Very nice, clean, condo. Spectacular view, great location, is as shown on the pictures. Beds are confortable.

Everything about my stay was great. The valet service was amazing. And the view from the room was incredible

Had a great time. The apartment was clean and cozy. The location was perfect. Was not on the board walk but a short 3 minute drive was good enough for us.

The unit itself was nice - I'd say a slightly better than average, but just a few things would have made such a BIG difference. I may be a picky person LOL - the unit itself was very clean, but when you look at the baseboards and doors they all could use a fresh coat of paint for sure. Also, it is equipped with some stuff - towels - (although somewhat minimal and I think 3 or 4 wash clothes and maybe 1 hand towel) - so if you have a group of 8 people, not enough and kitchen items; but there were no dishwasher pods, only the garbage bags that were in the cans, no bar soap and only the toilet paper on the roll. It would cost her $10 extra for the week to supply some of this stuff. We didn't want to have to purchase a whole pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. for just a weeks stay. Obviously we HAD to get the soap and TP! Also, the beach chairs were not beach chairs, they were rusted out lawn chairs. We did purchase (not the greatest) beach chairs from Walmart and left them. The location was nice and the front door staff was very nice. The pool was ok, but as someone else noted, not a lot of lounge chairs so you're hard pressed to get one. I prefer a pool that you can see the beach from and it's kind of secluded on the side, but we didn't really spend much time there (because we couldn't get a seat). Elevators did take a long time to come but I guess that's to be expected in a building that size. We did start to use the service elevator mid-week.

Great location, walking distance from supermarket and Walmart. Wonderful views from the 15th floor. The beach is just spectacular and all that we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The unit is clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I have one suggestion for the owner: if you could provide new beach chairs and umbrella and also a small cooler to take to the beach, would be even more perfect!!! Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again! We strongly recommend this property to anyone!

I really hate leaving bad reviews for a business but this one was a disappointment. The rooms were far from clean besides the quick easy to clean parts. Shower drains were plugged and full of gunk and bugs in the shower, there was someone else’s hair on the shower walls, shower doors halfway operational and falling off. One of the shower faucets for the cold didn’t work. No curtain in master shower so neighboring buildings can see into shower easily at night. Oven was falling into cupboard, walls and rooms were just not very well cleaned or kept up. Couch cushions had been poorly halfway reupholstered, area rug in living room had not been vacuumed even after manager had room re-cleaned when we complained. Room has a safe but it is just sitting on a shelf in the closet. It states in the ad that toiletries are included and there was only partial rolls of tp left and over watered down hand soap that wouldn’t even foam up while washing hands. It’s a bare minimum kind of place they run and to top it off halfway through the stay the electricity was shut off and I’m not saying to the building but to our room so she had to call in and have it turned back on. When I called to tell her the room was unacceptable because it was dirty she argued with me and told me it was impeccable so I had her come meet me to look. She did have it cleaned but it’s still just a dingy room that needs more upkeep and the cleaning is minimal, there was still hair on the shower walls and the area rug wasn’t even vacuumed and had junk in it still after the cleaning. Our vacation was interrupted 2 different days because of our room. We had to leave for it to be re-cleaned and the power being shut off. We asked for some kind of compensation for the interruption, but they were unwilling to work with us. The last thing I wanted to do was leave a review or have to spend my time waiting to meet her while I’m on vacation. It was advertised as a very nice place and it was far from it.

This was a fun stay for my family and I. The unit was clean and the views were nice. The host was kind enough to provide us a pack and play and a high chair for our toddler. The building has a pool (with not many chairs, and gets full quick) and there is beach access but all the chairs over there are for the hotels next door) but the unit provides chairs and etc (even shovels and chair for the baby). The host was also able to accomedate a late check out for my son who's bed time was way before the flight so we where able to stay a little longer for him to nap. Overall was a nice stay and fun trip! Also the beds were super comfy!

Great view, kitchen has basic necessities. Had an issue with the bathtub draining but was quickly fixed.

We found the condos location to be great! But we were surprised to find that the unit didn’t have laundry inside the unit but instead you have to pay for the machines down the hall. Plus we found out that the condo building has no private beach like the surrounding condo buildings do. This made finding beach space difficult. So we rented lounge chairs and umbrellas from the condo building next door. The condo itself needs some love, broken items and such but it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep and eat breakfast as we headed to the beach most days and ventured to key west another day.

Amazing stay! My family and I enjoyed the view of the beach! Take advantage of the shuttle!

Good. Experience

This place had beautiful views but the surrounding area was not a good nightlife for people in their mid 20s we had to drive to fort laudy or Miami to do anything. The pool is very small and gets shady early in the day. The service elevator smelled horrendous. But as for the condo it was good for what we paid. Very spacious. They didn’t pay their electricity or something our first morning we woke up the stuff in the fridge was warm the power would not work no tv no lights nothing. We called them and they had it working shortly after. Bring your own toilet paper they give u one roll per bathroom so if you have multiple guests it won’t be enough. Same goes for paper towels and trash bags. Communication wasn’t always the best but once they replied things were fine..Overall clean spot and good views.

The only good thing about the apartment is the view. The bathrooms ceilings are falling apart. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart. The floor of the whole place is really slippery it can be very dangerous.

This is a spacious, clean property that generally has what you need. The beach access was great and parking could be valet or done yourself which was nice. The availability of a beach umbrella and chairs is nice also nice. Having a small cooler that could be taken to the beach would be a nice add. The unit is right next to the service elevator which you use when accessing the beach so that was great but made for a few odd elevator sounds on an ongoing basis but was not overbearing. The location of the property made it easy to get to activities in Ft Lauderdale or Miami. The owner is available and very responsive which we greatly appreciated. The pictures do not represent some of the maintenance that is needed and the picture of the smaller bath is not what is actually there. Paint is needed most everywhere – walls are dirty in many spots and the smaller bath appears to have a new, smaller mirror so the area surrounding the mirror is unpainted. There is a new sliding shower door with stickers on it in that bath so maybe we caught this property mid-upgrade. The coverings on the kitchen cabinets are coming off in a couple places preventing drawers from closing fully. One drawer hardly moved and had a broken handle. The bottom of the oven is not fully seated in the opening and sits at an angle. If you want to bake a casserole don’t fill the pan very full! None of these maintenance items hindered our stay in any way but it was just not as “nice” of a property as we expected from the pictures. Thank you for your hospitality as we did enjoy our stay in Florida.

Overall the stay was great. The host was wonderful in assisting with check-in, in fact, it was probably the smoothest check-in I've ever experienced. Although we didn't need him beyond our initial greeting, he assured us he was available if/when needed. The only downsize was not having a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, and then having to pay for laundry services; this was the first that I've experienced that. But again, the overall experience was wonderful, the pictures on the website is minimal compared to actual view. It's definitely worth revisiting.

Don’t like how you have to pay $10 for a key fob that should be in the ad

Had all the necessities needed for family. Plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella. Condo was big with plenty of storage closets. Laundry on each floor was easy. Building is very secure. Right on the ocean, beautiful views from balcony and bedroom window. The host greeted us upon arrival and guided us throughout the building. Felt comfortable and cared about.

We needed a larger place to stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Our unit was large, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The owner Liliana was very responsive and even helped us reserve the game room so we can have a private celebration. I would definitely recommend staying at Liliana's Unit 15P.

Lilliana was great. Could not ask for a better host. Very attentive and always reachable by phone.

My friends & I came down for New Year’s eve we had so much fun with having a free ride to the boardwalk or downtown Hollywood with access to many restaurants and bars. The place was absolutely beautiful, amazing communication with the property owner and all workers on the property. Extremely helpful in every way. Can’t wait to come back!

It was nice and clean. Hated we had to buy multiple fobs to get into building but it was fine and we all had fun.

Quality condo, Lilliana very kind and attentive when attention was needed. She as always available by telephone and recommend her highly. The valet parking was outstanding and the valets were the best. A few things about some minor but yet irritating things about the Sian building itself. I think it is stinks that a renter has to BUY a fob/s to get in and out of various amenities of the building. Other places we have rented access gained by a combination code. One has to pay $-- for a package to be handed to you if it arrives at the facility. The laundry machines cost $---- per load, you have to first of all buy a money card and it takes only $--- bills. Now figure it out...the vendor on this deal is back door making money. Some of the front desk people were not particularly friendly. Noses always stuck in a computer and never a greeting unless you go right up to them and say hello. As I said at the beginning, these minor complaints not a deal breaker but surely does leave a feeling of irritation as to the image of greediness.
