Great location- walking distance to all key locations in A Coruña ( we watched free bands every night in nearby square at the festa Maria Pita). Smart apartment with nice kitchen but unfortunately not as many utensils for easy self catering

A lot of small maintenance issues that other reviews mention- lights not working, blinds broken, dishwasher not fixed in. We asked for more forks ( only 3 provided) but unfortunately no more were provided. No one met us at anytime during our stay and getting in the first time was like the krypton factor. A smartphone with mobile data is required to unlock the front door every time

Great location. Looks like the photos, and has a nice view. Easy, hassle free check-in/out. Spacious and airy. Regarding it's facilities, the piso is broadly "as described".

Unfortunately, the experience was soured upon arrival... The apartment had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, who had left it in a bad state. I had arrived after my check-in time of 5pm, so not exactly early in the day. In fairness, the contact was quick to arrange for this be sorted, but I had to wait at a bar for nearly 2 hours while the cleaning was done. I did not get much in the way of an apology either, which was quite upsetting as the delay meant I had to rearrange dinner plans I had with friends in the city that evening. Don't expect spotlessly clean either, there were still crumbs on the floor, hair in the sink, and a spatula in the wardrobe! The electronic window shutters are broken, on all three windows. Not sure how long this has been the case, but it meant that I could not sleep in darkness. Also, the sliding door to the upstairs bathroom was stuck open. I'm sure if there were multiple occupants, this may have caused an issue. The apartment is also advertised as sound proofed... It simply isn't (not that it bothers me, but why write it?). The place looks like it needs a good going over by a handyman, and touch ups to the finishes. Exposed wires etc. If these things were sorted, I'd happily stay again.

It’s a great apartment with a view over the ocean and very close to the old town. The parking is very close too.

The digital checking in was very frustrating and it would have helped if the manager had told us which elevator to take as there were two possibilities and at first we landed at someone’s door.

Close to the City Center. Nicely decorated. Big with two separated areas.

very modern attic apartment with view to the see; good and calm location at the border of the old town; electronic key (you have to use your mobile phone to enter the apartment) allowing contact less check-in; possibility of airport transfer and late check-out (for a fee); good WiFi but make sure you get the proper password...
