Me sorprendió que al llegar me dijera que no había reservado plaza de garaje. Tuve que pagar 40 €,supuestamente por la gestión de encontrarme plaza. En efectivo. Además 16 € adicionales, 2 € por persona y día por la tasa turistica ,sin recibo y además solo cogio mis datos y no los de mi mujer. Había intentado contactar con él dias antes y fué imposible, sin embargo desde la fecha todo era muy fácil. PEPE es un buen tipo pero se aprovecha sino rellenas todos los campos del formulario, que se deberian dar por hechos ,como el parking.

Convenient location, with a great bar ( gazela) only metres away, close to the old town and the famous bridge. Beds are comfortable and the air con was very welcome. Our host Jose was available if needed.

The apartment is good for a small family and very close to most of the tourist attractions of Oporto. José was very kind and gave good tips to walkaround.

There are a few things to keep in mind. Jose's kindness cannot make up for the shortcomings of this space. We stayed 6 nights in two stages in exactly the same apartment. At first one we arrived late, after 10PM and we appreciated that the host, Jose, was waiting for us. In fact, being on Saturday, we could not have even entered the building - the apartment being located inside a shopping complex, closed on weekends, a fact not specified on Booking. At the first accommodation we found clean but not even a single bottle of water, by courtesy, considering the time of our arrival … At the second accommodation the cleaning left much to be desired. The apartment is forcibly defined as two bedrooms, because the second sleeping space DOES NOT HAVE A WINDOW, it cannot be ventilated directly. The two sleeping areas are separated by a thin gypsum wall, having in the upper part on a width of about 30 cm, a portion of Plexiglas (not glass). It offers neither privacy nor comfort. If one of the people in a bedroom wants to watch TV. the person in the next room will not be able to rest, having the noise and light from the next room. Given that we were two ladies, and we were still bothered by this aspect, privacy in the case of accommodating two couples or even a couple accompanied by a child, is excluded. The living room with kitchen included (for those who would be interested in cooking) is a reasonable size. The bathroom, of reasonable size, the shower space, generous. As a small remark, for two people accommodated, tiny bottle of shower gel were provided for one person only. Conclusion - good location, average cleanliness, very questionable comfort.
