So glad we found this rental at Wrightsville Beach! Our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers) came up for a big family wedding and this house was perfect. We even squeezed in some beach time because it was so close. The elevator was a tremendous help since we all had to pack for wedding events, casual time and beach time. More than enough bedrooms for all of us and the living room and deck were perfect for relaxing. It was exactly what all the reviews said about it. Best of all Wendy was a fabulous host and quickly replied to any questions that we had. Everyone wants to go back again next year!!

This home is not only in a fabulous location, a short short walk to the beach, but it has everything you could ask for and more. The rooms were all large, clean, and well-furnished. This is the rare place that actually has adequate dining table and seating space for the full number of guests it can sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/pots as well as many essentials like sugar, spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. There were tons of beach toys/chairs available, even though we didn't really use them. And the host, Wendy, was exceptional in terms of communications and instructions. Nothing was overlooked. I don't have any recommendations for how it could have been nicer and look forward to staying here again.

We were a larger group staying with kids ages 1-4, and adults that included a parent in a wheelchair and this was the perfect spot. We loved the accessibility with the elevator for the wheelchair and easy unloading of suitcases and coolers. There were beach toys and chairs included and the beach was SO close. Easy walk without crossing any streets so it was great for kids and running back to the house if needed. The open concept living room that led out to the oversized balcony was where we spent all of our time when not at the beach. We’ll come back next year!

This was a wonderful place to celebrate a special Family birthday. Well stocked, clean, a friendly and communicative owner. The elevator was a huge plus getting luggage and groceries upstairs! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A church group of 10 ladies had a fantastic time. This would be a perfect spot for a small family reunion or two couples with children.

Such a diamond nestled in a quiet area with awesome beach access! So many amenities from extra towels, books, games, beach accessories and bikes! The kitchen was so stocked with extras it was a bonus to us! The deck rockers were used the most!

The house and location are great! Our group of 11 had a wonderful week. Perfect porch to enjoy morning coffee or watch a storm roll in. Very spacious with nice size bedrooms and the house is well equipped (kitchen and beach items). Wendy is very responsive to any needs! Highly recommend!!

A fantastic beach house for our large 3 generational annual beach trip. It was clean, well kept and very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. My mother uses a wheelchair and this house worked great for us! The elevator was reliable and the rooms were spacious enough for her to maneuver easily. There is a nice view of the ocean from the porch. Wendy was a great host - easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions.

Great house for our family with 3 generations vacationing together. House is spacious, well stocked and up-to date with everything we needed. Location offers easy access to the ocean, the "Loop" and is walking distance to downtown area. Our only problem was a cleanliness issue in the kitchen, and the owner was very responsive when we contacted her. I definitely recommend this house to anyone who needs accomodations for a large group.

Wendy is wonderful to work with and a great communicator. She is prompt when responding to questions. The location of this property is wonderful as well. It is steps away from beach access and a short walk to shops and restaurants.

We had an awesome time in the house and neighborhood. All beds were comfy. Living area spacious. Kitchen fairly well-equipped. Wendy was very helpful!

Liked everything about the house, but I did not realize that there were two units. I thought I was getting a single unit house when looking. Would not have taken it if I knew.

This is a great house for a family vacation, with plenty of space for everyone. The location is also great—a quiet street with a good beach access with a lifeguard. Highly recommend.

Here are the things we liked about this house in no particular order: Location - short walk to the beach and just up from the pier The outdoor shower The elevator The wrap around porch with rockers and wonderful breezes; also the clothes line. The well equipped kitchen; women loved the drawer microwave. The spacious open living/dining room with the long table. The available games and puzzles (we did a 1500 piece and 1000 piece at the same time on the coffee table). Everyone said their beds were excellent. Four full bathrooms. Loads of closet, dresser and storage space. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys in the garage.

The house was clean & very spacious. Just a short walk to the beach & we parked 5 cars. Bathed in sunlight. A great stay!

Family vacation with 11 of us. Living room was perfect for all of us and there was enough other space for people to go if they wanted to chill. The porch is fantastic. Wrightsville is a wonderful spot for a beach vacation and this house puts you right where you need to be. Wendy (the owner) is a gem.

We had small questions throughout the week and the owner was always very responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and not far from all the shops. A small issue with the house was that there was only one tv, so the adults couldn't let the kids watch a movie upstairs and get a little peace. Not a huge issue but would have been nice to have more than one. Would stay here again for sure.

Very modern, was a show house, with open floor plan, updated kitchen, stainless appliances, very comfortable beds, lots of beach chairs,boogie bords,etc, and the rockers on the HUDGE covered deck, got a lot of use in the evening.

This was probably the most comfortable we've been on our family vacation. The social area is well laid out and spacious, and complemented by the large wraparound porch with lots of rocking chairs just outside. The breeze in the evening was awesome, especially when a storm rolled in. The elevator was a godsend getting the luggage and coolers in as the living area and three bedrooms are on the third floor, but it doesn't go all the way up to the fourth floor bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and updated with nice appliances, and we were able to cook most of our meals while there which saved a lot of money. The ice maker is super slow, so buy ice. Trash picked up twice while there so we never ran out of trash space. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for three families and a grandparent (three couples, five kids, and a Pop pop), and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house had beach towels and beach chairs, and plenty of room in the garage for stuff and/or two cars back to back. The beach is very wide, and the tide rolls in gently. It's about a half block walk to the beach entrance on a dead end road, and with minimal street parking we never had to search for a beach spot. If you are packing a lot to the beach, bring your beach wagon though. You have all day to watch the tide roll in, and the kids weren't being bulldozed by a pounding surf. The only thing that could have made it better was a pool, but hey you can't have everything! The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and they always responded promptly with clear instructions. It's clear they care about the house and use it regularly, because it is well maintained and updated, and they know all the quirks. One of the most relaxing beach vacations I've taken, we will be renting again!

This was a perfect house to rent for our daughter’s graduation from college. Lots of space for the extended family to be together. Very short walk to beautiful beach! The owner is friendly, helpful and so accessible when needed. Would definitely rent this property again!

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding weekend along with some of our close friends. The house was great and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. A great feature was the door that shut of the bedrooms from the living areas. This allowed people to still hang out and not disturb those who decided to get some rest. The elevator was great as it allowed one of our groomsmen, who is in a wheel chair, to easily spend time with us. The house is a short walk to the beach and had chairs and toys available (we didn't use them since it was too cold) .We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to be aware of is that you are expected to wash and dry the linens before you leave. This worked out for us, as only two of us stayed the last night, but otherwise would not have been possible.

We loved staying at this property. My extended family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful home to attend a wedding. Wendy was very gracious, and answered questions promptly. We had a great time swimming in the ocean and the kids loved playing in the sand.

We have rented 2 different houses from this owner and she is great! Very prompt replies to any questions and the house is fantastic.

We got married in Wilmington and the wedding party decided to rent a house because it is so much cheaper than a hotel. As soon as we pulled up Wendy greeted us and showed us around the house. There is so much room to hang out and the porch is the perfect location to have morning coffee! We will definitely be back again!

My husband and I rented the home for a our grown children and grandchildren who were gathering to attend a wedding. The house was three houses from the beach, beautifully furnished, had a table large enough to seat our entire family for meals, and spacious enough for children and adults to have adequate space to spread out. Two features we absolutely loved were first, the wrap around porch with rockers and an ocean view (I rocked my new born granddaughter to sleep numerous times on that porch). The second feature we loved was the elevator which was spacious enough to allow my brother-in-law who must use a scooter to come visit. The owner, Wendy, was present to greet us and showed us around the house and instructed us on the elevator's operation. Our stay at Wendy's home was a wonderful experience and should we ever venture back to Wrighstsville Beach we would surely rent here again.

Just got back from a fabulous vacation at this lovely home! The location is perfect and the house is great. Obviously, the house has been well taken care of and has many nice updates (appliances, etc). Our group had 5 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us! The owner responded very quickly to questions I had before we arrived. AWESOME place!
