Nicely decorated studio with small balcony with everything you need for your stay has been thought off. The fridge on arrival was stocked with milk, bread, juice, water, butter, cheese which showed that the host was really taking care of its visitors.

The villa is situated in a collage/ universities/ dorms district with nothing much around it and you need a car to reach the center. A tent on the small balcony will also be a good idea to save you from the rain as the small balcony is not covered.

Communication was excellent prior to our stay with all the information needed for self check in. Parking was easy and we had a parking space behind the house. We stayed in the studio apartment at the top of the house which had a balcony and mountain view. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely and finished to a high standard. The furniture and fittings are all great quality and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was full of food for breakfast and everything was clean. It’s about a 25 minute stroll into the centre of town passing lots of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this lovely apartment

The appartement was just perfect: beautiful decoration, best bed we had during our trip through Slovenia, quite neighbourhood (the walk to the city center was nice, not too far). We would like to thank the host for the bottle of sparkling wine and the easy check-in procedure.

3 parking places for 5 appartements. outside parking not so easy. first arrive first serve we stayed 4 nights and parked only twice

The host was so kind and had bought some groceries for the breakfast the first day, as we arrived late. Coffee and welcome wine, was also there.

The host put an additional effort on preparing an exceptional welcome: in the fridge we found a bottle of wine, butter and jam, sausages, ... also there was a box full of different flavours of coffees and teas.

We just missed a kitchen hood in the cook area, but that was not a big issue

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent host. The parking is limited and on a first-come basis, but everything is good enough to forgive this!

The property is located a small walk from the city centre (approx.20min) and 5 min walk for the local supermarket. We had an apartment 1, in the ground floor, with a great big terrace. The parking is just behind the house, off the main street. The apartment itself was beautifully prepared, everything was neat and tidy with a great attention to the detail. Kids appreciated Netflix and WiFi, we loved the coffee machine and the air conditioning 😀. The host has even prepared some complimentary food and drinks in a fridge for us as well as bottle of wine. That was really nice touch! We would definitely recommend LaVilla to everyone, it is just perfect! Thank you, if we are ever back in Ljubljana we will be staying in LaVilla again!

Super nice hosts with complimentary fresh food and toys for the kids. Good location to get into the city center (15min walk). Nice design, great terrace. Easy check-in and -out. Parking behind the house.

Very new, comfortable and hygeniec appartement. We booked the room with the queensize bed, but we get the upgrade to kingsize bed for free! Modern furniture and nice equipment. Free use of laundry wasmachine and the dishwasher. We did not meet the owner, but contact through Whatsapp and email was good!

The only thing we can say here was the distance to the center (30 minutes walk), but we already knew that. Nothing negative about the apartment itself.

Everything in the right place.

Just one thing: change the TV language with the people coming for stay in the apartment. Add more services in the Booking.com page for helping the clients to understand better what you have inside the apartment (towels, any kind of liquid for bathroom, hair dryer etc)
