Het appartement ligt in het centrum van Jerez met prachtig uitzicht op het plein. Er kan onder het plein geparkeerd worden voor € 11,00 per dag.

Poor in soap and shampoo, no blanks, just 2 pair of towels. No naps. There was lack of very basic things.

Excellent location, close everywhere. Plenty of equipement in the kitchen - perfect for longer stay, but we did not need it (stayed one night only - still this must be appreciated). Very clean rooms. Nice small bottle of sherry in the fridge was a lovely gesture.
I must very much prize Jerez taxi driver who help us enormously to get to the airport in a 'hopeless' situation (see below) - brilliant person.
The magnetic key stopped working in the midstay; there is no reception on site and I had to wait till somebody came and help (at the end you do not need this key as the code works for the apartment door not only one - initial - time (as mentioned in the instruction) but afterwords as well. But the code to the front door dowstairs expires after midnight so if you have trouble with the magnetic key - be careful....
The shower cubicle is smallest possible - most difficult to use.
Not the apartmemt issue: it is located in traffic-free zone: even for taxis. So, if you are going to the airport in the morning, and do not speak spanish, you may be in trouble to explain what, where etc etc.
If we stay in Jerez next time will go for more accessible hotel/place with manned reception

Parking €4.50 for 24hrs50mtrs from apps. Very clean,location perfect and Maria was very helpful. We could not fault the accommodation.

The location was fabulous. The apartment overlooks the old town square. Numerous restaurant options were available right outside of our building. Walking around the old town and shopping opportunities were right off the square.
We could not figure out how to use the coffee machine in the apartment, even though there were instructions for use. However, with that said, I had one of the best cups of coffee ever out on the street just below the apartment.

I have been to Jerez many times and this lovely hotel is in the best location of all. We could listen to the sounds of water in the Arenal fountain from our room. The apartment was very nice, and gives access to the many barrios of interest - San Miguel, Alcazar/cathedral, via Larga, etc. We will stay here again.

Lovely location overlooking Plaza Arenal.
Very close to bars , cafes, the market and Carrefour supermarket.
Close to the Alcazar which was a very interesting place to visit with lovely gardens.
Not really anything to dislike but we could have done with more kitchen equipment. We like to shop in the market and do not eat out so a fruit bowl, salad bowl and a few more pots would have been useful but we managed!

Superb location right in the centre. Nice apartment with a lift and plenty of room. Maria was quick to answer any questions and the washing machine was a bonus. It's not actually in the apartment, though. Take the little key fob with you for easy access to the building and the room. Would certainly stay again. Driving? Arenal underground parking is right in the square. Use their parking app to get an excellent deal.

Great location and a lovely apartment. Would have rated it 10/10 except for the shower. Hot water shower was just a trickle- water saving or operator error on our behalf? If it needs an explanation - please provide instructions. Also, there was a safe but no instructions. On leaving, reception was closed so not sure what to do with key. Would benefit from a little more info but on the whole a lovely apartment.

People in neighbouring room were arguing very loudly. Fortunately, the host was kind to move us to another (bigger!) room on another floor.

when you leave, the electricity goes off, so in turn, so does the air con
it’s not bad because it only takes a few mins to cool back down. it was just very warm initially when we can back to bed

Great location, comfortable apartment with a small kitchen that met our needs. Washer and dryer in the building was a plus. We rented two apartments that faced the plaza, both very nice. Parking was under the plaza and was easy to get to.
