Had a lovely one night stay. Its just as pretty as in the photos. The bed is a little squeaky when you're getting asjusted but so comfortable I slept like the dead. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. I would have been comfortable staying alone (as a woman).

This property is perfectly located and very quiet. It’s close to the Spanish Moss Trail if you enjoy biking. The view of the water from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching all the boats go by. We’ll be back for sure!

Property was quiet and just beautiful. Right around the corner from the base and only 15 minutes from Beaufort! The Sands was only 10ish minutes from there. The room was stocked with everything we could need including a washer and dryer so we were able to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend this place to anyone going to Parris Island for graduation or even just a getaway of their own!

Really enjoyed staying at Lynda’s condo. Great view, relaxing, low key, easy access to everything that is “Low Country” Like a secret and favorite “hiding spot”, don’t want to recommend too highly in fear of everyone else finding out 😀

Stayed for a month. Would be fine for a few days however, place needs work! No screen on sliding door for air flow and windows screens need replacing due to several holes and gap between screen and frame. Carpet and rugs need major cleaning, along with couches.
Bed foam topper has disgusting stains and should not have been left on the bed. Manager said it would be disposed of. There were no cleaning products available to use. I have pictures of these issues if needed.

This property overlooks Battery Creek. you see the water as soon as you open the door.. Very Clean Very Very Clean upscale furniture and bedding and towels. Has everything you need. Just bring your smile and if for some reason you are not wearing your smile before you get there your smile will return to your face when you open the door. Close to stores and restaurants.

We found the condo to be very clean and in a convenient location. Communication with the property manager was excellent, including when we had a problem with the gate. When I notified her that there was no coffee in the condo as described, she offered to reimburse us for purchased coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable; we don’t remember falling asleep. We didn’t see any dolphins, but we weren’t there very long in daylight. This condo in not a one-bedroom; it is a studio. The bed is in an open area, separated by a half wall; this was not a problem for us.

My partner and I stood for our Marine graduate. The Marine base location was minutes from the property. The location was great and clean. The host did an amazing job accommodating us. The property was clean, and set up perfectly with amenities. She went above and beyond your needs. I would highly recommend this location.

We stayed in this unit for 5 days. It is private and very comfortable. This is an upstairs unit with great views. They provide everything you need to prepare meals and you are very close to a grocery store. It is an easy drive to Downtown Port Royal, Beaufort Waterfront Park and Hunting Island.

We traveled in for our grandsons Marine Corp boot camp celebrations and ceremonies. Days started early (5-6 am), the location was perfect and saved on travel time. The host was also very gracious allowing an extra time to get checked out after the final ceremony.
The little apartment is perfectly comfortable and nicely appointed for two people.
The host left snacks and candies that made it a little extra special.

Traveled to SC for our new Marine’s graduation. The lii I cation of this condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided. It was a short stay, but top notch! Thank you!

Lynda was great; location was great but the condo definitely needed some TLC. Stains in the carpeting; bedding was bally; couches had dark stains on arms; very few dishes if you needed to prep anything. If some attention was given to this place, I would recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, we had hot showers and beautiful views. We didn't cook, but was well equipped.
15 minute's to Beaufort for shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Food Lion is very close.
Definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway.

This property was perfect and the view of the water upon walking in was breathtaking. We prepared full course meals and sat on the balcony and enjoyed cocktails. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and I would return myself.

Lovely condo
Lynda is a fabulous host and has such an amazing rental. She has it lovely appointed and provides snacks and water for enjoyment. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and enjoying our coffee. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Lynda.

Great communication with host and everything was exactly as posted on the site! Place was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. She had everything that we could think of from towels and a beach umbrella to glasses chilled in the freezer and chocolates on the end table! The waterfront experience was so relaxing. This is a true gem! Will definitely rent again!! Thank you for making our wedding anniversary trip amazing!

Excellent Stay
We booked this location last minute. Despite that it was ready for us and provided a wonderful respite from the rigorous family day activities. The host was even willing to even add a night but we ended up not needing that. Just the fact that they were willing to make that adjustment on such late notice speaks volumes to the great ustomer service the host provided. The condo had everything we needed, no surprises, and Parris Island was so close and easy to get to. Thank you for making this moment in our lives that much more memorable. Also the sunrise from the balcony was fantastic!

Lovely and quaint!
Everything was so easy! The property is amazing! Just right for two people! We loved that we were on the water! Such beautiful views. The condo was well stocked and impeccably clean. Loved, loved, loved it!

Fabulous in every respect!
What a beautiful apt - super clean, well stocked with towels and other essentials, bed was sooo comfortable, and Lynda could not have been a better host as far as communicating all essential information ahead of time. And did I mention the view?!? Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit
This condo is perfect in every way! It is comfortable, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want. The location couldn’t be better. I enjoyed sitting on the deck, overlooking the river, watching the porpoises. I hope to return very soon!

Great getaway
Location of the condo was was perfect for traveling to Hilton head and Savannah. Condo was well stocked and prefect for two people. Nice view of the river on the balcony. Clean and maintained with comfortable bed. Parking right under the place and community is gated. Great stay.

Awesome place, very cozy nice sunrise view over the water
We really enjoyed the place..perfect jump off spot for family event in Beaufort over the weekend..we enjoyed the coziness for just the two of us..water/marsh view was awesome as well as sunrise..everything that we needed was in the property and of course chocolate and mints by the bed is always a great touch..thank you for sharing your place..we’ll be back

Apprehensive at first because property is a little aged. BUT upon arrival could not have been happier. For me and my wife it was perfect. Some little extras we have not gotten in other properties. Like snacks laid around, shampoo and body wash. Place was very clean and been remodeled inside. Give it 5 stars.

Very efficient condo close to Parris Island
We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation from USMC boot camp. This condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, neat, tidy, with all the amenities.

Serenity Now
We stayed 3 nights for a Marine Corps graduation on Parris Island, to say Lynda’s condo is ideal certainly is an understatement. Literally 3 minutes to Parris Island which is perfect for the early mornings on the Island but the the view from the condo is just so relaxing. Our last morning we saw two dolphins swimming in the water!
The condo is exactly like the pictures, Lynda included all the little extras; spices, multiple rolls of toilet paper, snacks, soaps, aluminum foil, coffee filters, paper towels. A Food Lion market is across the street which is perfect for groceries.
So much better than renting a hotel room!
