We liked the location a lot. Everything in a walking distance. Some beaches are nearby, even an open camping can be freely attended (with swimmingpool, iceream, restaurant, rentals); the other beach a bit more far but that on the other side of the old city was really fantastic. Great restaurants in 1-20 minutes distance. We liked the old town a lot, but also walked a bit more far to restaurant Fortica which was a beach bar and restaurant with great staff, food and a close connection to the beach. The flat was comfy, had all the equipments we needed. The terrace is a great free space for the kid and the family to eat breakfast and dinner. It was hot, so we were mostly inside during the day. The church bell next door was loud, but only on the weekends, so get up early and go to the beach! :D Ivan, the owner is very friendly always accessable. Local market is expensive, so go to Trogir or Split to get your olive oil and wine. :)

The second bathroom only has e toilet, we expected a shower as well, but that was not a problem finally.

Near to everything - old town, beach, shops, bus station. Beautiful view from terrace - to old town, mountains and river. We liked the terrace a lot. Also they let us in earlier before check in time because of our very early flight, for us with kids that was important.

Church bells. Bells last rings at 10 in the evening and starts to bell a lot from 6 in the morning, ringing periodically. That was really desturbing the sleep.

The location could NOT be better! So close to everything you want in Omiš! One minute walk from Lanterna - the BEST restaurant we found! Minutes from Stari Grad fortress. Minutes from Restaurant Knez. EASY peasy parking very close. Fabulous apartment looks brand new. Comfy beds. Amazing view of mountains! I want to come back here and stay again! Host made it very easy to find, and get into apartment. Provided free parking and GREAT internet. Excellent communications! Washer works great. Full professional grinder and cappuccino/espresso maker. We had a cold shower the first night because we did not know we had to turn the water heater on with a switch! LOL. Right on the Cetina River. LOVE this place!

There were two things that could have been better - HOWEVER, neither of these would keep me from staying here again! I would love to come back! The toilet seat was loose, so I kept feeling like I would slide off. The owner has allowed the bushes to grow up too tall, so the apartment no longer has a water view while sitting on the patio. The mountain view is SPECTACULAR, but I had chosen it - as I choose all of our accommodations - for the water view. No worries! All the owner needs to do is trim the bushes back, and the water view is right there!

Breakfast was on-demand and simple but the staff tried to fulfill all our requests. It was served in the owner's restaurant (Venezia). The property lies in a convenient distance from the Beach Velika and it is even a little bit closer to the Beach Galeb (but that seemed a little windier for us). In the same building, there is a restaurant, called Lanterna, which is very practical for example after a long journey here. (But unfortunately, card payment is not possible) We got a free parking pass for the central parking Priko from Toni (he also paid for the parking the first day, while we were parking in the closest parking place ). The apartment and the kitchen are fully equipped, they really have thought of everything, what a guest might need.

As I mentioned the breakfast is on-demand, however on booking.com, there is a picture of a buffet breakfast, which is misleading. In the bathroom with a shower, it's a bit annoying that the lighting works together with the ventilator, so the room feels cold after showering. But it can be fixed I am sure. Unfortunately, there is a tower bell directly near the property, which starts bell-ringing early in the morning and continues till the evening. But we participated so many fantastic trips around the area, that we were tired enough not to be bothered that much :)

The location was perfect. Right on the river with a side gate. Just beautiful. A lovely restaurant next door, and plenty of activities within a short stroll away (I would recommend sugaman tours to organise zip wire, rafting etc). We loved our stay.

I would suggest a welcome pack for visitors.. I.e. map, hot the hot water works (we had to call). Also both rooms had double beds where as it would have been good to have one room with a twin. We tackled that issue with one of us on Avery comfy sofa in the living room so not a major issue.
