The home was beautiful and you can tell it had been updated recently. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We loved having a firepit and hot tub on site. There was no need to go out to eat because we had a beautiful kitchen and bbq to make our meals. We would rather eat in the gorgeous home than go out. Close to hiking and Delaware River. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our questions. This would be a great stay in the Fall and Winter, too.

We had a great family vacation at this property!
The house was clean and spacious, and had all the little amenities we needed. Check in and out was simple, and the directions provided made the house easy to find. Communication with management was fast and easy, and they were quick to respond with any questions or small issues.
Our family loved the fire pit and hot tub,(especially our young girls who made a habit of staying up way too late), and the Saw Creek community provided nice activity options for a family with younger children (playgrounds, pools, etc). Would stay again if we return to the area!

This is my partner's and I 5th year hosting an annual friends trip and our group shared many meals, drinks and laughs at this home- we all agreed that this might be the best house we've stayed at so far! :-)
Our group of 11 friends were able to stay comfortably at this home! Every room was very clean and the kitchen was spacious, something we look for whenever we book a place because we love to cook meals together! The hot tub and grill was extremely well maintained, and it was nice to have a common area where we were able to watch movies together. It also had space for plenty of cars- the back driveway is pretty long and a little difficult to back out of it, but wasn't that big of an issue. The host was also really easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Our only concern was hoping the community area gets a recycling facility soon! Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend stay :-)

My 2 sisters & I took our kids on their first ski weekend! The house was spacious, clean and perfect- the community offered a lot of amenities and it was a 15 minute drive to Shawnee Mt. After a long day of skiing, the kids loved relaxing in the hot tub before dinner! A great weekend!

I cannot express my gratitude to the homeowners for their quick responses, detailed emails and check-in instructions and their overall consideration for guests.
The property is beautifully kept and had more than enough room for a few more than the 14 family members ranging from 9-62 that we roomed with.
The jacuzzi on a cold mountain night was excellent. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Our family stayed a week in August and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of room for a large family, the house has a large open concept feel. It has a very large deck and if you like to look at the stars at night it was nice to sit outside on the deck and do that. The hot tub was the best part for me so nice to soak in after hiking and canoeing all day! We went hiking at Bushkill Falls which is about 10 minutes from the house, my daughter and niece went to Kalahari Resort Indoor Water Park for the day and it was about 45 min drive and a food store and liquor store only a 10 minute drive so a lot to do near the house. The only piece of advice I would give is just make sure the day of your arrival double check with the owners to make sure your name is in the system before arriving at the front gate. We had a little issue there but after calling Brian the owner it only took 10 minutes to fix and we were in. Overall we had a great time and I would rent this house again.

Great house for our family reunion. The deck was great for sipping on coffee in the morning or family meals with the dogs hanging out nearby. Some of the furniture was newer than pictured so we were pleasantly surprised. Host was very responsive and even helped find and ship our uncle's ipad and reading glasses that were left behind.

Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

We arrived to find the house in perfect clean condition, updated and fully functional. The house is huge. We had plenty of space for 13 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We didn’t take advantage of the community amenities but they are plentiful. Highly recommend this house. Owners communication is outstanding.

The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.

This was a beautiful home that accommodated my family of 8. We especially loved the hot tub and game room. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly before our stay. The gated community was also a nice touch that offered an array of amenities and security.

The cabin was dated but comfortable, which was good for our group. Plenty of space for larger groups. We booked in Saw Creek specifically for the amenities. We were disappointed that the amenities were either not open or a hassle to use. Kitchen, games and DVD collection are well stocked.

I stayed here with my large family for a long weekend and the house was great for a large group. We had some difficulty checking in at the main gate (an issue on the community’s end) and Vincenzo was very responsive in helping us get it resolved. The outdoor space-yard, deck and fire pit were wonderful for hanging out and there are lots of activities nearby. We hope to come here again next year!

Great place for a family trip. With the amenities passes, we were able to spend time at the pool during the day and then come back and enjoy the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Was worried upom arrival that the AC units were individual/portable units, but kept the house adequately cooled for the whole stay. Had to call host with some questions at arrival and he was very helpful and easy to reach. Minimal cell service but wifi works In the main parts of the house so not an issue. Had an very enjoyable stay.

We do a yearly kayak trip, this year we had 13 adults. This place was PERFECT for that many people. Honestly you could definitely fit a couple more and everybody still had plenty of space. No one was on top of each other. We weren't sure what all kitchen supplies they would have so we brought some, and there was no need to. They had pretty much everything you would need. (Blender, Coffee Maker, Spatulas, Spoons, Mixing Bowls, Strainers, etc.) Everything worked as well, nothing was malfunctioning. Will definitely be booking this house again for next year. It was perfect for our needs.

Our Pocono trip
The property is very nice. It is well stocked with plenty of room for multi guests to have a space for themselves. Lots of activities available for all family members, young and old. The host was the BEST! Thanks Vinnie!

Good Pocono getaway
Nice house for a Pocono getaway. Super convenient to Kayaking and Hiking at the Gap. We had some problems off the bat, hot tub was not ready, check in with security was not ready. Once settled we were fine. The house has a nice fire pit, the game room needed updating (worn darts/pool cues/pong table). The weather wasn’t very hot, but the ac units struggled to keep up with the heat, some werent working at all. Overall we had a good time, but some improved oversight here would definitely go a long way.

Guys weekend
We are a group of 11 who work together. This was the first time we have done this and needless to say we are making it a yearly trip! We had a blast the houze and property were exactly what we all needed. Check in was a breeze. Leaving was the hard part. Fantastic weekend and we didnt leave once!

Most memorable weekend... ever!
I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. We planned a 60th birthday getaway for my sister with a surprise party. There was ample room indoors and out for all to enjoy themselves, activities to occupy us, and fantastic amenities. Vincenzo was very responsive, flexible, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with.
We had 8 of us who stayed the weekend. However, for just the party, we had an additional 6 guests (at no additional cost). The extra parking availability was perfect with room for at least 10-12 cars!

Nice getaway
The location is great and the community is beautiful. The house is a bit dated and could have been cleaner but a nice representation of a “mountain house”. The supplied sheets and towels were a great plus!

From the beginning til the end, Vincenzo were very helpful and super nice. Easy to communicate and he replies to my questions right away. The place/house is beautiful..super clean. My friends and I loved the place and we actually all wished we could have stay for one more day. Its complete with kitchen Utensils so it made our cooking very easy. The place is very beautiful and peaceful, and we feel extra safe because its a gated community. Definitely will be staying here again in the future and I highly recommended this place.

Over all the trip was excellent. One complaint is I tripped on the threshold of the main floor bedroom and nearly fell right down the basement stairs. Maybe lowering the threshold at the bedroom door would be a good idea.

Nice, responsive homeowner
The home owner was very responsive to issues that came up and he was super nice and sent repair people as quickly as he could. However, some of the furniture was not in good repair and the refrigerator died while we were there. The oven door was separating and the washing machine wouldn't drain. Additionally, there was no gas in the grill. The house had lots of space and the beds slept well. Vincent did repay us for the loss of food from the refrigerator dying.
It was just annoying to keep having to deal with issues when we went for a restful vacation.

Our Family and the Vacation We Missed
We were unable to give a fair evaluation because we were dealing with a medical situation and unfortunately we were unable to attend. Our children went and had to deal with a sewage issue and a few other minor issues. Vincenzo was responsive and gracious in dealing with our oldest daughter in addressing these concerns. They had an enjoyable week. Thank you.

Nice location, good amount of space
Very nice location, a short ride to Bushkill Falls. The house was a good size for 8 adults to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. A few things could use a little tender care- some of the screens were broken, the fan over the stove didn’t work, but nothing that really presented any problems. Used the hot tub every day! Only one useable dart, but we had brought our own. And only one usable cue stick, but we bought one at Walmart and donated it to the house. Owners were very responsive to communication, and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for a very relaxing vacation.

We reserved this house due to the number of rooms it provided as well as the features of the house. On the positive side the bones and set up of the house are great and as advertised. Rooms are spacious and there is enough room to comfortably fit a larger party (we had up to 15 people there). It is close enough to stores and attractions like Bushkill Falls, not to mention access to Saw Creek amenities. The downside of our stay was due to maintenance/upkeep. The house was pretty musty (even for the Poconos) and the floors were definitely not cleaned. We arrived on a very warm day and found out that the air conditioning in all of the bedrooms (save one) were inoperable. The second bench in the picture was broken (which we planned to have people sit at) and the grill's propane tank leaked (and no spares, even though we were told there should be a few). So our arrival and first day did not go as planned. By the time the AC got fixed it was halfway through our stay, and on days where it finally cooled off. The house definitely needs some updating, maintenance and a small amount of work that would have made this trip immensely more enjoyable.We still made the most of the trip. Again, the house is set up very nicely, but when nothing is working, parts/equipment is missing and you have to do more than you expected it dampens the experience. We would recommend, but make sure everything works and is ready to go when you check in!
