Perfect location, close to the beaches. Great quiet terrace, good for coming together after a week sailing under hard stormy wind :) The host explained everything about water and heating, so our stay was perfect (yet short :))

Lovely comfortable apartment with great facilities, particularly the complete blackout shutters! Christos was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, I could WhatsApp him throughout our stay. The apartment was in a lovely little complex with well-maintained gardens. Fantastic place, would highly recommend.

A bit outside the city, but easy to reach by car and no doubt worthwhile the trip as the location is very beautiful. Thank you Christos for your very caring and yet discrete attendance and your clean, spacy, fully equipped flat. We enjoyed it all to the max.

Would have been convenient to have shampoo. Everything else was there.

We really enjoyed spending a quiet weekend in this cosy house, hidden from the crowd of Vouliagmeni. Bedrooms are in a separate floor and this is very convenient for families with kids. The small green garden is perfect to just drop your bathing suits and things full of sand when getting back from the beach!

Towels need to be renewed

Fantastic quite location , with pines all around ! Closest Beach just few min walking.

Pretty apartment with balconies nestled in pine tree tops with the sea just beyond. Perfect for families, lone travellers and couples. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Coffee machine, advice on transportation to various areas, in-house breakfast service. Beautiful coastal walks and short strolls to supermarkets and Voula. I had a fabulous 9 days! And will return! 🧜🏾‍♀️🌸❤️

I was unfamiliar with the air conditioning system and would have liked to have been instructed on the remote control. Downstairs AC was a bit noisy. But not terrible. Couldn’t watch any English programmes or films.
