for our party of 5 adults, 2 teens and a 3 year old. The house was well equipped with all the necessary items for a week long stay. There was a high chair for the 3 year old that worked very well. The property owners greeted us on arrival and provided good information on restaurants and local attractions. The owners lived on an adjacent property and were just a few minutes away if needed. The prime reason we chose this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children was the quiet location and the reasonable cancellation policy.

The house was nice and clean. Spacious enough for 6 adults. A well stocked kitchen with a cool patio room to hang out in. We enjoyed the outdoor space and it was easy to get to downtown.

We loved staying at the ranch! Plenty of room for 7-8 guests. Jessica was quick to respond and even met us at the house during check-in. She also provided some great restaurant and other local suggestions. You can Lyft/Uber to town but rides take slightly longer to get to the house (10-15 minutes).

While planning this trip, our communications with Jessica were answered promptly and warmly. As a result, the 6 of us had a great sense of anticipation before we ever arrived, and our experience far exceeded our expectations! This spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and spacious home, immediately gives a sense of "Welcome, make yourself comfortable, and relax!" Fresh eggs and honey from the Lucky W Farm were waiting in the large, well appointed, fully furnished country kitchen. Shortly after our arrival, Jessica came to personally welcome us. The extra amenities are too numerous to list, but were of superior quality and resort luxury. Some of our favorite features included the all season porch, conveniently located off the kitchen. This became our gathering place for Happy Hours, planning, socializing and playing games. The large kitchen table seating 8 people was great for playing games as well as eating together. The functional flow of the porch with kitchen area is excellent. The location of this home has the appeal of being "in the country" while offering quick and easy access to downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay here again, and will be recommending this to all our friends
