Dieses wunderschöne, komplett renovierte Haus ist Luxus und Gelassenheit! Alle brandneuen High-End-Möbel. Verbringen Sie Sommerabende draußen auf unserer privaten Terrasse mit Gaskamin und Grill. Machen Sie es sich gemütlich und schauen Sie sich einen Film in unserem Rec Room mit Billardtisch, Bar, Tischtennis, großem Schnitt und Flachbildschirm an. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Garage für 2 Autos!

This is a beautiful property and our family was very comfortable here. There were 8 of us - my husband and I, three adult children and their spouses / significant others, and our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. It was a real plus that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is spacious and it allowed us to socialize easily. The ping pong table in the basement was great fun. We enjoyed the free tv stream too.

This home was perfect for a girls weekend in Denver. The house was immaculate and well kept. We were able to relax and easily navigate around the city of Denver. I would definitely visit again.

Stayed at this unique property with a family of 7. Plenty of space, nice furnishings/appliances, 2 car garage, etc. Living space on 3 levels, so a consideration for our octogenarian parents. A small bit of confusion on our part, as this is one large house divided down the middle into 2 units, and thus has 2 addresses; Leslie (the property manager) got us squared away. Great location, near the Park, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Denver. Our son was getting married at a venue not far from this home. We walked to most places, rode bikes, walked in Wash park and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly! The home was well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The A/C was ice cold and made for an extra comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Five women who came out to enjoy Mother’s Day with their kids, we have been friends for over 30 years. Had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. We so enjoyed this property. Only issue I would mention is the patio was unusable as there is a tree that sheds onto the lovely patio furniture.

If you’re looking for a house that has it all, this is your spot! It was perfect for our family and friends vacation. Each room has its own bathroom. The basement has another large bedroom with bathroom. It was like having two master bedrooms ideal for couples. The location is close to everything you would need. The outdoor area with fire pit was perfect for our cozy evenings. We would definitely rent this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just like the post and pictures. We were a group of remote workers met here in person, so the separate bathroom/bedrooms was a perfect setup. There was plenty of areas where we could gather and use the TVs to display from our laptops, etc. And our local coworkers joined too, so we had ample space and comfort.
The location can’t be beat, with everything needed within an easy drive and lots of options for delivery food too.

The home is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone and many bathrooms which makes things easy when multiple people are getting ready at the same time. Cleanliness was good but not great, ice maker in the fridge does not work so we bought a bag of ice for our stay but that’s not a big deal. We had to reach out to the property manager to get check-in instructions on the day of our arrival which I have never had to do before. We also reached out to the host during our stay and never received a response which was disheartening and made me very glad we didn’t have anything emergent come up as I don’t think we would have received a response. Location and home is great if communication with host was better it would definitely be 5 star.

We loved this property. It was only a half-block from Wash Park, a mile from Cherry Creek, and quick access to everywhere we went. The neighborhood is fantastic. The property itself was set up perfectly. It had ample on-street parking as well as a garage. It was just my wife and I (although our daughter, baby, and husband visited), so it was easy to spread out. The property would easily work for a few couples. Leslie was easy to communicate with.

We were there for the US Amateur golf tournament and there was so much wonderful space in this house for five of us. The college kids loved having a ping pong table and their own space in the basement. We were a quick mile walk to coffee and great shopping and yummy restaurants. We had a few questions with Wi-Fi etc. and received immediate responses. Wonderful trip and would stay here again!

The house is huge and perfect for a family or group of friends visiting Denver. Located near Washington Park is great!! Tons of great restaurants and bars very near by!! The host was very responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this property and I’m in the vacation rental business!

One of the photos of the property which made us want to stay in the house was the picture of the patio with outdoor fireplace. It’s a lovely space but it is in mild disrepair. Cushions are mildewed and/or stained to the point where I asked management to send cleaning over before we sat on them. Sliding door to this area is very hard to open/close and the screen door fell off during our stay.
Other annoyances for a house this size and price— one hairdryer for 4 bathrooms. We had 4 women trying to get ready for a wedding and one hairdryer is not enough. Also no dishwasher soap, no sponges or dishcloths to clean. Drawer front coming off in kitchen. Again, maybe ok for a cheaper house but definitely not for one in this category.
Location is great and neighborhood is wonderful. Loved having a garage. It’s a lovely house and someone just needs to give it a little love.

This house was wonderful and the location couldn’t be better for families. It is half a block to Wash Park, a lovely place to walk with a great playground. The neighborhood is quiet but with a Starbucks and other restaurants within walking distance. The house is beautiful and was sparklingly clean when we arrived. There was plenty of space for my family of four plus my parents. My kids especially enjoyed the pool table and arcade game in the basement. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to perhaps add some plastic kids cups/plates/utensils for families to use. We really loved this house and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Denver!

This is a beautiful house with lots of room to spread out. Lots of seating, nice patio area to BBQ. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. There is a huge master suite and a very large walk in closet. Great neighborhood for walks and convenient to stores.

Short Weekend in Denver
Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in downtown Denver. There was plenty of space for all of my family and the house had everything that we needed and more! Pool table, video games, TV in every room, surround sound all around and a fire pit on the back patio. Plenty to entertain everyone. These neighborhoods are notorious for having to fight for a parking spot remotely close to your front door but not here! There was plenty of parking all day long, and even a garage if the circus came to town. Will definitely stay again...
