We stayed here after seeing the bunk situation throughout the house in booking pictures. This place was situated right on Social circle with view of live music and walk to coffee shop. AC, TV and Wifi worked great which has not always been case at a few rentals in the past. Had plenty of cups, plates, silverware too for our large group. We loved it.

Stayed in this property for a long holiday weekend. We had three families with 5 small children. The space and the bunk rooms worked out perfect. This place is adorable and in great shape. We did not hear ANY construction noise at all. The location is perfect. You can sit out on the patio or deck and listen to the live music for town square (great for those with little kids who are already asleep). Also a short walk to all of the food options, especially to grab a quick coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.A few drawbacks:- the bunk rooms dont really have doors (thats why they arent bedrooms) - can be an issue with noise- the beds are SUPER high, including the king bed (my toddler fell off at one point and was not happy) and the bunk beds. Again, just a bit tough if you have smaller children.- the kitchen sink is motion censored and it gave us so much trouble.

The condo was so hot and we were unable to turn the A/C down. It was at an unreasonable temperature and nobody could sleep. We all laid there with no sheets or blankets on and fans at full blast and we’re still sweating. The back bedroom was over 80 degrees for sure. The construction next door we were warned about in the description but it did not mention that they would start at 6am each morning. There were jackhammers going by 6 every morning if our stay. There was ZERO sleep to be had on this trip by anyone. The condo is very cute, great location, and if those two things weren’t issues it would be a 10/10. But unfortunately those issues were so bad we couldnt wait to go home.

Beach Crush is a great home for large families - we had 3 couples (parents, g'parents & aunt and uncle), plus 4 big kids and this home works great! Every inch is usable space - and not crowded! Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our only issue was a non-working dishwasher.

Property was well located, perfect amenities. The only complaint was the kitchen was not clean when we arrived. Dishes had food crusted on them. I suspect the dishwasher was not run by the previous tenant and the crew just put them back on the shelves.

The house has great amenities for 2-3 families. Having a washer/dryer on both floors was a plus for us. The house also had all the kitchen appliances and cookware we needed to make any meal. The home does look out on the busy town center and there is construction right next to the houses so keep that in mind if you prefer a quieter environment.

This was our 1st visit to CS. Beach Crush TC 7102 was perfect. In the perfect location to everything. Right across the street from Town Center where everything happens. Around the corner from Dylan's Pizza and the coffee shop. Walking distance to the Dunes pool. We actually walked to the beach a couple of times. The golf cart was great to have. The description of the house is spot on and we would definitely recommend this town home. There were 6 adults, a 5 yr old and two 16 mo olds. What an amazing family vacation spot. So many activities for the entire family.

The whole cinnamon shore community is amazing. The house we stayed at had only 3 issues we noticed, one was the downstairs washer did not work (good thing there was an upstairs washer) and the downstairs shower was also damaged but fortunately there were 2 other showers and we didn't need to use that either and lastly the stairs rail was so dirty it was gray in color versus the white that it was supposed to be. I'm a neat freak specially in covid, so I noticed the change in color when I arrived and wiped everything down with my clorox wipes, I used 11 to clean that rail all the way. Other than that, the house is gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time.

We love Cinnamon Shore. We have rented from CS many times and have always had a top notch experience. The amenities are second to none anywhere along the Texas coast. The pools, common areas, and beach are amazing and fun for the entire family. We had a great time this Columbus Day weekend for sure. The particular unit we rented was the only let down. The place has lots of room and is laid out very well- it has just been used and used and not kept up. I know this year has been a weird one for sure, but we are always blown away with the level of cleanliness of each of the units we rent. This time the unit had to be recleaned as there were many dead bugs and spider webs all throughout the place. The refrigerator desperately needs to be replaced as it leaked all weekend. There are many paint touch ups that would not take the owners very long to accomplish but would make a huge difference in the overall appearance of the house. We had two other issues that the CS management graciously took care of, but were safety issues regarding two electrical outlets. And lastly- we were shocked at how bad the unit smelled right when we first arrived. We have been so spoiled always by CS and the staff and the rental properties. This one was definitely unusual. While we will stay with CS again, I will just make sure to do a better job of checking the unit before leasing. This one did not meet my expectations, but the overall trip was still great fun for our family..

The house was great, enough space and a great location. The kitchen didn’t have any big pots or pans though. Our grill also didn’t work for the first 2 days but it was a busy week so we luckily had it fixed in time to use it some. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk room a lot.

We had a wonderful trip... just too short. The condo is beautiful and we all were very comfortable. Couple of needs: freezer leaks water on floor, ant issue in corner of kitchen by sink, hot water and water pressure not so great, several roaches on porch at night. Would suggest a bigger refrigerator or additional refrigerator. Other than that... loved it! Beautiful resort and we enjoyed all the amenities. Can't wait to visit again!

Downstairs was perfect for us, and there was two more bunks downstairs for our singles. The amenities were beautiful. The Cinnamon Shores folds were great in getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up during a busy week (4th of July). (But, don’t forget anything at the property...they will not retrieve it for you. They were courteous about it, but believed housekeeping over the client on this one. Boo. Lesson learned.)

Memorial Weekend at Cinnamon Shores has been a family tradition for us for the last several years. This is a fabulous place for families. Ours includes children ages 3, 5, and 8. The amenities are top notch. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Golf cart rental on premise. They make s’mores for the kids. They provided 2 movie nights, with the snack truck open. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love it here and will return. This Memorial weekend they also provided 2 concerts. This is the best place in Port A
