We stayed here with our 4 adult children (20-23 yo) and loved the location within WH. Close to the clubhouse/pool and a private pool with no one behind us. The home is very clean and well stocked. The game room was really fun (especially the pinball machine). Pool area is spacious and outdoor furniture is comfortable. The mattresses on the beds are all very firm. Tom was very responsive to our questions and the whole vacation from time of booking to checkout was seamless. Security deposit was promptly refunded within 5 days of checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was exactly like it was described and Tom was quick to respond to any questions. We had absolutely no issues. We were a group of parents here for a college golf tournament... but this house would be great for little ones! Loved how everything was clean, updated and decorated! I keep dreaming about the awesome refrigerator...but my husband says there is nothing wrong with our 17 year old one at home :(The BEST PART is there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES!!! The price Tom displays is the price you pay. Period.

Our stay was great, the house was clean and perfect for our group of 9. The house has absolutely everything available to you and we couldn’t complain. This is a house that we absolutely would stay at again. Close to Disney parks. Tom was great in responding quickly to any minor questions we had. We went to the resort pool one day and it was very nice, the main pool is heated but the kid pool and slide section isn’t so it was freezing cold water. If we had one suggestion for the house it would be to install a handrail for the pool steps. We had a 77 year old with bad knees who would have loved to get in the pool but was afraid he wouldn’t be able to safely get out because there wasn’t a handrail. Hot tub got nice and hot. We really loved our stay and hope to be back and will choose this house.

Great stay at this location. We went to all of the Disney parks. Keeps you from getting on highway 4 with all of the stop and go traffic. Only a few min to a large Walmart and CVS. The house is great for a large families. Location was very quite. Great correspondence with the owner/renter. Would rent again.

The communication and customer service from the property owner was highly professional, thorough, timely and frequent. I stayed at this home with my family and a group of friends in August 2023. We had travelled all the way from Barbados and wanted to have a really nice time. We were blown away by what we saw upon entering the home. It was beyond our expectations. The owner Tom was very responsive. Everything was perfect! Great location, lots of space, great amenities. Each family felt as if they had their own private quarters despite all being in one house. It was great!

This is a great house with all included at no upcharges for pool heat internet etc. This beautiful house has all the modern features you need to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The home owner is very easy to deal with and will resolve any issues you may have very quickly. This property was absolutely everything advertised! We stayed with extended family (our family of 5, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my other sister-in-law and her husband) and we had plenty of room for everyone!
We all (everyone from our 6 year old son to my 70+ year old mother-in-law) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! And the connectivity between the kitchen/living room area and the outdoor living/pool area was really wonderful.
Additionally, the proximity to Disney seems like it couldn't be much better. Our drive into the parks took only 10-15 minutes, and was very easy. The property is also very close to Walmart and many restaurants, which made food runs convenient and quick.
Not sure we are up for doing the chaos of Disney again, but our son is already advocating for us to just go and stay at this house! Thanks, Tom for a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is very close to all Disney properties. Grocery stores are near by. The house itself was great. We didn’t have any issues. We really enjoyed the spa and pool. The game room/theater was was a bonus. Overall the house had everything we needed and we would stay again.

All was as advertised and very clean. Great location for going to all the Disney parks. One suggestion there were only two dishwasher soap tabs , two laundry tabs and two garbage bags . I would suggest charging a few bucks more put enough for the whole stay . That saves going to Walmart and buying more than you need. Just a thought. Otherwise a very nice property. Thanks

We have travelled to Florida from the UK many times now and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The location is amazing, it was great being able to leave the parks through the day and go back to the villa to change clothes etc. due to the proximity of this villa to Disney. The gated community is well looked after and secure. The area is very well maintained and we regularly saw gardeners and landscapers working nearby. The villa itself is superb, Tom has not spared any expense, appliances are high spec and in most cases brand new. The cinema room with a pinball machine was a highlight for us. The pool is lovely and clean with refreshing saltwater and no chlorine smell. The kitchen was fully kitted out with dishes, utensils and a coffee machine. Large fridge with freezer and ice machine.Beds are super comfy. Honestly I could keep going on and on about how good this villa is. We 100% recommend it to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at this home for our 9 day trip to Orlando. It is a great jumping off point for the parks as they are fairly close. Walmart less than a mile away makes shopping easy. The house is super comfortable, the beds gave great rest and thr game room (especially the Jurassic Park pinball machine and theater) were a big hit with kids and adults alike. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been renting various homes in the Windsor Hills community for a number of years. I have to say that the owner of this home and the management company he employs is hands down the best we have ever dealt with. AMAZING communication from start to finish throughout the process and ANYTHING that was an issue they took care of immediately. The house is 100% in the condition the photos illustrate. ALL of the furnishings and technologies in the home are premium and very high quality. The location is amazing. Highlight for my family is the home theater and game room, Jurassic Park pinball got a work out and a half the week we were there. The ONLY thing we were a bit disappointed with was the video game was broken and it was needing to be serviced. Otherwise we will 100% rent this home in 2022 when we return. DEFINITELY rent this house!!

This was a great find and really nice property for my family. The check in process was seamless. So close Disney world and Universal studios . Tom and Cisco were very responsive, the house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is exactly as described . I would love to spend a couple of weeks here every year !! We stayed here with our 5 month old, 2 year old, and 18 month old neice as well as more family. It was spacious for everyone! It had all the amenities! It was so close to Walmart to get all you needed for the week away and it was minutes from Disney which was so convenient! The host was amazing, up to the day we arrived! Always responsive! If you are looking for high technology in a home’s entertainment system and game room, this house has that. Proximity to Disney property is nice and to be expected comes high traffic congestion at times.
Cleanliness on arrival was not what we are used to so with a little elbow grease we treated it like our own home and gave it swish and swipe with our own cleaning supplies. The pool lights attracted gnats/flying ants in the evening so we skimmed the surface each morning before jumping in.
The house next door had loud parties late into the night on several occasions and a number of different groups of guests joining them during the day. This was our third stay in Windsor Hills, a place we considered our home away from home. Unfortunately due to many things we witnessed in the neighborhood, we will not be back.

The house next door had loud parties late into the night on several occasions and a number of different groups of guests joining them during the day. This was our third stay in Windsor Hills, a place we considered our home away from home. Unfortunately due to many things we witnessed in the neighborhood, we will not be back.

Great place
We stayed at the property for a week family trip to Disney. Very close to the parks, a Walmart. (order ahead and pick up when you get there), Starbucks and easy access all around. The house is well kept and has working amenities as described. Tom was great responsive and gets an A plus for communication.

The place is very nice and accommodating for bigger families. The game room was the biggest hit and the pool was nice. Some of the house is outdated and bathroom could definitely use a remodel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Fantastic houses, we rented 2 for our daughters destination wedding. They were clean, well appointed and close to everything. They really made the wedding special! Don't hesitate to stay here. Tom is terrific and so easy to deal with. We'll beck for the next family trip for sure!
