Nice area and Little shops in walking distance only thing we had to Uber for were to get to Canal and Bourbon Street other than that great area and quiet

I liked everything about the property, but the couch could be updated. When I sat down I fell in other than that it was wonderful. The mattress on the bed slept great.

I liked the location, the space, and privacy.

There was dust on some of the furniture. The hot water in one of the bathrooms was reversed so it took a couple days to figure that out. It was hard to close the doors to some of the rooms. The couch is over used, so when we sat there was no support and we would fall through. Needs to be updated!

The unit was spacious.

The location was horrible upon arriving on the street. An overflow of trash cans along the units and trash all on sidewalks upon entering. The unit had a stall smell when entered. Apparently the unit had been rained in and rust was on the front door frame in the inside. The ceilings were pilling from moisture in several spots in the units, the curtains were dirty from dried up rain, the tubs were nasty and needed cleaning, had ironing boards but no iron, the couches were very worn and busted cushions, the pots and pans were cheap for cooking, and kitchen seats were nasty; covered in spots. Overall the only thing positive was the space. The pictures on site very misleading and not worth what was spent on stay. You can tell renovating homes in a provious location was the idea but fell very short of the vision.

Over all the place was nice and big enough for our group to fit. Spacious, other bedrooms were furnished nicely and comfortable beds, plenty of towels. close to Public transportation. Nice living room for everyone to gather in. Nice kitchen and Island counter.

Restroom in Master bedroom was too small and shower stall was a very tight fit. There were some unrepaired damages that had not been repaired or replaced before we arrived. Not enough furniture in one of the bedrooms and no closet in that same room, so no where for guest to put clothes in that room. Didn't have Tv's in the bedrooms.
