Clean, so clean:) The room was very clean. I liked that the floors were ceramic tile since I have dogs. I hate carpet because it holds everything in the world including the smell of other dogs. The bathroom was super clean. The sink and counter appeared to be epoxied, which is super smart because the room is easier to clean:):) Staff was friendly. Quiet place. Good amount of area outside for pets to potty.

The beds. Not horrific, not great! Felt a little pressured to get there before 8pm. The dog fee is not $15.00 per pet, it is $50.00 per pet. More than the room is for the night. I realize there are some not terrific pet owners out there, but if your floors are ceramic tile....?? Maybe they have just had bad doggies before. Suggestion for owner, a H2O recirculation pump would really be great in this venue.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. My online reservation was confirmed for 1pm and when we arrived to check in, she argued with me that check in wasn't until 3pm, saying that if she let us in she'd have to charge me $75. She said that she didn't know why guests were always coming at 1pm, so I showed her my email confirmation to support it. I explained we were in from out of state and had a dog, otherwise coming back at 3 wouldn't have been a problem. She became irritated regarding the dog, which again, I showed her my confirmation that I had already paid for his deposit. She charged me again for the dog and refused to check me in without the second charge. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Everything else was just okay- a gross cheap hotel that overcharges because it's in a good location.

Rude receptionist. A little kindness goes a long way. I understand that they have check in/check out guidelines, but if she consistently gets guests checking in at 1pm based on their bookings, she needs to get her info updated online to reflect the later check in time, and not treat them poorly when they show up. If I had another place to stay, I would have.

Rooms were aged but very clean place to stay.

Mattresses were not very comfortable, and the plastic wrapping that was around them would wake you up every time you rolled over. Can hear everything in rooms next to you and on top floor.

From the outside, I would never have known how nice the room would be. Spacious. Comfortable Super clean The lady who checked me in that afternoon was very helpful with directions and where to eat information. She also called me the day I checked out to find out if I was still in the area because I left something in my room. When is the last time anyone from any hotel called you about anything regarding your stay?? How about never? That is super service from someone who cares. I was on a road trip when I stayed here but if I ever go back that way, I would definitely stay there again. It is a convenient location for food, (restaurants, convenience store, and grocery store), gas, and whatever else you might need (combo Family Dollar/Dollar Tree).

It's not that I didn't like it but Maybe fill in some of the potholes in the gravel lot you drive through to park. The paved parking is just fine. Getting off the highway to your spot is a bit rough.
