Geräumiges und komfortables 3-Schlafzimmer-Haus im Herzen von Princeville. Haus schläft 9 (bequemer Temperpedic König im Meister, Königin im 2. Schlafzimmer, dreifaches Etagenbett + 2 Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer, 2-Tages-Bett im Dachboden). Und es gibt AC im Hauptschlafzimmer (sehr wenige Häuser auf Kauai haben AC, daher ist es ein besonderer Genuss).
Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet Platz für alle. Es gibt einen großen, offenen großen Raum mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, zwei Essbereichen und einer offenen Küche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist ideal für diejenigen, die keine Treppen steigen oder nicht wollen. 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer und offener Dachboden befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Offenes Loft wird als zweiter Wohnraum genutzt, mit TV und Tagesbett kann für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten genutzt werden.
Home bietet viele hochwertige Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Glaswaren, Handtücher, Strandausrüstung (Strandtücher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Boogie Boards, Surfboard, Schnorchelausrüstung, Sandspielzeug usw.). Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf der hinteren Terrasse und einen großen Garten für die Privatsphäre oder für Kinder zum Laufen. In der Garage können Sie Fahrräder genießen. Wir empfehlen zu Fuß oder zum Strandausblick zu fahren, um Surfer, Sonnenuntergang (immer schön) oder Wale (saisonal) zu beobachten.
Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und sehr freundlich. Der Weg hinunter zum Sealodge Strand ist 1/4 Meile entfernt.

Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed everything about the house. The only problem we had was the freezer had some type of leak that would froze the drawer which made it hard to open.

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have.
Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

I would not rent this property again. The owner was responsive to our requests (no batteries in the AC remote, no propane in the BBQ), but the place passes as just OK, and the rent charged was far higher than what was provided. The garage was half filled with old furniture, the kitchen was very unorganized and had poor quality cookware (making for a long time to clean the pans), and the outdoor living space was not compelling. The main room TV was not "smart," so only local cable channels were available on that unit. There were smart TV's in all the rooms, but we are not TV in bed fans. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are tired. Long story short - We appreciated the responsive owner, but would not rent this house again.

Neighborhood was very quiet, walking distance to shops and golfing, although beach access was closed for the winter, a further walk(20 minutes) allowed us to view the waters.

This was the best house we could have rented for our extended stay in Princeville! It was well laid out, spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Robyn, the owner, was extremely responsive and when we asked for a tea kettle or anything else, it was delivered right away. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and kitchen was well-stocked. It has a beautiful, private backyard where you can sit in the morning to have your coffee or do some work. We noticed that the screen door needed repair and when we were out later that day someone came and fixed it. Great location, walking distance to a small private beach... we will definitely go back to this "home away from home"!

Clean, fully equipped home with dishwater, flatware, pots, pans, coffee grinder and coffee machine, lots of beach towels and beach gear, washer dryer, toys and children’s books, everything our 3 generational family needed! We had a question about how to work fans and lights in living room and Robyn responded quickly. Very pleased with location and beauty of the neighborhood.

I spent a week at your property with my son his wife and my grandsons. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was well stocked for trips to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable for hanging out. A great value !

My family had a wonderful time staying in this home. The house is very spacious, very clean and it accommodated all our needs—from ample furniture, ample linens, excellent dining spaces, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a large selection of equipment for outdoors/beach.
Every member of our family enjoyed staying in this home, and we hope to return again.

To start the listing clearly said 3 bath, and there were only two, there were 6 of us, not what we planned for.
Sooooo many things were broken and problematic
Front door handle was broken and kept coming off, some of the stairs were taped together with blue tape falling apart, blinds on most rooms were twisted and bent, shower head in one bath was wonky and didn't work properly, coffee maker didn't work properly ,not enough bath towels for 6 people, knobs were missing on two drawers in bath vanity so couldnt be used, light bulbs missing or out, dish soap left was about 2 inches tall hardly enough for 7 days with 6 people , started out with a half a roll of paper towels and no more available
the backyard from the photos looked to be private and was not, they were cutting down neighbors bushes as we arrived, so no privacy in the house or the yard outback, tub had stains in it , one bedroom the clothing rod in the closet was broken and couldn't be used, things are scuffed up and looked so rough, back outside table looked to be moldy, screens on doors were torn, the microwave looked crappy as did the bench in the kitchen, the sheets in the in the smaller bedrooms looked to be king size on these little beds and were hard to navigate, a few kitchen drawers were unable to be opened, living room tall lamps wouldn't stand up straight

As always, we loved our time on Kauai. Slow down, live life and enjoy life. Exactly what we did. A little hiccup at first, but all was amended. Our stay was great. We love the Princeville area and will return for sure.

Above our expectations
The property was squeaky clean, had all fully functional amenities. The bedding was very comfortable. Lots of light and ventilation and the bathrooms were very comfortable. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to access roads to town. Our family stayed there 11 days and nights and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the downstairs area. Especially the large dining area where all 7 of us could sit together for meals. I appreciated the easy and friendly cooperation of Robyn in our communications regarding our stay in the house.

Peace in Princeville
A lovely stay in Princeville. Explored hidden beaches, snorkeled with sea turtles, hung out in Hanalei, and even spotted Puff the Magic Dragon. The house was a comfortable place to come home to!

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice to have but we found ourselves not really needing it. There was almost always a wonderful breeze that helped keep the house cool along with the many fans in the house. The listing shows 3 bathrooms but there are actually 2. One downstairs in the master bedroom and the other upstairs in the hallway. Robyn responded quickly when we had a problem with the dishwasher. We would love to stay here again.

Other than that everything was great. We had everything we needed tj have fun on the beach, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, umbrellas! They also had bikes we could ride around the neighborhood. They also provided shampoo and conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room and a beautiful open living space perfect for entertaining and spending time together as a family. My family is spread out from Colorado to Hawaii, so staying in this home was truly special. We would definitely stay here again. Many mahalos!

This was a trip we rescheduled several times during Covid and Robyn was so helpful and understanding. We were so happy to finally arrive and loved our stay! Two families… plenty of room for living and fun. Outdoor shower perfect for the teenagers! Comfortable and homey.
