Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahnstation. Ein neu renoviertes viktorianisches Familienhaus in einer sehr abwechslungsreichen Umgebung, in der Sie Cafés, Restaurants und Parks besuchen können. Die Nachbarschaft ist ein Fahrrad freundlich. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene mit einem zweiten und bequemen Zugang / Ausgang, der zu einer sehr komfortablen, exklusiven und entspannenden Terrasse führt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und modern. Teilen Sie Bad und Küche mit einer anderen Person, die viele Stunden arbeitet. Die Küche und das Badezimmer befinden sich auf derselben Etage.

We loved our stay! The place & neighborhood were wonderful!

Great location, felt safe, enjoyed outdoor sitting area. Inside was cozy. Can’t think of anything we didn’t have. FYI-read street signs, I didn’t & they street clean 2&4 Thursday of each month. We used public transportation to freedom trail, aquarium, Fenway. Always enjoy Boston.

This was a sweet place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch steps and walking in the neighborhood.

I had a little trouble with the combination locks, but Francisco was very responsive and friendly. I stayed in a cozy basement suite with a kitchen and bathoom, with a large shower. There was a fan, plenty of light, and an array of snacks. Quite pleasant.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The neighborhood is delightful and close to the train. The place was perfectly clean, and I was very impressed with the attention to the smallest detail. What meant the most to me was the communication from the property owner. Instructions were timely and very thorough. I really appreciated the checkins at points during our stay. The owner showed great care in our satisfaction. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and extra toiletries, had an excellent kitchen and pantry area to buy snacks if needed. Owner was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend to friends

The place was perfect for me - I wanted to be in Jamaica Plain and the house is well-located. It's a basement apartment, nicely finished, with ample heat and kitchen/bathroom facilities. Very kind owner - I highly recommend staying here!

Very welcoming host who is available quickly if questions arise. All amenities were there that one could want or need. Lots of cozy blankets and towels and bottled water etc. close to public transport via the T.. short walk to parks or shopping.

Updated Apartment- great Jamaica Plain location
Loved this place! They have considered the guest experience- great lighting, easy check in, well stocked. Appliances are new & the entire place is very clean.
Communication with Francisco was prompt and courteous.
We would definitely stay here again.

To put it short it was not what we thought it was going to be the place is run down the paint on the walls was bubbling. We were down some steep steps in the basement. It was not a very nice place. Never again. We didn’t even stay there.

Good location
The room was spacious and well decorated, with easy access to a patio. My husband was having a procedure at Faulkner Hospital, and the location was convenient for that. Also, quite close to restaurants.
