Positives: Loved the location convenient to downtown for sure; sq ft; rooms and room sizes; great garage spaces; nice patios including the gas fire place on the 3rd level; Landlord responsive; we didn't use the primary bedroom but it is nice; good spice for cooking selection
Observations of a Four Seasons expectations: one bedroom/bath was lacking a hair dryer; dishwasher Panel needs to be replaced; stain in carpet in main level bedroom; Could have used more storage bowls and serving bowls and aluminum foil in the kitchen; Lacking skillet lids; recycle receptacles and recycling bins; need a luggage cart for luggage from garage. This property is in a great location in Steamboat. Check in was super easy, any messages to host were quickly responded to. I was even surprised how quiet and well appointed the condo was. Highly recommend! We would stay again for sure!

Master bath drain does not flow correctly. Pools i. Shower, the steam operation did operate but not correctly, maybe due to the drain issue idk. The dryer did not work.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo right downtown Steamboat Springs. The perfect location for a walk near the river, a stroll to the shops and restaurants, a short drive to local attractions for hiking, and site seeing. It is also very roomy and perfect for a family to have enough space for people to hang out without feeling on top of each other. One thing I would recommend is that they check the supplies. We made a lot of dinners, and although there is enough silverware, plates, and pots and pans, there are no condiments (like mustard, catsup, for instance) other than some spices and no can opener that works, nor sharp knives. Just attention to those things would make a big difference. Especially since it is a very expensive stay.

Check in was a breeze, the unit was very clean, and everything worked as designed. The location downtown off 10th which gives access to both the downtown shopping and dinning, river, bike/walk trail, and rodeo grounds. We plan to return!

The communications prior to check-in were all wonderfully helpful. Everything was as advertised. The location was fantastic and within walking distance to everything in town. Everything was clean and organized and contained all the cooking utensils we needed. We were surprised by how spacious the condo was and were thankful for the A/C. We used and enjoyed both decks. We recommend.

Wonderful location
A great place in the middle of everything Steamboat. So convenient to walk or bike to the wonderful restaurants Steamboat has to offer. Walk downstairs for a warm doughnut at Powder Day Doughnuts. We loved the convenience to the river and the bike/ walking path.

Great Location
Mixed use building in the heart of town with secure garage parking. Roomy with everything we needed. TVs in master and living room only. Highly recommend. Very good communication from Four Seasons property managers. Would definitely stay again.

Great Downtown Location
Great experience working with the property manager, they were very responsive and accommodating. Easy checkin. No issues at all. The downtown location was wonderful, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect Place
We loved staying the the Four Seasons condo at the Victoria in downtown Steamboat. The location was awesome, so close to all the shops and restaurants and the condo was very clean, had all the amenities and super roomy! Everyone had their own space. The manager was easy to contact (by text) snd was so responsive with a couple questions I had. We enjoyed it and would absolutely stay there again!

Lovely condo in heart of downtown; views of Howelsen
Excellent, large condo in heart of downtown. Above a donut shop! 1 block from the river. Near the shops and restaurants. Large. More than enough space for a family of 4. 2 large balconies. Ski locker was a great convenience. Well stocked kitchen.
Only big issue was that the condo wasn't ready at the stated time - cleaners were still there. Management company said it was a busy weekend. Minor issue was we couldn't get a fireplace to work. Overall, the quality of the condo and the location more than made up for those issues.

Great condo with a great downtown location
This condo was perfect for our family of three but could have comfortably fit many more. Plenty of room, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Very close proximity to Howelson Hill which was great for us because our son is a member of the SSWSC which practices on the hill. Its a 10 min drive to Steamboat mountain but its a very easy drive. Overall a great property!

Great Spot with loads of fun stuff to do close
Great two story condo in the heart of the action in the old town. Tons of restaurants to walk to and lots of shops to keep busy. We headed into town for a two night stay and were totally comfortable at the River View Villa. We would stay here again!

Downtown Steamboat
This was a different location for us (instead of on the mountain), but we LOVED it. We were in walking distance to so many great things Steamboat has to offer--off the beaten path restaurants that were so fun. Walking by the Yampa River every day and seeing the natural hot springs all around town was fascinating. Donuts downstairs was fun!

Weekend getaway
We flew in from Texas to escape the October heat and hang out in steamboat for a week. The condo was perfect for getting out on the old town by foot. The condo is deceptively large! And it is well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at this beautiful property. Every detail of the home was immaculate and extra spacious. Anywhere we needed to go was a short walk, or a 5 min car ride at most. We took advantage of the downtown shops, the alpine slide, Strawberry Park Hot springs, and a GORGEOUS hike at Fish Creek Falls. We could definitely recommend anyone stay here! Three Generations - Family Winter Vacation
Our family, consisting of my husband and I (seniors), our two sons and their wives and our 11 month old granddaughter stayed here for four nights. The unit is very nicely appointed with higher quality construction materials, appliances, etc. We had plenty of seating for relaxing, high chair and toddler play area. One of our requirements was a property with three beds., three baths, which is not easy to find. This property was perfect for three adult couples with three bedrooms and each bedroom had an ensuite bath. In addition, there is a powder room on the main floor - great when guests were visiting. We had friends staying in the area and all 12 of us were comfortable hanging out playing games, etc. The location is so convenient - right in the middle of everything downtown. Restaurants, shopping, adult beverages all within short walking distances. Our adult kids had a wonderful time exploring the area. Would highly recommend this property for couples or families. It was a perfect, relaxing retreat for all of us.

Great Winter stay over the holidays...
Booked over the Holiday week, and this is the first time we have stayed downtown, versus ski-in / ski-out or renting a big condo close to the hill. We are 7 skiers, various ages, out for the Christmas/NY holiday and we won't go back to the hill after staying in this beautiful unit.
The underground, heated garage was awesome, with elevator just steps from the car taking luggage and groceries right up to the 2nd floor, steps from the Suite door. Decor was spot-on, with plenty of supplies and kitchen items typical for a premium rental condo. Linens were nice, plenty of towels and bedding was very comfortable.
If there are any knocks on the unit, there may be two minor ones: there is no hot-tub or sauna. However there is a very big tub in the Master if you like tubs (but honestly we don't trust the hassle and hygiene of personal outdoor hot tubs) so that was not a big deal. Secondly we noticed when it got really cold at night, there was a sulfur type of smell that we thought was plumbing, but after some Google work we discovered that there is a natural sulfer cave just across the river that can effect downtown. Not a big deal at all once we acknowledged it was just Mother Nature.
Views nightly out the huge windows onto Howelson Hill and the downtown streets were fantastic. We loved the high ceilings, quality finishes, and architectural details of this high end flat.
So close to the many of the great restaurants and shops downtown, which stay open later than the ski village. We found it much easier to travel to the hill daily, ski our legs off and then get back to relax and dine downtown, rather than to stay on the hill as in year's past, and then work to get downtown in the cold dark and back for dinner. A run to the donut shop down just down the elevator on the first floor of the same building became a morning ritual!
We rented gear at Fleishers, it was the best service and equipment we have ever experienced, they stored our skis and boots free for us nightly. Parked daily at the small pay-lot, I think called "lower knoll" for between $5 (most days) and $15 (Xmas) daily.
Overall, a wonderful stay and Cathy was super to work with. Easy communication and transaction, and no drama. Quick deposit return within days of checkout. Unit was in great shape when we arrived. This is a $million(s) unit. Hope to be back next year!
