I spend months out of the year in hotels because I travel for business and it felt great to be in a place that felt like home. The condo was spacious, clean, private, and quiet. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely apartment at Ritz. Perfect for our group of four ladies. Clean, spacious, as described. Property was beautiful. Ritz staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, pampered, and welcomed. Loved it!

This is for us the best choice in Miami. We like the location and the Wonderfull views from the apartment. There are some improvements and small things to do to the apartment that I indicated to the owner. The most important will be starting, because I saw the new materials. it is an excellent apartment and the owner is very courteous and easy to deal with

This was our 4th stay at the Ritz’s. Our two bedrooms were very roomy & very comfortable beds. Our view was amazing, with beautiful balconies. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Marcos was very quick to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be returning again.

Bal Harbour is a great place to stay in Miami. No better way to do it then the Ritz Carlton

Great spot super nice

This is a separate property from the ritz, not like ritz residences in other locations. It’s good to know going in that there are no maintenance services or housekeeping. The views from this condo are million dollar views of the intercoastal and ocean and are gorgeous. The property including the pool area and fitness center is lovely. There are some very minor things that start to show some wear in the unit, but the owner is very friendly and responsive and tried to help us resolve during our stay. It was a great few family days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz for Thanksgiving weekend.. The unit was huge and very clean . It easily had room for 6 adults. We had great service at the hotel including the pool and spa. The host was very accommodating and answered our questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The property has some of the best views in Miami with the view to the north over Haulover Park and aqua blue water greeting us each morning. The views to the south towards Miami were great at night. Very nice beach and pool at the Ritz. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our girls weekend here! The condo is very clean and well decorated and the views are incredible.

The rooms were perfectly setup for my stay, staging ground for our plans in Miami. No pull out in the king room, but that did not impact me. Also, the way the resort fee was described was misleading. It was an automatic charge, not if you used the facilities. Just build ot into the price and be done with it. All in all, great setup and I would recommend and come back.

The condo was huge, we easily fit 5 people, but could have fit more. The views were the best I've seen in Miami. Luckily we had a great place for the storm since we couldn't go outside too much. We were able to relax on our balcony. Full access to all hotel amenities, hotel staff are great. Really enjoyed our stay easy check in and out, highly recommend.

Nice condo, loved that the resort was quiet, on beach, with great views. Bonus was the pack and play in unit for our baby!

Great location for a relaxing family vacation

My friend and I live locally and just wanted a beachfront get away without family and obligations! This was perfect location and layout of unit for 2 friends to have individual bedroom/ bathroom/ balconies and share the common space kitchen/ living room The Host responded promptly and communicated via direct cell access Good experience

This is the perfect place for a family or a small group of adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals or cocktails if you want. The best part was the spectacular view from all three balconys. My husband and I were so entertained by all the boats passing by that we would sit on the main balcony and just relax or drink our pre or post dinner cocktails. Also, the bathrooms are great and loved that there were double sinks and plenty of room to spread out. The pool and beach were gorgeous and the service throughout the hotel was amazing. Overall, I would rate this with an A++

Amazing property with with great service. The sunsets were like no other on the two balconies. Accommodations were beautiful however needs a few minor repairs. Pool area has sun only in the morning but beach and service were terrific. Would highly recommend and would return. Thank you Marcos
