Nice location next to Peles Castle. We had a room upgrade and got an apartment on arrival, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was available and the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and cozy and warm.
I recommend it for a short stay near Peles, although right across it there's also a bus station that leads downtown.
There were some small details which disappointed us especially since it's a 4 star place and we received the more expensive suite.
There were small stains on the curtains, on a table, and the sheets had a little hole in it. There was only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of slippers available when we arrived.
The shower had an issue with the water flow and there was only 1 available toilettry set. Since the apartament was clearley for 2 people, it was a bit weird and dissapointing that there was no care given to detail.
Considering it's a historical hotel, I don't expect it to be pristine, but these details would be easyily fixed.
Some ammenities could be improved as now it seems like a good hotel that was a little too used but not renovated/ properly taken care of.

Cu camere spațioase și bine amenajate, hotelul oferă confortul necesar pentru o ședere relaxantă. Fiecare colțișor reflectă atenția la detalii și grijă pentru bunăstarea oaspeților.
Recomand cu entuziasm acest colț de rai pentru cei ce doresc să îmbine eleganța cu ospitalitatea autentică.

Beautiful building and rooms. Great staff. Spotless clean.
Limited parking. Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and daily service would make it perfect.

The location, the rooms were exactly like in the pictures.
Sometimes the water pressure was low and the water was a little bit cold . Although the stuff was very friendly, there were very few.

We went to Sinaia for a mountain getaway, so we did not want to stay in the heart of town. Vila LaKastel did not disappoint at all. It is nestled in the trees and overlooks the lush slopes of Sinaia. The hotel didn't give a "bustling place" vibe, but the staff members were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

Gaby was outstanding. Excellent service. Breakfast was ok, but the restaurant was gorgeous. Excellent location. Near Peles castle.

The bed was like a super king! But with a double/king sized duvet? Decor was okay, if you like the Victorian style. Has table and chair outside of room, good for smokers!
The bathroom radiator can not be turned off! Was baking in there with no extractor. There is a raw sewage smell emitinating from there (gf thought I did a dirty poop)!

Everything was great : the room is very big, the staff was lovely. They even gave us a free wine bottle for my mom's birthday.

It was very clean, cosy, amazing mattress so we had a very good sleep, close to Peles Castle, super nice personal, very helpful and even prepared the breakfast later than the normal hours.

smaller than advertised, small windows to the street, bed/pillows not confortable, the personnel easily gives you a different thing than you ordered and/or paid, without warning! food, beverages, other room than what you reserved…

-no shower gel, only some small soaps that are usually used when washing your hands
It is a shame because the place is decorated very nicely but the services are not as you would expect in a 4 stars hotel.
