Interieur aus astigem Kiefernholz mit 9 'Decken im Erdgeschoss. Volle Küche. Seedeck. Dock mit 12x30 überdachter Bootsrutsche und angeschlossenem Schwimmsteg. Queensize-Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Schaumstoffmatratze im Wohnbereich. Deckenventilatoren in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Veranda abgeschirmt. Zentralheizung und Luft. 42 "TV Streaming Netflix und Roku Channel (kein Kabel). Rauchen und Dampfen ist verboten. Keine Haustiere. Bequem in die Stadt und zum Oaklawn Racing Casino. Während der Wintermonate sind Weißkopfseeadler-Sichtungen möglich.

I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway and chose this A-frame house. There are a lot of little landings and locations to read a book and have a quiet chat. The dock was perfect for watching starts at night. There are also lots of things to do in town and nearby parks. We swam in the lake, fished, visited Ouachita Lake and watched birds all weekend. There are deer, rabbits and other wildlife. The morning we left we spotted a beaver crossing under our dock.
Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The property owner also helped us out when our car wouldn't start one morning.
I would highly recommend taking your spouse and/or your family to this hidden gem.
Will definitely come back.

My wife and I were in town for two night stay. We wanted to just relax and enjoy the lake view. The view and experience from the dock was just what we needed. The cabin itself very cozy, super clean and unique. Would gladly stay here again. Thank you for letting us share your amazing lake front get away.

My husband and I spent the weekend in this cute little A frame. Little smaller than I expected but we spent most of our time out of the lake. The porch had amazing view. Shower was way too small.

Nice property, relaxing, on the water. Only issue for us was the mattresses. We are late 50’s and heavy so may not be an issue for most but we could have used a slightly firmer mattress. Everything else was excellent.

Perfect location, ahhhhmazing porch, everything was updated and just as it was listed. We rented a tritoon for a couple of days and were able to park it at the dock which was so convenient. Being able to swim and fish off the dock was awesome too! We loved everything about it (even the steps lol)! Will be back!

Great cabin! Easy instructions! Only thing I would change is putting tape down to show the step from patio into screened in porch.

This property was perfect for the relaxing weekend we wished for. We were able to enjoy the screened in porch in spite of the rain; the screens provided protection while letting us enjoy the view and the breeze. Communication with our host was great and we highly recommend this cute A-frame on the lake!

I can't say enough about this property. It was everything we wanted it to be. Nice, clean, updated amenities, plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans etc.
It was exactly as the listing stated. (Which unfortunately, is kind of rare).
Easy drive to places in Springfield, great view of the water, nice decks, just a really nice place to stay.

My family and I loved the cabin, the atmosphere, and the quiet view of the lake - especially the screened-in porch. The cabin is small, but there is such clever use of space. We would love to spend time there again.

The property is located along a beautiful part of Lake Hamilton, where you can access the lake by kayak or canoe.
The A frame home is a perfect setting with a few different levels, chiminea, table&chairs, deck seating, screened in porch, grill, etc. We were very pleased with the accomodations and truly enjoyed this special getaway.
We came up to witness the solar eclipse and we were not disappointed!
Everything was perfect and our host couldn't have been nicer! He left us solar glasses and very colorful solar eclipse posters to commemorate our visit.
We are grateful to add this experience to one our memories to last a lifetime!

This cute little A frame was perfect for my adult daughter and me to get away for a long weekend and just relax and read. If I could give 10 stars for cleanliness I would! Everything was very clean, even the quilts on the bed smelled fresh! Definitely recommend, wish it had been warmer so we could’ve enjoyed the water more.

Charming, cozy A-frame with spectacular views. The deck and dock were very nice and in good shape. Bob and Debbie are very helpful and hospitable. Hope to go back soon!

We loved our time in this cute a-frame! Coffee and reading on the screened porch in the mornings, laying out and fishing on the dock, paddle boarding the lake…it was so peaceful and fun! Easy to go downtown to eat or head to the lake for a boat rental. Our host was very communicative and provided great suggestions. Would stay again!

This was our second stay. Not only is the house clean, beautiful, cozy, charming and comfortable, but the views are so relaxing. We truly enjoy all this place has to offer. Everything is in great condition and nicely decorated. It's super clean, with no trace of others ever staying there. We appreciate the small things like the luxury towels, soft linens, pots, pans and dinner wear, etc. Some places have a hodgepodge of stuff, but this place has class, while maintaining it's character. We think this house is a perfect vacation home to relax and enjoy life. We only have great things to say about the Little A-Frame.

I have so many things to say about this precious little A frame house!!! Such an amazing location!!! The lake access is perfect. The views are gorgeous! And close enough to drive to the store or other area attractions. There are neighbors but still feels very quiet and secluded. The back porch and deck areas are phenomenal!!! I loved sitting in that screened in porch area. The house itself was very clean which was very important to me. Beds and pillows we’re comfortable and we had everything we needed! Thank you for such a wonderful place to relax. Very well done!!

The is an amazing house for us to end a road trip at. The name says it all....Little A-frame, big porch. This house will not disappoint. But, if the house is not enough...the dock completes it. Sunsets and relaxing evenings every night sitting on the dock!

The cottage was perfectly appointed with enough cozy blankets and comfy places to relax and read, watch movies, or stare out at the lake on our rainy day stay. Got a couple bites when we went fishing off the dock and will no doubt tell stories about “the one that got away”. The screened in porch was the perfect perch for watching the sun set on the lake. A 10 out of 10 for our family!

Had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and a bit quirky (just enough to make for a unique experience) and the outdoor spaces were amazing. Will definitely be back!

Very cute A frame! Clean, comfortable, homey feel and then the porch….the view from the porch is spectacular in the fall! The different nooks along the path from the porch to the dock were fun little hang out spots. My girls & I really loved our time at this home & look forward to bringing other friends and family back to the little A frame with the big porch ❤️

Excellent home away from home. The owners are incredibly accommodating and communicate so throughly. The pictures are very accurate. Extremely clean. Near to Central Avenue where Bathhouse Row is located and so many other places. Excellent restaurants everywhere. Garvan Woodland Gardens is beautiful and near the home. Great memories!!! ❤️❤️

The property is amazing with care to every detail. Everything you need is in the house or close. The property is respectful of the environment and the moment you see their lake view your stress disappears. Bob was very attentive and answered all questions. We would highly recommend this hidden gem. Wonderful just Wonderful!
