Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Condo is close enough to walk or drive to all main restaurants and activities on the island. Even better was being able to quickly and easily walk right across the street to instant beach access in a beautiful area that was never too busy or crowded! We had a 10, 8, and 6 yo who all loved the accommodations and location. We were lucky to see dolphins and manatees close to the beach while swimming almost every day. The condo had nice furnishings and was a great spot for us to start and end each day. We rented a golf cart which made it fun to cruise around to the island. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Great Location, right across from beach, good accommodations and clean. Would return again. There was some road construction going on. Did not interfere with are stay, some may not like it, for us was no real bother.
Great views of beach and sunset, porches on both floors, front and back, which was nice.
Kitchen and furniture were adequate.
The good thing about the construction it is it limited the parking for beach goers, so the beach was sparsely populated. Would recommend again and stay again.

The condo was nicely renovated including the decor. It was in walking distance to bridge street which was a huge plus. There was construction around us but we could not hear it inside. Everything we needed they furnished even down to the beach items.

The unit we stayed in was updated and clean, good location, but never informed about the construction 30 ft from our unit, they were in the process of building 2 new condos, and from what I was told by a job Forman that construction had been going on for the last 6-8 months and for another 4-6 months depending on weather conditions. Also in the unit we were staying in right below us they were rebuilding the storage shed's, so between the constant noise from the skill saws, nail guns, compress , heavy equipment guy’s yelling, and the guy downstairs pounding on the wall’s you couldn’t stay in the building we had to leave or ware ear plugs. The construction started Monday through Friday. And if that wasn’t enough the city had the road tore up installing pipes. We were VERY disappointed!!!! in all of this activity. I called the the company we went through to rent the unit and after several calls to speak to management he reluctantly! Spoke to me. Speaking to him was like talking to a machine, after I explained our situation he never apologized for the issue he just kept saying We have no control about what goes on. I asked him if he had been here at this location recently and he said yes he new about all of the construction. So I asked him directly if he would bring his wife to this location now for his 45 anniversary silence!! When he finally answered I got the same response we have no control over what goes on. Getting nowhere with him. We are very disappointed!! Ruind our sta.

Beautiful space, pictures accurately showed property . Loved that we could walk across the street for the beach and everything we would need was there at the property! Easy walk to Bridge st ! Beach was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again !

Unbelievably beautiful ocean view and fantastic condo. Loved all the beach accessories. We even got to swim with the manatees, they swam right up to us on the beach!

Quiet, clean up to date condo. Spacious with everything necessary for the stay and the beach. Cute downtown area with lots of restaurants. Town closes at 10pm. Quiet and not overcrowded.

Everything would have been great except there was construction beside us and in front the entire time. Constant loud noise from pumps (24/7) kept folks awake. Early morning building shaking and beeping sounds from heavy equipment, drilling and concrete trucks. The company SeaBreeze knew about the construction and noises but gave no warning or any compensation for not having a good view, easy access to the ocean or being able to hear the ocean as advertised.
Otherwise would have been a great vacation.

Sunset Landing Unit 4 was a perfect spot for our birthday vacation to Florida. We could observe sunset views on the main level and also from the master suit balcony. Access to the beach is just across the street to the Gulf coast beach. It was absolutely gorgeous. Had to look through/ around the trees but it just adds character. Access to Bridge Street with all the shops and restaurants is just a short walk. The unit is clean and comfortable. Everything is available that you might need.

We had a blast. The location was perfect. The place was great. The checkout process was extremely easy and everything was awesome. We came without family this time for a quick trip, but our next trip we will need a bigger place and we will start our search with SeaBreeze.

Our stay at Sunset Landings was practically perfect, from the time we checked in with incredible ease to the last day, when SeaBreeze was kind enough to allow us a later check out once requested so that we could enjoy two more hours of beach time before hitting the road home. I could not have asked for a better Airbnb experience, as their communication was on a next-level of customer service. I absolutely loved how often they checked in on us (almost every day) while we were there and how quickly they responded when we requested anything (ie. extra blankets, etc). This place is magical! It has two decks, one facing the bayside so that you catch the sunrise and the other faces the Gulf shore, so you can also catch the sunset by the end of the day. Just as easy, the actual beach is just literally steps from this rental. Of course, the sunsets were jaw dropping each night. And I equally loved that we were also conveniently located just a short walk away from all the restaurants and shops off historic Bridget Street (hit the Blue Marlin for fresh grouper and the confections shop for delicious chocolates and ice cream). We are already planning our return next summer and will absolutely be staying here at Sunset Landings. Thank you SeaBreeze for the perfect stay! It really was magical!

Relaxing/Peaceful/Best location
Excellent location. Extremely close to restaurants, entertainment, shops,and walk across street to beautiful sand and peaceful ocean. The home was very clean, modern, all the TV's, internet, cable, worked to perfection. Beautiful large shower, great water pressure, and kitchen, well stocked. Just bring food. Beds extremely comfortable. The real estate company was beyond amazing. Will be our new vacation spot!

Sea breeze Nightmare
Do yourself a favor and stay with anyone but Seabreeze.
The condo was fine. Beautifully renovated. Issues with this stay are primarily with seabreeze and not the condo.
First- they will call and text several times for no reason. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation
They state everything is checked and ready for you but we had several items not working.
-the oven did not turn on
-the toaster did not work
-the lights and fan in bedroom did not work
-the balcony door in guest room does not open
On top of these items- construction was happening every day. What should have been a peaceful trip was full of hammering and drilling sounds daily on our unit and others in the building. Loose screws were all over the parking lot and our deck and staircase into the front door had missing rails and screws poking out. Not great for a family with kids.
Not once was I notified that construction would be happening. Very unprofessional to not communicate this to guests at time of booking. Especially when a bedroom has no window dressings and there are men outside that window when your kids are trying to get ready.
We also got called and texted several times about parking. If our car was in the wrong spot, If we had a guest, notified we had to move our car off the property all together one day for construction - we had one car and the property comes with two spots. If we had two cars the second spot would not have been available.
Almost daily we had to wait on teams to move their stuff so we could get in and out of the garage.
Do yourself a favor and rent from anyone but seabreeze. Very unprofessional to not communicate this to your guests ahead of time and to call and text daily during a stay with yet another issue while my family tried to relax.

Definitely recommending this place!
Our family had a great time at this Airbnb. The location cannot be beat, the beach is literally right across the street! There is a lot of traffic on this road but the cars stop to let you pass. It was very close to multiple restaurants (try Anna Maria Oyster Bar!!), stores, and even mini golf! They provided beach equipment which was wonderful, but I would recommend bringing both beach and bath towels if you have a larger group. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place!

FANTASTIC LOCATION...beach access is right across the street! Restaurants and shops are only a 5 minute walk away or you can easily hop on a free shuttle to take you all around the island. They have lots of great beach equipment available to use (along with a wagon to get it there). We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so easily for lunch or whatever else we may need. The condo is spacious and has decks on both sides with tables and chairs. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated nicely. When a small issue came up, the management company responded immediately and came by within the hour to fix it. They were very friendly and followed up with a phone call. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Excellent Vacation
Another excellent vacation in Sunset Landings Unit 4. The location can't be beat, and the unit is equipped with everything you need, both inside and out. Recently updated throughout and we had no issues throughout our 2 month stay, which is what you always hope for.

Perfect unit perfect location
Good amount of space for us and our two kids; location across from the beach was great- headed that way daily. Responses with the rental company were quick and helpful. Close (4block) walk to restaurants and mini golf. Would recommend!

Perfect Location, Perfect Accommodations
My wife and I needed a 'beach getaway' which provided the ability to work remotely for a day before we could enjoy the weekend. The WiFi was exceptional, as we both used laptops and cell phones without skipping a beat.
The home interior was very modern and inviting. I'd say the accommodation make a rainy beach day..."No Problem", as the home is very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed.
The balcony views were excellent, as we could work outside and look up to see the waves and the people enjoying the beach who "were NOT us". 😁 But, after work was finished on Friday... It was soooo convenient to simply walk right across the street and hit sand!!
From this condo location we can get to Coquina Beach, Bean Point Beach, Lido Key, etc,.
Absolutely loved the parking under the condo which keeps the vehicle outta the sun and rain.
The property manager's communication was quite timely and adequate without being excessive. We received everything we needed from 'Confirmation' to 'Your Upcoming Stay' to 'Check-In Info' (with lock combo instructions) to 'How is your stay going?' to 'Reminder, Checkout is tomorrow' to 'Thank you for visiting, how was your stay?'
So, overall I would say there are ZERO negatives here! We would highly recommend this rental!!

Condo with gulf view
We loved staying at this property. The condo is nicely updated and comfortable. There are two balcony’s that look out onto the Gulf of Mexico which are lovely to drink coffee from, lounge, or eat dinner. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. You are simply across a busy two lane highway to the beach. It’s a busy highway but easily crossed and the ocean is right there. We hope to return!

Nice stay
The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated and well appointed. The management was beyond accommodating when a few things were missing that were promised. They were also able to compromise and help with a situation that was out of their hands. Recommend this property all around.

Lovely place
We definitely enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable place, kitchen amazingly equipped especially for is who stayed and cooked through the entire stay. The only minor issue we encounter is floor was quite dirty. I'm not sure if it is because of the kind of floor which might be hard to clean good, so we just wore shoes in the condo.

A “COVID” Getaway
Had a wonderful stay. Condo/Townhome was very nice and appeared to be recently remodeled (Unit 4). Highly recommend as it was just across the street from the beach.
Couple of things to consider - only one road in/out of area so traffic is heavy in the morning hours and around dinner. Nothing that would stop me from going back but if you do not like traffic - beware. Might be COVID related but you will need to supply everything. And they said no Keurig but there were two of them in the kitchen - bring your own cups if you are a coffee drinker!
Again - great place and would rent again.

We loved our stay. Walk out our door, grab the beach chairs, a short walk across the street and you are at the beach! We walked to restaurants and shops. Excellent!

This condo is beautiful! It was clean and ready when we arrived. Located across street from beautiful beach (literally across the street) and blocks away from awesome restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The only updates I would see suggest would be blinds in living room and master bedroom and a new washing machine. Minor issues! Would definitely stay again!!

Outstanding property! This unit recently went through a complete updating--flooring, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and looks/feels great. The location is perfect and the views from the patio/balconies can't be beat. To top it off, the service provided by Seabreeze is unbelievable. Highly recommend Sunset Landings Unit 4.

Awesome Getaway
The location was perfect and walk to the beach. It is directly across the street. The house already had a lot of supplies available meaning tuber ware for food, zip lock bags, paper towels, Utensils, blender, toaster, cookware, coffee machine, board games, and etc. Only thing is missing is a big ice machine on the property for coolers. Loved the shower outside to rinse off beach supplies and loved the outdoor patio. Perfect view of the beach.
