NOTHING - we arrived late eve for an early flight from Glasgow the next morning. NO ROOM available after it had been booked and paid for. I am amazed the booking.com has such a disgusting hotel on its site. It had a 7 review rating on the site - I could not believe what it looked like when we arrived - it should be a 3 at very best. I will in future check other sites for reviews.

Rude/totally disinterested/ unhelpful staff. The same old con about a private parking company in control of the parking. Last time we encountered this at Hogs Back in Farnham we ended up with a £100 fine because the queue at reception was so long we exceeded the “free” 15 minute parking period. It was finally cancelled. I am not sure the same would happen at this hotel. Do hotels no longer want to make your stay pleasant?

Not as near to the airport as I would expect for an airport hotel - a simple diagram how to get there from the airport would have saved walking a long way around. Breakfast doesn't start till late which is no good as most people stay in an airport hotel either because they get in late or want to leave early. I was supposed to get wakened in the morning but whoever should have been in the front desk wasn't there and I didn't get a wake up overall experience was okay.

The hotel was very clean, modern and the room was comfortable. I loved the design elements. The staff were very helpful, they ensured my needs were taken care of. They gave me a wake up door knock and ordered my early morning taxi.

I had booked a bottom floor but on arrival was given a third floor room....with luggage and no elevator and no help from staff that was a struggle. I hurt my arm in the process! There is only one vending machine which was out of order and no close by corner store...I didn't want to walk in the semi-dark. I wasn't offered any breakfast when I went down ti wait for my taxi and the lingering smell of natural gas on the first floor and hallway was a bit concerning.

The room was nice well done up(modern),nice bathroom, comfy mattress, large family room.

Cleaning seems to be a issue a bit, a good few stains on bed sheet which put me off sleeping inder covers lucky I hade a throw in the car, there was a red staining also at the hesd end of the sheet, the remote control had a lot of dirt build up, smells like gads in the stairwell, I was woken up at around midnight by staff member knocking at the door saying "I heard a noise, was just checking it was only me my widlfe and 2 kids we were all sleeping but my wife and I was woken by then, to then realise there was few roudy guests a room down from us where there was raised voices through until 7am as that was the time I woke and still heard them, I feel if cleaning was highly detailed it would really make the room comfort perfect and possibly prioritise family rooms to thoes to be believed are on a night out or habi g drinks etc. But yeah to be honesty really good hotel I think as it grows adapts and really actions feedback it would be a perfect affordable little hotel that would get recognised, (also doesn't really matter but when you hear motel you do think tacky and this is definitely not minus the detailed cleaning)

No breakfast despite being led to believe it was included. 2 pillows had no covers and we’re all burst. No lift. Unhelpful receptionist.

After asking for a late check out and only getting an automated message only to be charged for a late check out when I got there at 4am . Asked for a ground floor room. Only one they had was not clean. So had to sleep in a bed someone else had slept in. Too tired to wait.... On return to the hotel they still hasn't changed the sheets.. this again was at 4 am Not happy.

Continental breakfast was sufficient although faulty fruit juice dispanser and toaster were noisy and the coffee machine tempremental.

Room service none existant, bathroom smelled of sewers. Tea/coffee etc not replenished at all. clean towels only on request and given to me at breakfast rather than put in room. Their idea of cleaning and refreshing room seemed to be open the windows so when arriving back room was freezing. Usual undersize tv for distance from somewhere to comfortably watch it, take opera glasses. Taxi ride to civilization. Could not recommned and would never use again.

the windows had gaps above them which meant the wind howled all through the night , we had to leave them open as the noise was that bad . which in turn meant we were cold through the night but was better than the horrific whistling and humming house coming from window on the second night we where kept up most of the night by a couple on our floor screaming and fighting slamming doors & this went on for at least half hour throwing things around room and constant in and out slamming the door seemed nobody actually came to report or see what was happening . we didn’t sleep due to this and the wind roaring through the room !

The location is great, 10 minutes walking from the airport, more 10-15 minutes you can reach the town centre and the train station. There is a breakfast, and the price is awesome. The room is big and very tidy. The staff is very friendly

The temperature in the room was little bit low for me, even when the heater at maximum (my trip was in January and was snowing) but nothing to bother the trip.
