Moti and his wife are very kind and welcoming !!! Everything was perfect. Lots of food, drinks and a comfortable studio. The cleanliness was perfect. Thank you, I will recommend this studio and will be back!

I loved the location close to many restaurants and stores, place clean and private and well equipped with everything not only that but they stocked us up with fruits, snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed this place ,we will be back soon.

I wish it was more detail about where u are actually staying, it’s like a guest house attached to a house.

It was very peaceful and had all the facilities so that we could self cater rather than eat out all the time.

A lovely studio nicely decorated and fully equipped. The fridge filled with lots of little intentions. A space to park our car, a washing machine and dryer available.. everything is there! Greeted by our host who kindly came to see us! Great location in a quiet and charming neighborhood not far from all LA activities. It was perfect! I recommend, and ready to stay there again!

Loved everything about the place!

Everything was great! Bed was a a little too firm for our likeing but the charm and hospitality of this place is unbeatable!

The host was very friendly and accommodating! Was pleasantly surprised when the owner asked what I wanted in the fridge! Having just started a vegan diet, they were overly helpful and welcoming!

Nothing! Absolutely amazing apartment! Very homely and the guest facilities are more than you would expect from an air bnb!

I loved how it felt like a home away from home. The studio was large, has a full kitchen, refrigerator, and just plain comfortable. the property owners stocked the refrigerator with food, soda, and even beer let alone a bottle of wine besides loads of snacks which were all free. we were able to make meals in between all of the going out we did for breakfasts and some dinners. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, and they even had a washer and dryer available with everything you could possibly need. it’s insane the deal this property offers and it was very convenient of a location as well. they even provide off street parking. Moti, one of the owners, is kind and did check in on us but for the most part left us to enjoy the studio. I can’t rave about it any more than I already have and would go back in a heartbeat.

Really nice people

Very luxurios, spacious and clean apartment in a good and quiet location in LA, half an hour to most of the sight seeing spots. Also with a big TV (Netflix) and good WiFi. The hosts were very friendly. They even filled the fridge completly, free of charge. We would stay there every time again!

The only negative point is that the fridge is a bit loud from time to time.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD - WE WERE SICK FOR DAYS WITH DIARRHEA and make you VOMIT DUE TO FOOD POISONING. THEY ADVERTISE FREE FOOD - but it’s already opened milk and opened cheese and meat slices and the OJ was expired.

the reviews day friendly hosts - yet my son and i were not greeted with a smile. the husband was not there - just the wife and she did not smile once. She did not return texts about wifi or any of my questions till the following day when i had to ask the husband to ask his wife to contact me.

We were greeted by a very nice owner. We arrived much earlier before check-in. Even so, we were able to leave our luggage at his house. When we came back in the evening our luggage was waiting in our room. The owner was extremely welcoming. The fridge was filled with delicious food. Everything you need for tasty breakfasts plus alcohol as in the best hotel, but for free. Lots of fruit and sweets on the table. Well-equipped kitchen. A very comfortable bed in the bedroom. All necessary cosmetics in the bathroom.

The location to everything was perfect. The place was very clean. The fridge was stocked with everything right down to adult beverages. The food options were awesome. Very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this place. The owners were amazingly nice.

Everything was perfect in my opinion.

Plenty of delicious food and snack material was provided- more than we could consume! The place was quiet and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. We used these. The pool area was very comfortable. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it.

More mugs for drinking hot coffee could have been provided.

No issue with the property at all it was pieceful. The place was fully stocked with everything you would need they had Netflix Hulu and Apple TV so I was able to watch my favorite shows and was able to really enjoy my weekend it Cali and it was affordable any time I go to Cali I would definitely stay here again

Only thing was I didn’t know how to use the hot tub but other than that no problems at all 10 stars from me

Had a lovely time - the place is super nice and welcoming, we were working from home (wifi and desk were great!) and enjoyed some down time by the pool. Also, hosts provided a lot of food :) Thank you Moti and Harriet for the hospitality!

Wouldn’t change anything! Would recommend a car if planning to visit LA - we had one so didn’t mind the drive to the city
