There are several gathering areas that allow you to come together or spread out as needed. The decor is charming and eclectic and demonstrates how much the hosts have invested into making sure you enjoy your stay. I texted them several times in the weeks leading up to our trip, and they went above and beyond in giving me tips on what to pack and what to do once we arrived. I didn't think we would use the pool very often, given how close we were to the beach, but my younger kids and I loved that it was only 4 ft deep, meaning they didn't have to stay confined to a "shallow end" and I wasn't nearly as anxious as I usually am when supervising them while swimming.
We hope to return someday!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect; everything we needed was there. We stayed 6 days so the laundry came in handy. The labeling on the light switches really helped. Perfect distance to the beach, only 1 1/2 blocks. The boys loved the pool and all the beach boards available to us. The loft was a big hit for them. If we get the opportunity to go back to Port A we will definitely stay here. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us.

Our trip was wonderful. The house was great. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Bluetooth speaker system was nice. Pool was clean and location was rhe best. We took many walks to the beach and will definitely book again.

We arrived the day before a heavy rainfall. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy our stay when it was too rainy to be outside. This charming beach house had plenty of room to spread out and a great living area that accommodated all of us comfortably we wanted to hang out together. We also loved the pool and outdoor shower.

Quaint and quirky house that was fully stocked with everything you could need and just a short walk to the beach. It had a grassy fenced area for our two small pups with a motion activated light at night. It does require going down stairs to access. Lots of off road parking. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would book Sea Casa again.

Great little house in a perfect location. We walked to the beach everyday (several times a day). The weather was perfect and we sat on the porch and chilled. Enjoy the Bier House down the street and walked over to Coffee Waves a couple mornings. Perfect off-season location.

The owners really take their guest into consideration, they provide all that you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The place was so neat and the location was perfect. I was able to pull my 19 month old in a wagon to the beach from the place in a short distance. The outdoor showers were so nice to be able to rinse off after a day on the beach and the screened in porch was nice to enjoy on the rainy day we had. Great place to make memories with the family while staying at the beach. Hope to stay here again next year!

When looking for a place to stay I look for pet friendly, private pool, and washer/dryer. This house checked those boxes and so much more! The architecture is quirky and cool with plenty of room for family and friends. And the location is awesome. The pictures kinda make it look further away from the beach but the walk is super short. There is also open lots/areas on either side of the house but it does back up to a 2/3 story but they can only look into the back yard of the house which was the perfect place for the dogs to do their business. They even have a poop scoop to use! And what's nice is there's minimal stairs for people or pets with back issues, etc. There are only 2 bathrooms but the outdoor showers were perfect since there was hot and cold water and they are enclosed. Lots of little touches like double monitors if you needed to hook up and work, filtered water at the sink, and the best organized laundry room with marked tubs. And to say the house is well stocked is no joke! I'm always bringing extra stuff and not once did I need anything extra I brought! I could go on and on but don't hesitate to book this property. And to top it off...the hosts couldn't be nicer! Can't wait to stay again!!!

We booked Sea Casa with the intent of bringing our dogs along and although that didn't happen, I found the property was set up nicely for them. The house was nice and cool when we arrived which was very welcome after a hot drive. Our 10 yr old grandson hopped in the pool right away. We were a group of 7 and there was room for more. Great walking distance to the beach for the sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor shed had plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, and beach toys. The kitchen had coffee spices and all the extras so dont buy ahead of time! The house was clean and comfortable, no complaints!! Thank you Kevin for your fast response to our one glitch. We'd definitely come back!!

My family stayed here for Labor Day Weekend 2023. Perfect spot, very clean and has everything you need.
Love the layout of this house. Every nook and cranny is used perfectly. Owners are extremely nice and answer messages immediately. They have everything took need to take to the beach! Thank you for that! Screened in porch is perfect for keeping mosquitoes away! Check in process was simple. We would stay here again.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just seconds from the beach is this gem. The house is spacious, well stocked and fun. The kids room was perfect for my son to watch tv and play on his IPad. My favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. It was the perfect place to drink your coffee in the mornings and/or adult beverages at night! It’s perfect for a family vacation but also for a friends trip!! This is our new go to house when visiting Port A!!

Sea Casa maximizes the indoor and outdoor spaces so efficiently! We loved the separated bedrooms, a bathtub for little kids, sturdy bunks that our kids loved, plus loft beds, comfy beds for adults, too. House has an unpretentious vibe, fun and relaxed, with very cute decor and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is very well-stocked and dining area has table for 8. The backyard for dog was a huge perk as well as the beach closet with assortment of chairs and sand toys. We hung out a lot on the screened porch. The pool is small but was perfect for our kids ages 4, 6, 8, and 10. Outside shower was warm and fabulous. Walk to beach is less than 10 minutes!

The house was perfect for my family - kids' ages 3,4, and 8 plus son and daughter-in-law. The kids loved the pool and being able to drive to the beach. It also gave my son a place to work (porch) so he could work without being disturbed.

Although my niece and I were the only people renting this property, this is perfect for families or 2 families renting together. 2 master bedrooms, and sleeps 10. 2 TVs with separate sitting areas. Nice open space. Screeed in porch is lovely for morning coffee. Private pool was not used since in heated. Fabulous outdoor shower and private changing area. A handy outdoor sprayer for rinsing off sand on beach items was very helpful. Nice property.

The house is in a great location. Home is fully stocked and communication was good. The down side of the home was the cleanliness or lack there of. Couches we dirty, they had sand and trash on and under the cushions. The ceiling fans and registers were also dirty. This was in every room of the house.
I contacted the owner and was informed that they do a deep clean every 4-5 weeks and that they were scheduled to come out on the 13th of April. She wanted to know if I could just wait. Mind you I just arrived on the 6th and was checking out on the 9th, so I am not sure how this was going to help me with the cleanliness during my stay.
She said someone was coming out but we never saw anyone come by. Due to the weather on Friday we were camped out in the living room the whole day. The cleaning service allegedly said they come by, but again we never saw anyone.
At any rate, If you are simply looking for proximity to the beach, this home is perfect for that. To the naked eye the home appeared clean, until you look up or sit on the furniture.
I would expect for the price of this rental for this home to be very clean. It was disappointing that I paid over $400 a night to take over someone’s dirty house. Would not recommend this rental due to the lack of cleanliness.

Everything about the cottage was perfect. The attention to the small details makes this a perfect place to settle in. Close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it and hope to come back!
