מלון גדול חדיש ומודרני, נמצא בפרבר מחוץ לקלמטה . חדר גדול ומרווח עם מרפסת לנוף מול הים. נקי מאד, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. צוות מקסים, בהיותנו לקראת סוף ספטמבר לא היו הרבה אורחים.

Nice room on 6 floor

On our way to the hotel at 11:30 we asked if the room was ready and they gave us a number of payment options for getting the room before the time starting at 12. In my understanding it was not possible to get the room before the time even if it was available. not welcoming

Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the breakfast. The room was super clean and the staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Le luxe de l'établissement, les piscines, la vue sur la baie et son coucher de soleil, le petit déjeuner pantagruelique, le personnel très professionnel, le confort de la literie.

Le panneau lumineux vert sortie d'urgence qui illumine toute la chambre. La ventilation de la salle de bain qui tourne même la nuit... et la climatisation qui est plutôt on/off difficile à régler.

1) The view was spectacular 2) The location was ok 3) Parking was convenient 4) The staff were all very kind and helpful and did the best they could which we appreciate.

1) Breakfast was a mess. Not good traditional variety. Ordered pretty much the same everyday but items were forgotten. No salt/pepper..no proper cutlery (big soup spoon for coffee ??), coffee not hot enough and had to send it back every day. 2) Toilet seat should have a soft close not bang so loud when closing it 3) Door facing the toilet bowl is not safe at all 4) The chairs on the balcony not comfortable at all. Should have loungers. 5) The elevator floor numbers made no sense at all. They need to fix that. Room numbers and floors don't match. 6) NO ONE TO HELP WITH OUR LUGGAGE WHEN WE CHECKED OUT ?? How is this acceptable for a 5* hotel ? We had 6 pcs of luggage that we basically had to take down ourselves. 7) Could not get any sleep with that bright green exit light !! Had to call downstairs to maintenance so they can disable it. 8) No place to put our luggage ?? Staff had to get a table to put our luggage on when we got into the room.

Modern hotel, quiet , efficient reception, comfortable parking, good breakfast, nice pool

Not a 5 star hotel, rooms have minimal decoration

Beautiful location. breaskfast was great. Amazing facilities. we stayed in rooms with pool-Rooms were beautiful. Great toiletries supplied by hotel.

The views from this hotel are amazing. Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows wer very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The flavours were delicious and the ingredients fresh. Great variety for breakfast.

All was great!
