clean, conveniently located, good facilities, excellent for family vacation

we liked everything

Everything was really perfect, super communication with our hosts. We would like to thank them for their care. House was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was very nice yard with own parking place, jacuzzi, big terrace nad garden grill. We stayed only for four days, so we have to come back again. We recommend for holiday with children.

The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with, in English. It is obvious that they care for the house as if it were their own and enjoy meeting new people. The house was very clean, comfortable and has good supplies. The photos on Booking are true to representation. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy and crowded towns. It was a great starting point to be able to reach Pula, Banjole, and the Premantura area within a 10 minute drive. There are also 2 supermarkets that are less than a kilometer away. The yard was great for the kids to play in, and the Jacuzzi was a nice place to relax, especially if rain is in the forecast. We also enjoyed being able to use the grill and the large picnic table for our big family. My family and I would definitely stay here again. :)

Nothing, it was perfect!

Everything perfect! Clean, comfy. My 3 year old son was amazed from jacuzzi And for the rest of us it was also amazing relax. We enjoyed a lot And we definitely plan to come again. Perfect place for families with little kids.

We loved everything! Maybe bed was too soft but only according to our needs. :)

Burnt grass, security cameras in the garden and patio. This should be our "home away" vacation spot. When an entire place is rented to one group, they should have the right for privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at V&A house very much. the house is modern, super clean, fully equipped and with very good atmosphere. it was a perfect fit for our family of 4. kids enjoyed playing in the large yard. the house located in a quite neighborhood. hosts are very friendly and the communication them was perfect as well. Fully recommend!

Everything was perfect actually.

Our hosts were totally wonderful and made our stay something we'd love to repeat and we are seriously considering returning in September to experience slightly warmer sea temperatures:) The location is not by the sea but this is what makes it so special in some ways as it is in a very friendly little neighbourhood with locals who were very happy to see us enjoy our stay and didn't mind children one bit. We absolutely loved the wild orchids just behind the property, something of an undiscovered gem for any botanists by the way:) The hot tub made the stay for the kids and for us adults being able to quickly cook up something on the BBQ and enjoy our own space with separate bedrooms from the children and a large kitchen and dining room is perfect. Excellent furnishings and fittings with great little touches like wine and juice, water upon arrival. When we left we were presented with brilliant olive oil, grappa and we are still enjoying sipping this each evening now - lovely memories. The location is great for exploring the area, perfect for anything from 3 nights to a few weeks. Very honest, reliable and everything was so easy. We were immediately offered a much later check out since no new guests were due to arrive - not expected from us at all but much appreciated. Many thanks.

I'd say for some people the location without a car might be a problem but if you are self contained this is perfect. If you are looking for a quaint Croatian village this is not the one but for a family stay with everything you need and home from home and everything absolutely works with no issues then it is perfect.

Perfect place for calm stay in Istria. Well equipped house with big terrace and jacuzzi in garden. Great place to discover south part of Istria with beautiful Kamnjak peninsula (just 5 minutes from home by car).
